La salle de sport et la piscine avaient l'air spacieux et agréables mais n'étaient pas disponible durant notre réservation car en travaux (nous n'avions pas été prévenus). Aucun remboursement partiel ou geste quelconque n'a été proposé pour ce gros inconvénient. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'était vraiment pas idéal, les taxis avaient du mal à trouver. La vue de notre chambre donnait sur une espèce de terrain vague rempli de déchets.

- Ava (4/5): - As young Australian travellers we wouldn’t recommend this stay. The staff were uninviting and rather quite unhelpful towards us throughout our stay. When we checked in we were taken to a different older hotel behind the building although we could still use the facilities of the newer building I didn’t see anything about this in my booking records. Overall I would not recommend this hotel the location isn’t great either - don’t waste your time.

Pool area had no shade and your loungers for entire hotel. We were in Happihaus which was a separate building but this wasn’t clear so queued at three different places to checkin which were busy with huge coach parties.

- Mohammad (6/5): Good but challenging - We had free hospital transfer whenever we wanted to go or return back which is a great support for those who comes here for treatment in Bangkok hospital. Hotel is well visible from long distance which is very helpful for a group like us who traveled Bangkok first time. The staffs were very helpful and they tried to solve our problems quickly with smiling face always. The hotel is very clean and well-known to every people specially the taxi drivers or food deliverymen. The hotel is far away from Metro line as such we were totally depended on Taxi/Bold/Uber which are quite expensive in Bangkok. The bus transport is also not very frequent and thus not convenient. Our room was in Hotel A-One Boutique, which is actually an old 4-storied building and different to what you see as picture of A-One hotel. Therefore you should keep this in your mind while booking so that you are not disappointed when you arrive at your room. In the Boutique, the elevator was so small that it was a big challenge for me to go up/down with my patient on a wheelchair. The major problem was that, inside the room, there is a footstep on the floor (picture attached) just in front of the bathroom which made our life miserable as I had an aged patient who can only move in wheelchair and in this case I was unable to take that wheel chair inside the room !!! Everytime, I had to leave the wheelchair outside the room and carry my patient on his foot with 2 persons help!!!!! After 2 days, I complained the authority and ultimately hotel authority changed our room to ground floor which is bigger and don't have this problem and they haven't charged me any extra money for this change. The breakfast has very less option specially very few items suitable for Muslim people. Breakfast was not included in my booking and I had an intention to have it on payment, but I had to change my mind after seeing the arrangement.

I think this is a hotel for many hospital tourists, as there are hourly shuttles to and from the hospital Reception is slightly rude in the main building. Second building reception is VERY good.

There are two buildings, and I got a room at the second building, which is not convienient to the pool. Reception guy during check in is slightly rude.
