• Ronny (6/5): Sehr gute Lage. Preis Leistung ist ok. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. 5 min zur A9, 5min Fußweg zur UBahn. Das Personal am 15.05 und 16.05: zum Abendessen war komplett überfordert. 30min bis man überhaupt eine Karte hatte, wärend des Buffettessen ca 1h hat es der Herr nicht einmal an den Tisch geschafft. Der junge Herr sollte alles ander machen aber definitiv kein Service.

• Silvia (1/5): - Gar nichts Zimmer: Fön kaputt, Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Kein Bett gemacht, Bad nicht gereinigt. Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt, nur die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Krönung war das Frühstück. 20 min am Kaffee anstehen. Dann waren die Brötchen alle, also bei der Wurst angestellt, 1 Scheibe Käse . 1 Scheibe Wurst ergattert. Dann war kein Sitzplatz da.Tische und Stühle wurden reigeschleppt. Die Leute saßen sogar an der Bar. Keine Tassen keine Gläser. Kaffee und Orangensaft wurden aus Dessertschalen getrunken. Unglaublich. 4 Sterne Hotel. So ein Chaos habe ich noch nie erlebt. Achja. 3 Aufzüge waren auch defekt.

• Roos (7/5): Preis-Leistung top - Gute Lage direkt an den Öffis, leckeres Frühstück, nettes Personal und wirklich leise Zimmer Leider war das erste Frühstück eine absolute Katastrophe. Es gab nicht genügend Plätze, es mussten neue Tische aufgebaut werden, das Buffet wurde leider nicht sehr schnell aufgebaut und an den Kaffeemaschinen musste man um die 10min. warten. Am nächsten Tag war aber alles perfekt und sehr reichhaltig.

• Leidy (2/5): No tiene buena relación calidad / precio. - El desayuno era lo único bueno del hotel - la habitación era muy pequeña - me quede 3 dias | 2 noches y nunca limpiaron la habitación - queda muy lejos de una estación, los taxis se demoran en promedio de 10 a 15 minutos en llegar, si vas al centro de la ciudad y no llega taxi tienes que caminar 12 a 15 min a la estación más cercana. - El ascensor tenía dañado el botón de la mitad - en la mayoría de hoteles de Alemania, el desayuno empieza a partir de las 6 am, sin embargo en este hotel empieza a las 6:30 am e incluso un poco más tarde. No me volvería alojar aquí

• Lisa (6/5): Great for One-Night-Stay with a bed and something to eat - The staff was always very friendly and reachable 24/7 at the reception. The hotel is very big and the connection to the city or elsewhere is easy and frequent. When we entered the room, we noticed the air conditioning was not working. We were thinking that it might need a bit as it was set to the lowest level when we entered. The room was hot because the sun was shining on it the whole day. After a day of trying all the different features and even leaving it on high during a time we weren't there for three hours, it didn't change. Unfortunately, the front office couldn't do much. We reported it after a day of trying. Then, the water kettle did not work. We tried different outlets but it wouldn't work. We had to tell the front office two times if we could please get a new one before someone came and replaced it after trying himself. The breakfast area was big, but it seemed like the breakfast itself was not accounted for for so many people. It was constantly half empty and bowls or cutlery was missing. It was a little disappointing because they advertised in their menu, that they had a lot of things - even vegan. Yet I never found the vegan options or they were empty.

• Frank (3/5): Frühstück, Service gut - Hotel sonst insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber. - Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Service auch. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es waren sehr viele Spinnenweben im Zimmer - in den Ecken unter der Decke, im Badezimmer. Hinter dem Fernseher wurde sicherlich seit Monaten nicht mehr geputzt, da sehr viel Staub und Spinnenweben. Unter dem Bett auch Spinnenweben und ein undefinierbarer Fleck. Im Badezimmer ist in der Badewanne/Dusche Schimmel an der Verfugung. An einer Über-Gardine waren die Halterungen abgerissen, so das die Gardine "daneben" hing und nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Die Klinke im Zimmer konnte abgenommen werden. Im Flur war der Bodenbelag teilweise an Verbindungs- und Zimmertüren herausgenommen (Reparaturen?) und nicht wieder ersetzt worden

• Emily (6/5): Comfy beds, not much else - The bed was very comfortable. The overall cleanliness and standard was a bit low when you looked closer. Paint chipped, leather peeling, funny smells. There is parking below but it was charged extra which was an unpleasant surprise.

Wir sind anstatt 2 Nächten nach 1 Nacht abgereist. Mein Mann benötigt als Diabetiker Insulin welches in einen Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden muss. Aber leider war nicht einmal ein Mini Kühlschrank vorhanden. Kurz zusammengefasst: keine 4 Sterne!!!!!!

Da die Bestätigung nicht eindeutig war vor Anreise gefragt und bestätigt 2 Personen mit Frühstück. Vor Ort hätte lt Hotel 2 Person Frühstück aufzahlen müssen. Daher wurde von keinem im Hotel gefrühstückt. Gebeten das eine nicht in Anspruch genommene Frühstück zu erstatten. Abgelehnt.

• Lydia (8/5): Gutes Hotel - Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und man hatte eine große Auswahl. Man hat Zeit bis 12 Uhr auszuchecken. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Um 8:30 Uhr kam der Zimmerservice ins Zimmer. Sie haben zwar vorher zwei mal geklopft und wir reagierten nicht darauf. Aber wir wurden durch das Klopfen auch erst wach.
