We had a meal at their sister hotel across the road, my potatoes were cold and the steak was unchewable, I complained at the time but was still given a bill for 500,000! We had a late flight and asked if we could pay for the extra hrs, but told we had to pay for another night, no reduction at all as left the hotel at 8.30 pm so no breakfast was needed (poor customer service) The most informative & helpful person in the hotel was the bellman DƯƠNG VĂN LONG he was absolutely brilliant 🤩

- Andrea (7/5): Adequate stay - close to the airport - we liked the quiet dark room. We didn't like the breakfast - totally asian inspired. We had organized a pick up at the airport and they totally forgot to pick us up. Also one lift made it difficult when we were leaving to go to the airport as there were a load of french tourists waiting to use it too. We ended up taking our cases down the stairs. The receptionist when checking out kept trying to serve several people at once. Not much in the surrounding areas in relation to food choices.

- MING (10/5): 宾至如归 - 酒店环境很安静，并且提供免费的机场接送，房间家具和电器虽然很有年代感了，但是打扫维护的很干净。所有员工都非常友善和热情，秩序井然。虽然不在第一区，但前台的英语很好，沟通无障碍。我们到酒店时已经临晨4点了，本来打算行李寄存大堂后到周边购物后等到下午2点办理入住，结果早上大堂经理上班后主动为我们办理了early check in，让我们在接下来的日程里精力充沛。如果想要体验真正的当地美食，可以咨询酒店员工，大概率不会让你失望～如果再来胡志明，我一定会再到访这家酒店！ 我订的双床房，但是给安排了大双人房，不过加了一张小床后刚好适合我们2大1小

Szobák hangszigetelése!!! Közvetlen a lift mellett volt a szobánk így rettentően zavaró a liftre várakozók beszéde. Nagyon sötét a szoba mert tűzfalra néz, így csak ha elhagyod a szobát derül ki milyen napszak és milyen idő van!!!! A medence másik egységbe van közvetlen egy étterembe ami mindkét fél számára zavaró lehet!!! A reggeli az út túloldalán szinten külön egységbe, bár a reggeli színvonalára panasz nincs!!!

- Benjamin (1/5): I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if they paid ME to stay there. - Unclean bed sheets, under the beads was loaded with dirt, hadn’t been cleaned in years even though the beds move freely and it would be very easy. I imagine the room has never been properly sanitized. Constant strong stinky pungent smell in the hallways. The desk staff is not friendly or welcoming. When it was time to checkout there was no question of how my stay was, if I needed anything, etc. All they were focused on was collecting my payment for drinking the water in the room which apparently is not complementary at a “4 star hotel”. Didn’t hold the door for me when I left, but there were 10+ staff in the lobby area and no other guests.

- Fiona (7/5): Quiet and cool break with extremely helpful staff. - Hotel was close to the airport, but was a fair way out of the main tourist spots, but this meant it was quiet. There were plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel. Breakfast was also good. We were unable to obtain a room with our kids (15 and 17) and weren't able to be on the same floor. Pool was great but it was kind of weird to have to exit the hotel and go through a restaurant to get to it.

- shunji (9/5): ホーチミンで快適に過ごせる安心ホテル - 最近はほとんどこのホテルが常宿になるくらい 宿泊しています。 建物は古いですがとても手入れされていて とても快適に過ごせます。 朝食もベトナム料理他に種類が沢山あり フルーツもとても美味しいです エアポートへのアクセスもとても良く コスパも良いです。 建物が古いので仕方ないですが トイレなどのメンテナンスは しっかりとおねがいしたいです。 マッサージ好きな私には残念ながら ここのマッサージはチップが高額すぎて うけられなかつたのが残念ですね

- White (4/5): My suites were disappointing. - 1.Breakfast was good. The meals in the banquet hall were very good. 2. Airport shuttle was good. 2. The airport shuttle was punctual and clean. 1. The first suite was too cold and had other issues. I was told by the manager that I could not move to the other building because there were no rooms available for the length of my stay of 20+ days. 2. I agreed to move to the second suite. It was too cold. The A/C was directly over the desk. When I made the room warmer, the mirrors fogged--humidity consumed the room. 3. I went to a different hotel for two days. There, I could work at my desk comfortably and enjoy peaceful relaxation in my room.

В номере всё необходимое есть: халат, тапочки, шампунь- гель- кондиционер, зубные щётки, две бутылки воды, чай-кофе. Всё в номере работает. В ресторане недорогие, вкусные комплексные обеды. Бассейн нормальный. Трансфер до аэропорта бесплатно, индивидуальный. Расположение рядом с аэропортом (10 минут на машине), в тихом месте. Персонал на рецепции говорит на английском. Всё хорошо

Although we had a bit of a mix-up with our booking (we thought when we booked that the room was for 4 people but when we arrived it was only set up for 2) we were able to quickly and easily book a second room close by to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had booked a room in the New wing but were upgraded to a bigger room in the Old wing, although this did mean being a bit further away (and across the road) from the pool, however there are staff on the street to assist you with crossing safely. We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport (as well as for the pool), and the hotel provided us with complimentary pick up and drop off which was much appreciated.

Breakfast was limited and I’d have preferred to skip it. Overall, I’d visit again, and recommended the new annexe. Spa service available but didn’t use - MEN only which I found strange.
