- Nastassia (9/5): Un hotel molto consigliato, con camere pulite, personale molto gentile - er Check in war wie immer sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und professionell. Wir hatten erneut ein schönes Zimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool, alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm eingerichtet. Besonders positiv war, dass auf unsere Meldung direkt reagiert wurde. Die Düsen des Whirlpools funktionierten zunächst nicht, wurden aber während unserer Abwesenheit überprüft und liefen bei unserer Rückkehr wieder einwandfrei. Auch die Mitarbeitenden waren wie immer sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Da wir das Hotel regelmässig besuchen, wurde uns aufgrund des Problems mit der Klimaanlage für den nächsten Aufenthalt Parkplatz und Frühstück offeriert. Das empfanden wir als sehr fair und aufmerksam. Il check in è stato, come sempre, molto semplice, veloce e professionale. Abbiamo avuto di nuovo una bella camera con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. La camera era molto pulita, curata e piacevole. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e attento. All’inizio le bocchette della vasca idromassaggio non funzionavano. Abbiamo segnalato subito il problema al check in. Durante la nostra assenza qualcuno si è occupato della vasca e, quando siamo tornati, l’idromassaggio funzionava. Abbiamo apprezzato molto questa reazione veloce. Anche alla partenza il personale è stato molto disponibile. A causa del problema con l’aria condizionata, e dato che veniamo spesso in questo hotel, ci è stato offerto per il prossimo soggiorno il parcheggio e la colazione. Abbiamo trovato questo gesto molto corretto e gentile. Leider liess sich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht einstellen und funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht richtig. Gerade bei wärmeren Temperaturen ist das natürlich unglücklich. Das Problem wurde bei der Abreise nochmals angesprochen. Positiv ist aber, dass sehr freundlich damit umgegangen wurde und man uns eine faire Lösung für den nächsten Aufenthalt angeboten hat. Purtroppo l’aria condizionata nella camera non funzionava correttamente. Non era possibile regolarla e durante il soggiorno non ha raffreddato. Con temperature più alte questo è naturalmente un problema. Abbiamo segnalato la situazione alla partenza. Però il personale ha reagito in modo molto gentile e ha cercato una soluzione corretta per il prossimo soggiorno.

Отдельная благодарность Йозефу, который с первых дней по-настоящему восхитил своим гостеприимством. Завтраки и ужины были очень вкусными, с хорошим выбором блюд. После ужина приятно было прогуляться вокруг отеля. Мы выбрали этот отель из-за его удобного расположения рядом с выставочным центром Rho Fiera, и это оказалось отличным решением. Обязательно вернемся снова!

- Nastassia (10/5): Konstante Qualität, spürbare Ruhe und Service, der einfach funktioniert - Bereits mehrfach hier gewesen und wieder überzeugt. Das Hotel überzeugt durch Konstanz auf hohem Niveau. Zimmer grosszügig, modern und makellos gepflegt, man merkt sofort, dass hier sauber gearbeitet wird. Besonders angenehm ist die Ruhe, trotz Nähe zur Stadt. Der Service ist aufmerksam und lösungsorientiert, Wünsche werden unkompliziert umgesetzt. Auch organisatorisch läuft alles reibungslos, vom Check-in bis zum Aufenthalt. Für mich ein Ort, an dem man ohne grosse Erwartungen ankommt und genau deshalb positiv überrascht wird. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Verlässlichkeit und entspanntes Wohnen legt, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Empfehlung.

À chaque fois que nous voulions aller à la station de métro (à 30 min) l’hôtel nous proposais de nous y déposer avec un chauffeur. Il y a aucun magasin, restaurant, commerces à proximité. La salle de bain et WC donnait sur une grande fenêtre et on pouvais voir de l’extérieur. Parking payant (12€/jour) contrairement à ce qu’on voit sur booking

Infine al risveglio ci era stato comunicato che la colazione era aperta fino alle 11, ci siamo recati nella sala dedicata alle 10.20 ma nn c'era piu' nulla da mangiare perche' avevano gia' asportato tutto.

- Bill (9/5): Comfortable hotel, but not close to central Milan - The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. We booked it to attend a Bruce Springsteen concert at the San Siro (about 4km away) so the location was very good for that. There was either a local bus or a free hotel shuttle between the hotel and the metro station every hour. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but the breakfast buffet on offer was excellent value The location of the hotel was not suited for people planning to see the sites of central Milan. It is more suited to people arriving by car, as it was on the edge of Milan, near major roads. However, as we were travelling by train, getting to the hotel from Milan Centrale was very expensive by taxi. It would have been very useful if the hotel had informed us in advance that there was a shuttle bus from the nearest Metro station to the hotel as that would have saved us an expensive taxi ride.

- Nastassia (9/5): Immer wieder eine sichere Wahl – konstant hervorragend - Bereits zum vierten Mal haben wir das Hotel Silver in Mailand besucht, und auch dieses Mal hat alles perfekt gepasst. Sauberkeit und Hygiene bewegen sich durchgehend auf sehr hohem Niveau, der Service ist aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Zimmer war pünktlich bezugsbereit, ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Genau diese Zuverlässigkeit und gleichbleibend hohe Qualität schätzen wir besonders. Das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein und sich rundum wohlzufühlen, stellt sich jedes Mal erneut ein. Eine klare Empfehlung und ganz sicher nicht der letzte Aufenthalt.

- Francesca (10/5): Eccellente - La struttura è moderna, curata e soprattutto molto pulita. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e confortevole. Il personale è stato gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e con prodotti di qualità. La posizione è comoda per muoversi in città pur rimanendo in una zona tranquilla. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio fronte camera, cosa che a Milano è una rarità.

- Harrison (6/5): A pleasant stay but with a few minor disappointments. - Good staff, comfortable beds, good bathroom with excellent spa bath. Difficult location, far from public transport - a lot of money spent on taxis. Restaurant food not great. Had a lot of problem with noise from other guests which ruined my stay (not the hotel's fault, but they also didn't do much about it).

Alcuni costi nascosti, come ad esempio il parcheggio all'interno della struttura che ci è stato comunicato solo al check in, e di cui, data la posizione, non se ne può fare a meno, inoltre, a nostro avviso, la colazione, non inclusa, non era all'altezza di quanto ci hanno fatto pagare per essa.

- Christian (8/5): Komfortables Hotel etwas ausserhalb - Komfort und Zimmergrösse und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer.Personal ist sehr freundlich ! Aufpreisliste wie Tourismusabgabe soweit ausserhalb von Mailand. Parkplatzgebühren und ohne Auto kommt man da nicht hin. Sparsame Herausgabe der Getränke beim eher teureren Morgenessen.

- Franck Chevy (6/5): hotel qui necessite une mise a jour de ses équipements.... - parking devant la chambre securise. chambre spacieuse lit qui grince, climatisation impossible a regler, donc nous avons du ouvrir les fenetres car il faisait trop chaud... resultat, les moustiques sont arrives !!!! pffffff
- Jeton (6/5): - personalen receptionen var väldigt bra. till exempel på frukosten var väldigt stressigt moment hur de frågar om rum nummer och det finns fem bord och sex personal som kommer och frågar hela tiden om de ska ta tallrik från dig medan du äter frukost. Det var väldigt otrevligt moment känner jag.

- Nastassia (9/5): Sauberes, ruhiges Hotel mit super Service - Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Mailand, die Umgebung ist zwar nicht besonders schön, dafür ist das Haus selbst top gepflegt, sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gross, modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Auch unser kleiner Hund war wieder herzlich willkommen, der Aufpreis ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplätze sind grosszügig und immer verfügbar, der Preis von aktuell 12 Euro ist völlig in Ordnung. Einziger Punkt: Die Klimaanlage war bereits auf Winterbetrieb umgestellt, sodass keine Kühlung mehr möglich war. Anfang Oktober wäre es aber noch angenehm, selbst entscheiden zu können, ob man heizt oder kühlt. Abgesehen davon war wieder alles perfekt – ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit starkem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

- André (8/5): Séjour agréable correspondant à ce que l'on espérait (voire plus) - L'hôtel est une sorte de motel mais beaucoup plus agréable avec des chambre au rez de chaussée L'accès à la chambre se fait par l'intérieur du bâtiment mais également par une porte individuelle extérieure Parking en face de la porte extérieure de la chambre Petit déjeuner diversifié Hôtel sécurisé Il serait préférable de mettre un mitigeur dans la douche au lieu de 2 robinets. En effet, il faut, à chaque fois que l'on coupe l'eau du robinet refaire le réglage de température et avec du savon dans les yeux se n'est pas évident ;-) L'entrée et surtout la sortie du parking donne directement sur la grand route ==> prudence car dangereux
- Rainer (9/5): Perfekt für ein schönes Wochenende - Schöne Anlage mit genügend Parkplätzen direkt vor den Apartments. Extravagante Zimmer, geräumig und mit Whirlpool, was nicht alltäglich ist. Zuverlässiger Shuttle Service zur nächsten Metrostation. Frühstück okay. Mit Abendessen im Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Roundabout ein schönes, entspanntes Wochenende. Zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal.

- Anca (10/5): Absolutely beautiful - Everything, the garage in front of the room, the staff was kind and proffesional and present 24/7, the room was clean and very beautiful and the spa tub was heaven. No restaurant nearby and the hotel’s restaurant was closed during our short stay, but plenty of grocery stores nearby (reachable by car)
