• Natalia (10/5): Great place! - We really enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night, we thought the property was well located (within walking distance from Milano Centrale). Very clean, spacious and nice. They had a really nice coffee machine as well as flexible check out, which made our experience significantly better! We would definitely stay here again.

• Melanie (10/5): Perfetto - Everything was perfect. We have stayed here previously and once again everything was great. The staff are very professional as well as kind and helpful. Our room was ready so they let us check in early which, after 30 hours of travel, was greatly appreciated. It is very handy to the train station yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was lovely. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to others.

Die Lage ist direkt am Bahnhof und auch der Service ist super (Wasser und Heissgetränke wie Kaffee und Tee stehen 24/7 zur Verfügung) Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich.

Dommage qu’ils n’offrent pas le petit-déjeuner. Mais il y a un petit café italien très typique, situé juste au coin de la rue, qui offre un excellent déjeuner.
• julietdc8 (9/5): Fantastisch appartement - Een zalig groot appartement. Wij hadden een badkamer met mega groot bad. Basic keukentje, handig om zelf je ontbijt te maken. Sochtends waren er ook gratis mini croissants in de lobby. De lobby heeft ook een gratis waterdispender (koud, bruis, plat) en een koffiezet waar je lekkere koffie en thee kan maken. Altijd vriendelijk personeel. Ligging is niet ver van het centraal station, waar je ook een bus kan nemen naar de luchthavens. In de omgeving van het appartement vind je een bakker, restaurants en supermarkten. Wij hebben alles te voet gedaan, maar in de buurt je genoeg openbaar vervoer nemen om heel Milaan te zien. Misschien een schaar in de keuken, had handig geweest om sommige boodschappen open te krijgen.

The room was very clean and spacious by Milan standards. We also really appreciated the water dispenser and coffee machine available for guests in the lobby. The staff were friendly. Наш номер выходил окнами в тихий двор, плюс на окнах есть жалюзи, так что можно выспаться. На ресепшене 24 часа можно налить воду или приготовить себе чай/кофе, по утрам подают круассаны. Из мелочей - было немного повернуто в сторону сидение унитаза в номере и сломана крышка у одной из мусорных корзин. В остальном все прошло превосходно.

• Michael (7/5): Good room and staff, location was average - Interior of the property was clean and the room was very nice. Staff person at front desk was very accommodating. Property is outside the ZTL and there is parking on site but you need a pretty small car. Given that the property is outside the ZTL (which has its positives) there were some negatives. It was walkable to three metro station so you can get to downtown pretty easily. However I did not think the neighborhood was exceptional. A little run down, and there were not that many good places to get some breakfast, and parking outside the place (for check in) was difficult and a bit chaotic.

The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. Even though reception isn’t always staffed, the team was friendly and helpful whenever needed. One of the highlights was the eco-friendly touch: a glass bottle in the room with access to drinking water for guests throughout the hotel, helping reduce plastic use—such a thoughtful detail! While breakfast isn’t offered (since our room has a fully equipped kitchen), coffee, cookies, and water are available at reception 24/7, which was a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again! Łóżko ogromne,wygodne. Trochę daleko do Duomo, ale jeśli ktoś lubi spacery, to nic strasznego. Na piechotę ok 45 min do Duomo. Lokalizacja cicha i spokojna . W recepcji można codziennie rano zjeść świeże rogaliki ,wypić kawę za darmo albo raczej w cenie za pobyt.

Spacious room, super clean bathroom and very central location. Quiet neighborhood and about a 30 minute walk to duomo… the manager and the receptionist were extremely helpful and kind. Loved it . • Steb75 (10/5): - We stayed at Residenza delle Città for our trip to the Winter Olympics and couldn't have picked a better place to stay, Our apartment on the ground floor was a great size and had everything that you could possibly need for s short break in the city. All the staff including the manager were more than helpful throughout the stay, and always on hand to point you in the right direction if needed. The extra little touches like the water refill and coffee machine (free) in the reception area, and having the bags looked after for free before we left, also added to the perfect stay. The apartment is in easy reach of the main Milan Centrale Train station - 10-15 mins walk approx and the metro system is only 5 mins down the road that gets you all over Milan. nothing, all in all was a great stay :)
• Gypsyanna (6/5): Good Location - spacious clean rooms - Coffee machine in the reception area was nice, the coffee was pretty good, my husband and parents also enjoyed the complimentary pastries (I'm celiac so I couldn't eat them), the room was spacious, clean and warm. The location is close to the train station, a supermarket, and a food market offering many food and drink options. Bit of a mix up with the arrival information. We arrived from Australia into Milan, very early in the morning and for that reason I booked the accommodation from the night before to get into the room straight away, so we'd not have to wait until the afternoon to get into the room. I'd communicated this to the accommodation twice. So, we were very annoyed at arriving before 8am and not being able to get into the building. We called the after-hours number about 5 times, and no one answered. Luckily another guest came into the reception area, so he let us in. Otherwise, we'd have been standing outside in the cold for over an hour. So that wasn't a great start to our holiday. Generally everything after that was ok, except for the horrible smell pumping into the reception area from two electric diffusers, the scent was horrible, I had to hold my breath walking through it! My parents came to Italy from the UK that afternoon to join us and my Mum didn't like the smell either. Talking of my parents, my Dad didn't like that the lock on the bathroom door was broken and didn't lock and he wasn't that impressed when the cover from the LED light on the ceiling fell on his head while he sat reading his book one evening.

• Diane (10/5): Truly WONDERFUL and all-round experence is the Residenza Della Citta - A family of 3 generations travelling together; 4 adults and two young children. We were given two apartments on the same floor and across the corridor from each other. Check in was smooth, and the person very friendly. Water or free tea and coffee was available. The children especially liked the seating area and the bowl of sweets provided. A lift is also in the building and this was essential for us as we had many hold suitcases and carry on air bags as from Australia and touring Europe and UK for 5 weeks. The whole property exceeded our expectations from the very minute we walked in. Beautifully decorated and large, however, cosy feeling in the main entrance which is very eclectic and certainly adds to the feel of the place. Our rooms were large and we had a studio apartment and one where there was a kitchenette, 2 single beds and a double/queen bed behind a screened wall. Everything was spotlessly clean including the corridors. The rooms are silent and there are external shutters that operate with the press of a button to keep the apartments dark for sleeping. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance and one which is across the road and 50 metre walk is open for breakfast at 6am. The Residenza della Citta is very secure and in a safe area not far from the Central Station of Milan and within walking distance. We had a FABULOUS stay for just one night as we were flying out to Singapore the next day in the early afternoon. In the evening we walked to an Italian pizza and pasta restaurant with the 2 young children and all felt very safe in doing so. All of us including the children wished we had stayed for longer and we hope to return again in the future. THANK YOU for such a lovely stay in your beautiful building and looking after us so well and including coffee and pastries in the morning before we left for long haul flight.
