Overall the atmosphere was unreal loved everything about this stay from the food to the hotel design, the most amazing and attentive staff and total vibe. Genuinely nothing I didn’t Like, my partner and I had such an amazing time.
• Vaughne (10/5): The height of hospitality - Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Iris at reception was such a pleasure and she looked after us our whole stay. We were treated to flowers, wine and a gift for our honeymoon which was so thoughtful - we felt very spoilt. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, the room was clean and spacious, the sauna and pool was wonderful to hang out in for a cocktail and afternoon tea was an extra treat. We will be back. Nothing - everything was great.

Did not like the number of stairs to the entrance to the hotel and having to carry luggage up as no doorman there on our arrival.

• Amelia (10/5): very enjoyable and would come back! - The location of the hotel was amazing- could walk to all of the markets and many shops. The staff were all lovely and accomodating for our flight that was late on check out day. The breakfast was also great with a wide selection of food. Would highly recommend staying here. The shower was a bit hard to work out- so maybe some instruction on how to use it.

Right next to ben thanh market, close to saigon centre and square, walking distance to Nguyễn trai street and just a taxi journey away to other places. We booked the no window room and it was nice and big. Had a very calming vibe and lighting was great. And the bed and pillows were very comfy! Love the free afternoon tea at 2pm! Also the hotel looks very cool inside. The rooms are not soundproof. I could hear the shower in the other room, outside noise was so loud and even though we weren't next to the lift, could still here people pressing the button etc. They do provide ear plugs but I find them very uncomfortable.

• Maxime (6/5): Bâtiment chouette mais ne vaut pas le prix - Bâtiment atypique. La chambre est confortable. Piscine sur le rooftop sympa Spa et salle de sport à l’extérieur de l’hôtel … l’hôtel propose un sauna et jaccouzi mais lorsqu’on s’y rend ils ne sont pas prêts (on doit allumer nous même le sauna etc et attendre). De plus, les prix des boissons et repas sont beaucoup trop élevés. L’hôtel est cher pour ce qu’il propose.
• Brigette (10/5): Loved it - The design and interior, staff were brilliant, location, I would stay there again. Only that it’s a little noisy if someone is in the corridor, the door isn’t very insulated so you hear walking, talking, cleaning etc other than that, it’s perfect.
• Khoo (8/5): I would consider another hotel if i visit Ho Chi Ming City again. - The location is central and is next to Ben Thanh market. 1. Too aggressive bellboys. When we tell them that we could manage our own luggage, they still snatch it from us. 2. Putting our 2 rooms on different floors and we have problems visiting one another. 3. The toilet and bathroom were separated on both sides of the room. 4. The room is quite small too.

Breakfast was great. Rooms are large and service very competent. My AC took a long time to cool the room down but it was specific to my room. My friends’ room was perfectly cool.

• Chizuru (10/5): ホーチミンのことがますます大好きになったお部屋！ - とにかくデザインが可愛くていい匂いがして清潔でホスピタリティに溢れた最高のホテルでした！デザインの賞を複数獲っているだけあって、視界のすみずみまで惚れ惚れします。曲線を基調とした柔らかなデザインが特徴的で、ただお部屋にいるだけでもまるでおとぎ話の世界にいるような気分が味わえて最高でした。 設備も行き届いていて、電源もたくさん用意されており、日本に多いタイプAのコンセントとタイプCのUSBケーブルをそのまま使えたのが便利でした。シャワーの水圧・ドライヤーの風量もしっかりしていて、日本人好みの丁度よさです。 そして、どのスタッフの方も私の拙い英語にもにこやかに対応くださり、とても安心して過ごすことができました。特にKL Spaの受付で対応くださった方が本当に優しい方で、私のお喋りに付き合ってくださったのが嬉しかったです。 夫は屋上のプールと景色が最高だと喜んでいて「またぜひここに泊まりにくるために仕事を頑張れる気持ちになった」と言っていました。 ベンタイン市場・ブイビエン通り・タオディエン地区やスイティエン公園にも行ける地下鉄の駅にも近いので、「ホーチミン観光を効率よく楽しみたいけど、素敵なホテルにも泊まりたい」いう方にはぜひおすすめです。 今回は1泊のみの滞在だったので、ぜひ次回は連泊させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました！ 何もありません。最高です！
• Pauline (10/5): Un très bel hôtel au cœur du district 1 d’Ho Chi Minh - L’établissement est magnifique, la chambre très grande, l’emplacement idéal dans la ville, la piscine sur le toit fait plaisir avec la chaleur et la nourriture est vraiment très bonne. De plus, le personnel est adorable. Mon conjoint a trouvé le lit trop dur. Nous avions pris une chambre « familiale » pour 3 et avons eu un lit double et un lit simple alors que dans nos précédents hôtels que nous avons payé beaucoup moins cher nous avions eu droit à 2 lits doubles. Que des détails sinon rien à reprocher à cet hôtel.

• Jade (8/5): Perfect location, great breakfast, comfy stay - The breakfast was the best out of 4 places we stayed in our 2 week Vietnam trip. The pool was cute with a nice view. The room itself and bathroom were a bit dated, however, was perfectly clean and comfortable. Our room was facing the back of the hotel and it was surprisingly quiet, didn't need any ear plugs at night. The location was one of the best things, so close to Ben Thanh market and loads of restaurants and spas. Nothing at all

• Hina (8/5): Vietnam 1st stop - Loved the location, cleanliness, the characteristics of the room. Beautiful design. The stay was expensive. I paid 465 for 2 nights. Got charged 90 dollars for an early checkin. To access the pool you have to go through the buffet area, communicating with staff was a little difficult. The lotion the in bathroom was old and grainy and they did the replenish the conditioner. Stayed at another hotel for a lot less after and had an amazing experience.

• Sophie (9/5): Lovely hotel with a beautiful design - The design of this hotel is stunning and very different from all the other hotels in Vietnam. This was our final hotel out of 12 and I highly recommend it. The afternoon tea was a great add especially with the live music, it really set a peaceful ambiance. The rooms are basic but clean and the shower and bath are good. Once you have checked out you are still able to use the pool area and the facility to wash before you leave is fantastic, there is a sauna steam room etc. We had drinks after we had checked out and went to explore the area leaving our luggage at the hotel as we had a very late flight. When we arrived back they persistently kept saying we hadn’t paid for our drinks as if we were going to leave without paying. It was a shame that we left on this note with several different people saying we hadn’t paid the bill when I was happy to pay it as we had them and even suggested it but they insisted we didn’t have to pay until we left. Very confusing.

• Alexander (8/5): Nettes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal - Nachdem wir mit der gebuchten Suite etwas unzufrieden waren (klein, laut, keinr ausreichender Schrankplatz), wurde wirklich alles getan, eine gute Lösung zu finden. Herzlichen Dank an Truc! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Designkonzept ist ungewöhlich, aber stimmig. Pool ist eher zum Planschen als zum Schwimmen geeignet. Viele Zimmer für unsere Bedürfnisse zu klein.
