• Diego (5/5): Nichts besonderes. Ist alles etwas heruntergekommen. Würde nicht freiwillig länger als 1 oder 2 Nächte dort übernachten. - Das mit dem Kartenkiosk finde ich hervorragend. Hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt Kontakt zu einer Person. Alles lief reibungslos. Preislich in Ordnung. Leider ist die Infrastruktur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schallisolierung ist auch eher mäßig. Rollläden funktionieren nicht richtig. Für den Preis kann man fairerweise nicht viel erwarten.

Very good value for money and would stay again if we were in the area. - Really liked the kitchenette that was helpful and the price which compared to other hotel prices people were talking about it was very affordable. The location was central to everything having a train station just a short 5min walk. I think the balconies could do with a clean the back of the hotel and gardens was in pretty average state.

• Happinder Singh (1/5): - Breakfast was good. There were ants all over the bathroom we had to complain they didnt help with another cleaner room. On the third day the keys didnt work and no one picked phone I had to strand out with my wife and child for 2 hours after a long day.
• Alexandra (7/5): Good location and bery clean - Good location. Very close to the U-Bahn and Tram and several grocery stores. Very clean and had everything you needed. Very noisy sometimes. I had the first room on the floor and I could hear people walk in and out all the time. In the morning it was a constant banging of doors and loud voices. No curtains on some windows so the room was very bright in the morning!

• Helmut (8/5): Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder! - Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war schön, alles durchdacht mit viel Ablagefläche und nützlichem Stauraum Das Familienzimmer waren 2 verschiedene Appartments, eins davon mit Balkon, verbunden mit einem kleinen Flur und einer extra Eingangstür. Das Frühstück war lecker! Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr lauschig im Garten gelegen. Der Zimmerboden im Eingangsbereich war renovierungsbedüftig, durch die Dusche im Bad. Der Duschvorhang ist hier nicht zuverlässig genug. Der Toilettensitz sollte wirklich auf die Toilette passen. Fehlende Teile wie Stöpsel im Waschbecken sollten ersetzt werden. Der Fön hat kaum noch Leistung. Das sind Dinge, die sicher bald erledigt werden.

Не е описано,че балкона е при наличност и се заплаща допълнително. След като резервирах ме попитаха искам ли и че ще е при възможност. Ако държите на балкон попитайте предварително.

The hotel’s location is a major advantage—it is conveniently situated close to tram and metro stations, making commuting very easy. In addition, the proximity to supermarkets and essential stores adds to the overall convenience, making it an excellent choice for both short and extended stays. The hotel staff were courteous and considerate throughout our stay. On the final day, we were unaware that the check-out time was before 12:00 noon, which led to an unintended delay on our part, and we eventually checked out at around 3:30 PM. Initially, we were informed that a half-day charge would be applicable due to the late check-out. However, upon explaining our situation and requesting a waiver, the staff kindly considered our request and agreed to waive the additional charges. We truly appreciated their understanding and flexibility in this matter. Overall, it is definitely worth staying here. The property offers a comfortable and convenient experience, making it a reliable choice for travelers. Based on our stay, we would be happy to recommend it to others seeking a pleasant and hassle-free accommodation. The property is relatively expensive compared to similar accommodations, and the pricing does not entirely reflect the overall experience and amenities offered. Given the cost, a higher level of convenience and service would be expected. For instance, basic amenities such as toothpaste, a hair comb, and bathroom slippers were not provided, which was somewhat disappointing. One concern was the timing and manner of housekeeping. The cleaning staff typically arrived after 9:00 AM, by which time we had usually already left the apartment. Despite our absence, the room was accessed and cleaned using a master key, which felt somewhat intrusive and could have been better coordinated with guest preferences or prior notice. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was not satisfactory. The internet speed was inconsistent and often inadequate, particularly during video calls, which made communication difficult. Furthermore, the requirement to repeatedly log in to the network each day was inconvenient and frustrating, detracting from the overall experience.
• Luciano Ferreira (9/5): Gostamos da hospedagem e não havia restrição de se hospedar novamente no local - Os quartos são espaçosos, boas camas, travesseiros, a cozinha é bem equipada, o café da manhã é bom e os procedimentos de check-in e checkout são rápidos. Foi tudo bem, não teve nada que não gostamos. O único ponto de atenção é que para alguns quartos é necessário andar uns 30 metros para chegar até o local do café da manhã, mas isso não foi um problema para nós.

Nous regrettons la disparition de la table et les sièges escamotables de l'espace cuisine , suite à la réfection des appartements.

Also the room was very quiet and you could hardly hear the neighbors, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. It was great to have free Wi-Fi available at the hotel, which was definitely appreciated. Unfortunately the connection was really poor and kept disconnecting every five minutes. It made using the internet quite frustrating during the stay.

• Jeremy (10/5): Très bon hôtel pour un court séjour à Munich - Hôtel très bien placé (5min à pied du métro ligne 2 ou du tramway, plusieurs commerces/restaurants autour). Checkin et Checkout très simple et rapide: on a récupéré les clefs au soir de façon autonome grâce à leur machine. Et on a simplement remis les clefs dans la boite checkout au départ. Petit déjeuner très correct (gâteau, omelette, charcuterie, fromage, céraéales, etc) On est venu en voiture et on a pu se garer pendant les 3jours dans la rue qui est gratuite.

I wish they extend the hours of the front desk. Especially on weekends, the 8 am to 6 pm can be challenging if you need something out of that window.

Das Zimmer verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile, und Gäste stellen üblicherweise Salz, Zucker und Pflanzenöl bereit. Leider war nichts davon vorhanden, nicht einmal Tee. In den meisten Hotels gibt es. Wir haben alles gekauft und dann dort gelassen. Und zweitens ist es unmöglich, die Toilette mit nur wenigen Versuchen zu spülen. Viele Lampen funktionieren nicht, aber das ist nicht so wichtig.

• Giuliana (9/5): Appartamento spazioso in zona residenziale ben collegata al centro con la metro - Posizione ottima in un quartiere residenziale ma ben servito dalla metropolitana che in 5 fermate porta in centro. Buona anche la presenza di negozi di quartiere (due panetterie) e supermercati. Non ho usufruito della colazione, ma abbiamo usato la cucina, molto comoda e spaziosa e bene attrezzata di quanto necessario. Essendo in quattro, abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza di due bagni. La grande vetrata in soggiorno verso la campagna è davvero unica. Una nota minima: anche se il servizio di pulizia era compreso (ogni due giorni), nell'appartamento avrebbe fatto comodo avere qualche attrezzo per la pulizia quotidiana (un aspirapolvere o anche solo una scopa, ad esempio) per eliminare le briciole dalla zona pranzo.
