• Jet (2/5): Very disappointing stay - I would like to contact you guys in regards to my stay. My name is Ulexis Jet Velunta, I booked my stay from February 3 to February 10 and I have stayed i. Room 410. I have booked my stay at this hotel I have not been satisfied with my stay here. It came to a point that I have to leave and check out early because this hotel is just so bad. First I come to the room with a leaking bidet. When I slept for my first night. I was told that my room is a non smoking room. I woke up smelling cigarette inside my room. The whole hotel smells like an ashtray. The 4th floor where I stated smelled like cigarettes. I have talked to someone from the front desk and they told me someone will take a look at it. No one came. The next day. Same thing, I smell cigarettes early in the morning. I tried my best to enjoy my stay but when I saw small cockroaches in my bathroom. I needed to go. I am really very unhappy with my stay here to a point that I needed to move to a different hotel. I know that I wouldn't be able to get a refund for the unused nights. But I really needed to get out there. I have reached out to the hotel as well.

Like this training u guys giving to your staff sorry to say bt it's worst I'm not going to come back again and I'll tell to everyone not to go

This shabby, seedy, dirty hotel has rude staff who will try to rip you off at every turn, rooms which reek of cigarettes and a nightclub which will keep you awake until 3am. Truly horrible. Under no circumstances book online: you will be locked into a price far above the walk up rate.

• Mojtaba_ahmadi (8/5): Generally good experience, - Everything was almost fine , facilities were in good condition, the room was clean , the only negative things were air-conditioner was not working properly the hotel temperature was not Cool enough, I stayed in the 7th floor and the room temperature was warmer than haul way even, although I traveled Dubai in March which is not summer, we all know that summer in Dubai is very hot and Air-conditioner is One of the most important facility in UAE. The wall was rusty and the paint was peeled off, and there was no safe box in the room, which was important for me . But the rest was good , location in very good it's next to the salehedin metro station. And it's very helpful. Totally I like that hotel , and I may stay in that hotel again in future, The room rate was good and affordable, you can book it through website with lower rate, the difference of rate between online booking and cash payment upon arrival is notable.

• DrakeJarekTravels (2/5): Rude Front Desk Guy and Cockroaches! - 1. RUDE DESK SERVICE- i arrived to check in and gave the front desk guy my passport to look up my name and sign me in. He rudely said i dont have a reservation there. I then gave my hot wire reference number and he still said i didnt book a room. I then gave the credit card i booked it through and offered to show my credit card receipt. He said no. He then found my reservation by my phone number. Took 20 minutes! Then check in is at 3:00 but i had to wait to 3:35 2. UPCHARGED ME - i already paid the max for the room. The same guy noticed myy local friend came to visit me and spend time with me for most of my visit. He said i had to pay 200 dirhams more. Really?! 3. COCKROACHES- on the 2nd day i returned to the room at night, i turned on the lights and 2 cockroaches ran on the floor. Day 3, there was a big cockroach on the wall. This is a cockroach invested hotel with a rude guy working the desk. The cleaning staff was nice.

• Staycationistaa (4/5): The room are well cleaned but the staffs are very rude!!! Very disappointed!! - We visited this hotel quite a lot this year. And our last stay was terrible. I checked in at passed 9 in the evening of our check in date and I waited for the reception for more than 30 minutes to check me in and when I reached the room I found the door open without using the key they gave me. And I specially booked for king size bed and even call reception just to make sure it will be provided. When I saw the opened room there was 2 single bed which is really disappointing so I went down and they told me they cannot give me what I booked not until I told them that the door is open and it's not closing. Next day of our stay we went out in the morning and asked the reception to clean the room, check the bed because it's hard as my partner had a back pain when he woke up and give us 1 more towel since we are 2 in the room and we had only 1 towel. We asked as well for dental kit and slippers. When we came back to the hotel @ 11pm (13th October,2021) room cleaning was not done, no single request has been delivered. We showed it to one of their staff and didn't even apologized. After few mins still no one came to clean the room as we requested again. My partner called the reception and the guy on duty that time was very rude. This is under hospitality industry but we didn't feel even a bit of being hospitable from the staff. Most specially in reception since the time of check in and whole entire of our stay. And finally after sometime housekeeping attendant came which is same as the attitude of the person who's seating in reception. We come to know that the bed was place in opposite side which where the rod is accessible. So my partner help the attendant to flipped the mattress. We're so tired when we got to the hotel as we went outside so we just want to relax after but we got stressed from the service this is not 1 star or 2 star hotel. It's 3 star which is supposed to be much better than the services of 1 or 2 star . I like the wash room as it is clean however the hair dryer is not working. We reported it to the room attendant and even showed it to him. He said they cannot do anything about it. I even suggested to replaced it but he said it's not possible and he left."I know that in a hotel standard there must be a working hair dyer" if not it violates one of the rules of a hotel standard. One more thing @late night on 12th of october the guy who wore a brown blazer asked for my partners emirates ID and asked us to leave it there with them and send it to our room after 10mins but it's already morning we still didn't received the ID and when we passed by and asked about it it looks like they are confused if they have it or maybe misplaced it. Until few mins they found it and didn't even apologized for the delayed and he's very non-hospitable. The first stay we had was May 2021 and it was amazing. hTe filipina lady who checked us in before was very nice and polite but I've never seen her since then. You should hire more staff like the Filipina lady before because that's what hospitality industry needed. Hoping that you could get back to me as soon as possible and hire people who knows to care about tyourguests. Remember it's a hospitality industry!!!!!

We call the reception severals times, waited more than 3 hours and nobody showed up to fix. We decided to checkout and leave for a another hotel. Forgot to mention that there was mold all over in the bathroom. If you have choice, stay away from this hotel.

Cockroaches are spending quality time inside the room. 3. Towels are stained. 4. Hot water is not working, so I had to change the room. 5. They gave me wrong wifi password, and maintenance guy who showed up to help doesn’t know anything. 6. The phone near bed is not working, so every time I needed something I had to use the phone in the bathroom. The only thing positive is that the property is in good place.

• shja2020 (2/5): worst hotel i ever seen in my life - Guys be careful if you are booking in this hotel. i have booked this hotel as it is mentioned as 3 star but seriously it is no way near to 2 star.so many issues to name few small rooms, in each corridor only one wifi device and very slow internet. AC control very old model.only 1 floor for non smoking rooms and no guarantee that you are free from cigarette smell. I am sure if you are staying for long time your lungs will damage..its time for you to decide whether you want have a peaceful stay or ruin your stay.i was told by staff that the room i got is the best room in the hotel.so imagine how the others will be.

• artistahun (6/5): Budget friendly. - I wanted to have an escape in where i am staying and decided to book for a staycation. I chose RFH since its nearby my workplace. 1. Mr. Karan in the reception and Mr. Amin were very helpful. (Mr. Manager, hear this out.) I commend them for doing an extra mile of their responsibilities. 2. I also appreciate the restaurant calling to remind for breakfast. - Aircon is good - Fast and strong wifi connection - Hot and cold water - TV is working but not so much channels - Complimentary coffee and tea and water - Towels and toiletries are available 3. However, the room is what i not expect of from the photos posted. - Lighting too dark. - Rags/Carpet are dirty/dusty. - Pillows were not comfy enough. - Tubs were leaking. - Noisy because of nearby bars - Bed is creaking. - No tissue provided 4. The hotel, moreso, is budget friendly. If you're a tourist who's out the whole day for sightseeing, this is suitable for you since its located in a strategic area in Dubai. - near Reef Mall - nearby grocery - near restaurants - near Metro

• Darth1407 (2/5): Too many issues. Problem handling is terrible. - We chose this hotel mainly for the location. It is 1min walk from the Salah Al din station, very convenient if you are travelling everyday thru metro. Apparently, there are lots of things which ruin your stay. (1st) Room is old and not well maintained, you can easily smell damp odor when you enter the room, curtains looks very dusty, walls are scratched off of paint, bed linens have stains. (2nd) Wifi connection is very bad, we call the reception to report this but they will always say "yeah in 5mins it will be fixed". But this issue happens everyday. Looks like the problem is not fixed at all. (3rd) the walls are not noise resistant, we can here the next room's TV and even the guests conversation. (4th) the pipe of the shower is already detached on the wall giving you impression that they don't mind it and will not do anything about it. How was this room even released as vacant-clean/ inspected by the housekeeping supervisor. This things should be reported first to engineering/maintenance before releasing it for guest use. (5th) on the first day, we report that there is leak in the toilet sink, took us 3 times of follow up before a maintenance guy came, after few mins of checking the pipes below the sink, he just mentioned "just put the bath rag below it", and his face looks like problem is fixed. I explained to him that we are staying in the hotel for 5 days, then he answered "oh i thought you stay only 1night", he then went out to get his tools and finally took time to really fixed it.This issues are main reasons that ruin our stay experience. Our stay have been charged already upon booking this property. If it wasn't, then we will definitely find another hotel. This hotel doesn't deserve to be on 3-star category! Don't waste your money on booking this hotel.
• federicoz799 (2/5): 3 stars? This is not even 2 stars hôtel !! - I'll try to be specific with my experience. This hotel is located in Deira and for me is a good place cause you have markets, stores, barber shops, the metro, restaurants and everythign you need. My complaints started upon my arrival, at 9pm the room was not ready as per the pictures. No coffee and tea station, no sandals, no fruits and the bathroom was dirty. After requesting the tea one hk staff came and gave me 3 bag of tea from his pocket. There is no phone in the room so you need to go down to the lobby to complain or made a request. The curtains remained dirty during the stay and the safe box was not working, just placed for decoration. There is not way to control the AC, the temperature was always around 18 degrees very cold for us. Downstairs is a Indian night club so many times I had to see drunk people and the cigarette smells. Is not a 3 star hotel and the Dubai tourism department should close that "hotel" AVOID AT ALL COST STAYING HERE!!!!

• deepaks928 (6/5): Good Hotel But can much Improve - Good Hotel located just 150 mtrs from salah Al din metro station exit gate 2 The Hotel is ok ok..The rooms are small and there was lots of dampness on the walls The price per night is reasonable and the breakfast served is good They have 4 night clubs in the premises Indian and Pakistani and these are basically like Pakistani mujra and Indian dance bars...Better clubs are available in Dubai if you want to enjoy night life They have massage center which charges around 150 dhirams for 60 minutes There are 2 small kerla restaurant behind the hotel which serve breakfast lunch and dinner and quite good and reasonable. The location of the hotel is very nice and there are many grocery stores around within 100 mtrs Al gauair mall is just 500 mtrs away Good for a week long stay if you travel alone or on business I Don't mind to stay here once again The staff is good and very co operative

• Carlos (8/5): Dubai Royal Falcon Hotel Stay - Dubai was great! This hotel was near the old town, however, not the more-developed. It was very close to the metro and near much good food. The bed was a bit big actually in comparison to the size of the room.

• Verified traveler (2/5): The worst hotel night in my entire history - This was the worst stay during the years I've spent traveling and going to hotels around the world, the hotel was full of perverts and men all around their club downstairs in the reception, and as me and my fiancee entered the hotel at our first night, they starred at her so badly that she and I felt so uncomfortable, and top of that they have denied my fiancee access to the hotel, saying that I can't get guests into the rooms although the room was booked for two people and we were the only two people in that room, I have had to go upstairs grab our luggage and find a new hotel at around 2am, it was the worst experience, and their manager was rude and so are the staff, they didn't even try to help us solve the issue in anyway, don't waste your time and money on a low class garbage place like that, especially if you're a couple just don't put yourself into this position as we did, there other hotels all around Dubai that are 100x better.

• John S. (6/5): Free Nightclub thrown in! - Checking in late from a delayed flight didn't get me off to a great start. Ended up in an acceptable room but with a thumping Nightclub that felt like it was just a floor or two below me. Hardly slept. Eyes on stalks for my first day abroad. I'd missed the start of the free entertainment the previous night due to the late check-in, but on my second night it kicked-off at 11.30pm and by 2am having not slept a wink, I phoned reception asking when the noise was due to stop? 3am sir! I told them that I would need to be moved to a quieter room in the morning as this was unacceptable. I arrived at reception with all my packed up luggage at about 9.30am. They thought I was checking-out early! Having to explain again the situation, I was moved to a much quieter room for the remaining 3 nights. Staff generally, quite pleasant and friendly.

• Verified traveler (2/5): worse hotel in Dubia - The worst hotel ever. At night the place turns into night club. Music is extremely loud. the rooms are rented to "working women" . trash are left in the hallway. The front customer services are rude unwilling to help you with the smalls thing.
• D (4/5): Do not stay here... - Staff are unfriendly and unaccomodating.. Loud music heard until around 2am from the club downstairs. On the good side, the Room is spacious and clean. But if you want to rest after a long day do not stay here unless you plan to sleep at 3am.

• Ashley (4/5): NEVER AGAIN - I booked this hotel from a Starbucks nearby after learning my flights home had been oversold and I would need to spend an additional night in Dubai. Now I admit I booked this hotel while primarily focusing on price because I had an 8am flight out and would only need the room for less than 12 hrs, that was probably my mistake because this place was pretty bad. The room was dirty throughout, the mirrors had a mystery substance on it, the sheets and pillows had hair, holes, random black and red marks on them. The walls had stains, the refrigerator was gross with mold and food residue. The walls are paper thin and there is a nightclub on the ground floor that goes until about 2am at which point the drunks file upstairs to their rooms and continue to drink and party till 4am. Fortunately I spent several years on an aircraft carrier and can sleep thru anything but fair warning to those who cannot. As for the bathroom the lone roll of toilet paper was wet, not sure what from so I used napkins instead, I also opted for a hobo bath via the sink versus getting in the shower, which looked clean on the surface but given the state of the room I wasn't going to chance it.

• shakeel (6/5): Budget Hotel - This hotel is excellent for the price. The location and staff were also excellent. Obviously certains things like breakfast etc were not tye bbest but obviously you are notpaying for a 5 star hotel. If/when I go to Dubai again if I get this hotel at a cheap price again I will most definitely stay here. My family members also enjoyed there stay here.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel under renovation . Rooms kind of small. - The hotel is being renovated in parts so could not get the high floor room wanted. Three of the nights able to smell cigarette smoke through the aircon. Night club music can be heard in the room.

• Ken (4/5): Bad night's sleep. - Front desk not particularly helpful or friendly. Young woman chewing gum was a really bad look. Loud drums from the nightclub on the first floor kept us awake till the early hours of the morning. Bathroom was very clean, good supply of hot water, big bath towels. Taxi back to the airport was the best part!
• Tinay Maganda (2/5): Great Location...that's about it. - Other than the location, if you have any other options, do not stay here. Place is shady at best. I was unfortunate to stay 3 nights and could not cancel. Very close to the metro, but then again, so are other hotels in Dubai.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel - When I booked my room it was said that I would get a refrigerator included in my room but when I went there it wasn't. I was also said the room included a room massage but it wasn't. It was also said slippers would be in the room but there was not any.
• Anitha (4/5): 50 m from Metro and the 4th cheapest place in Duba - I got one of the quiet rooms on the 7th floor, yay. And once I closed the bathroom door I couldn't hear the drip, drip, drip anymore and could sleep pretty well on that rock-hard bed. In the morning I didn't dare use shampoo because the water pressure was so low that I was afraid I couldn't wash it out, but it was only one night ....... The description says there is a business center, which it does NOT, but the staff actually let me use the computer in their office to quickly confirm my flight, which was nice. There are several grocery stores and little restaurants within 10 meters of the hotel. And, of course, it's 50 meters from the metro.
