Ontbijt voor de prijs van 450 baht PP viel echt tegen . Prijs voor taxi naar luchthaven rekening 1300 Baht had 700 betaald met taxi naar hotel van luchthaven.Ook had ik deze boeking willen annuleren en de andere Adelfi op sukumvit 8 willen boeken maar booking com heeft NOOIT op mijn aanvraag om te ruilen geantwoord. Meerdere malen hen aangeschreven .! Hotel was bereid om te wisselen . Slechte service eigenlijk van Booking com .

From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Mr. James, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and his kindness really stood out—not just to us, but especially to our kids. They felt at ease around him, which made our stay even more memorable. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were all excellent. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and family-friendly stay in Bangkok.

The hotel was excellent and felt more like a comfortable apartment, which we really loved. The service is 24/7, and there was always someone available whenever we needed assistance. The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly from reception to security, everyone made us feel very welcome. A special mention to Nam, who cleaned our room she was absolutely amazing, so friendly and warm, and her customer service was outstanding. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is brilliant alongside the wonderful view. The rooms are soundproof. The location is also great, with a 7/11 just down the street and the BTS Skytrain nearby, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel felt very safe and secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, a brilliant experience we would definitely stay here again.

- Caines (9/5): Excellent location, even better staff :) - This is my third time staying at this location as I frequently travel to Bangkok. I believe I will continue to choose this hotel as well for a few reasons. First, the staff. They are so friendly and help and really make you feel welcomed, especially as a returning guest. The location is also great. You are close enough to everything you need in Phrom Phong, however down Soi 41 it just becomes so quiet and really peaceful. Nothing in particular to comment. My room seemed to be missing the sofa and the kitchen table was but there in replace of it. So it left a bit of an empty feel and the table felt awkward placed there. The stay was still enjoyable and comfortable, but you would hope the room would have full amenities/furniture.

When I tried to pay at the property there was an error and the machine charged my card but the hotel told me that the payment did not go through. As I did not have an international Sim card I was unable to contact my bank so I had no idea if it truly went through. I ended up having to pay in cash. If you are going to select this accommodation, I recommend not paying at the property.

An egg station for your choice of eggs cooked to order too. The gym is well equipped and the pool is good size and clean. The whole place was spotless. The location is excellent being in the heart of Sukhumvit and close to the sky train station. The pool is in shade from about 1pm which is a shame but can’t be helped I guess.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and always in a great mood, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The chefs and breakfast staff were incredibly skilled and friendly. One of the chefs even helped us find a Thai sauce that we had been thinking about throughout our trip, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth and completely hassle-free. Special thanks to Mr. YA, Mrs. Fourt, and Mr. James for making our stay even more memorable. Thank you!

- lekzinwangmon (10/5): Most comfortable stay - If you’re looking for a stay, that is close to everything yet secluded and peaceful, Adelphi Grande is the place for you. The property is very clean, service is great (everyone is so warm and friendly). The gym and swimming pool on property is clean and not crowded. Chef Lek’s food and service (in Cafe Grande) is commendable. Thank you Adelphi Grande for making our stay in BKK comfortable and at home.

- Shoko (8/5): また泊まりたいです！ - 駅から思ったより近かった。 駅の周りにも食べるところが多かった。 ホテルからお出かけするとき帰ってきたときに笑顔でスタッフさんがあいさつしてくれたので、毎日気分がよかったです！ 洗濯機がついてるお部屋にしました。洗濯機を使って2日くらいはよかったですが、３日目以降くらいから脱水がうまくできなかったです。

- Saw Yu (10/5): This hotel would be my first pick if I visit to Bangkok in the future - The room is big and it’s very comfortable. When we first went into the hotel, the staff welcome us with a great smile and good attitude. The staff also very kind and tried to help us when we needed. There isn’t much shop near the hotel unless u walk to the BTS station.

Compliments to the entire staff and particularly, Nui, who I got to chat with each day....;-)
