We're so lucky that we have tried to eat at some of the best Cafes throughout the world. The food was so on point with abundant flavours and eye-catching presentation. I couldn't fault a single dish. The staff were nice but Zaila hit differently, her genuine smile and polite approach caught my attention. Also, she's very caring and efficient with our needs, which every guest would like and appreciate. When we came back to Hong Kong, the Hyatt Cafe would be our top choice!

What made my stay truly unforgettable was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was warm and friendly. There was one staff I couldn’t forget, I think her name is Zaila, who was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely love to come back again!

From the time I stepped in to the hotel lobby, I was always greeted by the great smiles from front desk staffs, especially Sophie and Hazel. They always make me feel like I am welcome, and the check in process is always fast and smooth. Chin Chin Bar is my favorite place to go in the evening after one day of busy work. I really enjoyed the relaxing environment and the lovely songs of the singers. Wine selection is great and thanks for the professional suggestions from Philip and Andy, I am always able to enjoy different great wine. In addition, they are so friendly that I don’t feel awkward whenever I enjoyed the wine at the bar by myself. In addition, The service at the club lounge is also great. The staffs are friendly and attentive and always try their best to help the customers. Special thanks to Jason Yong whose professional services make me feel very relaxing when enjoying the breakfast and happy hour at the lounge. I can’t quite remember the first time I went, perhaps it was around 2013, but it has been a special place for me ever since. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team for their excellent service, especially Choki, Andy, Philip, and the team (including the band). They consistently provide a wonderful experience and always make me feel at home. Their professionalism and deep knowledge of the products (wine, whiskey, and cocktail) combined with their ability to understand their clients’ needs, truly set them apart.

I am so pleased that I picked the Hyatt Cafe and thankful to Emma for the smooth process and quick response to every question I had. The cake is rich in hojicha chiffon layered with fresh strawberries, smooth hojicha cream and ruby chocolate, a delicate creation crafted to celebrate the occasion in style. Such a stunning and delicious cake! The attention to detail on the custom decoration was amazing and it tasted perfect. The Hyatt Cafe not only offers a Mother's day edition cake but also has available various options suitable for any occasion. Loved to avail!

On our 2nd day, we siblings had visited the Hyatt Cafe and tried pastries and coffee. The Creme brulee and Raspberry chocolate tart were truly a drip! The Latte and Cappuccino were absolutely slayed, its aroma slaps so hard and brought sophisticated and cozy energy. Literally the best start of the day. After a few days, I came back to the Hyatt hotel with my family to have a lunch buffet. We've tried Medium Steak and Salad with Parmesan cheese. The Medium Steak was a lowkey bussin, serving major flavors and tenderly cooked medium rare. We loved the savory and juicy texture of it. The Salad with Parmesan cheese was perfectly served and it ate and left no crumbs. There were also a huge variety of options for dessert, Tiramisu, Haagen dazs ice cream(chocolate and matcha flavor), Waffle that can be added some desired toppings, but what I've loved most was the Mango cheesecake. It was simply perfect! Everything about the Cafe was instagram-worthy. I've just graduated from college and I really love exploring and discovering new ideas especially when it comes to the cooking industry. We have tried some buffets in Hong Kong but the buffet at Hyatt Cafe hits different! I'm truly amazed and intrigued by the different types of cuisines and I'm interested to broaden my knowledge about it. The staff were just straight vibing, extremely helpful and accommodating. We appreciated it and were grateful for the perfect experience! Overall, the hotel itself was a reflection of excellence! Would love to come back!

- Storyteller629270 (6/5): Hotel located in the heart of Tsim Sha Shui - My family—traveling with three children ages 9, 12, and 14—stayed at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui in April 2026 for spring break. Every staff member we encountered was amazing—friendly, attentive, and truly a highlight of our stay. The hotel’s location in Tsim Sha Tsui is superb, making it easy to walk around or hop on the metro to explore all over Hong Kong. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is showing its age and is in need of renovations. The most concerning issue was the bathrooms, particularly the showers, where there was noticeable mold. The lounge experience was just average. Breakfast at the café offered a huge variety of options, which was great, but the overall flavor and quality of the food were mediocre. Overall, while the service and location were excellent, I wouldn't return to this hotel unless they update and renovate the hotel.

At first, we were just a walk-in guest at the Hyatt Hotel and we didn't know about the promos being offered yet. It cost us a little bit pricey but still, it's all worth it. It was Zaila who suggested us and gave us recommendations about booking online to avail good discount offers:Table Check, Kkday, Open rice and Buy 2 Get 2 semi-lunch buffet. When we already knew about the promos and how to avail discounts, we planned to meet up with our other friends. We booked our B2G2 semi-lunch buffet in advance and we've got exclusive discounts. We are truly pleased by the place and we really loved the food that made us come back! Beef steak, Lobsters, Fish, Indian Chicken Curry together with Salad, Sushi and Sashimi, everything was fresh, cooked and presented perfectly! As our stomachs were filled with delicious food, our satisfaction also struck. We sincerely appreciated and thanked Zaila for assisting us right from the start, for serving our needs and for the best recommendation. My circle of friends are scheduling for our important gathering at Hyatt Hotel. We're excited about coming back!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The hotel was elegant and left us speechless. We want to say thank you to Zaila, the one who assisted us during our entire stay. For her good treatment, friendly smile and impressive personality. Expecting every hotel or restaurant we're in should have someone like her. She was truly a gem and asset of the Cafe. Ansich aber ein ganz gutes hotel mit toller lage, Trotz vorheriger Mitteilung war kein Early check in möglich, was nach einem 14h Flug sehr ärgerlich ist. Angeblich war das Hotel ausgebucht obwohl es weiterhin auf booking auch einen tag vorab in allen Kategorien buchbar war. Falls es tatsächlich ausgebucht gewesen ist, wäre zumindest eine Info vorab essenziell gewesen… Das Handling der Reception (Mandy) war leider dabei auch sehr unfreundlich.

- ana paula (9/5): Excellent central location with great views and spacious rooms - The location is extremely central and very convenient, with direct access to a shopping centre and the metro. The views are a major highlight, and the room itself is spacious and comfortable. There was an issue with the initial room, but the manager handled it promptly and efficiently, moving me to an equivalent room with an even better view, which was much appreciated. The dinner buffet was also of good quality. Another practical advantage is how easy it is to get taxis, as they can drop off directly in the hotel basement and picking up taxis there is quick and effortless. The reception staff were not able to answer simple questions about what to visit or how to get from one place to another, which is something expected at this level. The room also showed some signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the exterior windows were quite dirty, which affected the view, despite notices in the room stating that the windows are regularly cleaned and warning about privacy during cleaning.

There was a static sound coming from the tv every 10 minutes that wasn’t fun and loud noises from the shower when it’s on. This was already reported to the hotel and the are looking into it. Wasn’t worth the price of 2400 CAD dollars for four nights, but it was a during the Chinese new year so it was expected.

She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was smooth and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and assisting with every request with patience and efficiency. It is rare to encounter someone who truly elevates a guest’s experience the way Zaila does. She represents the highest standard of hospitality and is a true asset to the hotel. Because of her excellent service and the overall quality of the hotel, I would highly recommend Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui to anyone visiting Hong Kong. - LucyLou527 (10/5): Location and staff! - I am glad I chose HR TST. The location is very convenient. You can get there via the N4 exit at the TST MTR station. The suite is spacious. We have a rollaway bed in the living room area as we have three people. Once the bedroom doors are closed, I actually have my own “room”. The breakfast buffet at the Cafe is delicious. There are many choices. I especially love the noodles bar and the pineapple buns. The coffee is good and hot. The TST staff is good at what they do. In additional to a very warm welcome, Hazel found a suite with a view for my early check in. The staff at luggage / taxi area is really nice also. I would have not found my way without them guiding me. Benjamin walked me to my meeting point outside the building. The housekeeping staff is very attentive also. They always remember to stock the room with towels, water, slippers, etc for three people. I hope to be back soon!

- 231dickl (4/5): Hotel for smokers - We just got back from Hong Kong couple days ago. First, we stayed at The Peninsula for a week then changed to Hyatt TST. Oh boy, it is just day and night. The Peninsula staffs' quality and services are impeccable. They even allowed us to check in at 6am. However, the check in and out at Hyatt are very strict. The included breakfast at The Peninsula gave me a wow effect and the Hyatt is acceptable. The worst items in Hyatt's breakfast are the Chinese Dim Sum that is just street food quality or from frozen packet from China. I don't want to say about the quality of staffs but certainly needs some improvement especially in English language. Overall, the staffs are very nice, but they always speak in mandarin to me. I don't understand mandarin at all. When we got on the floor, we noticed that there are air purifying machines on the hallway. My wife thought it must be because of covid. When we got back to the hotel couple days later, the room door in 2213 is wide open and the smell of smoke filled up the whole hallway. I went down to the Lobby to complain, and they send us an air purifier machine inside our room and did not even bother to tell me about my complain. I run into one of the staffs on our floor the next day. She told us the manager talked to them, and they claimed they smoked downstair not in the room. The night before we left, I was woken up by the cigarette's' smell; I called room service and she said she will get back to me. I said, "don't bother as it was past midnight and I tried to get some sleep". Then, loud noise came from the room next room. Smoke and noise kept me up all night long. I guess this hotel is tailored only for customers from mainland China as most of them are smokers and obnoxious. This is certainly not a 4 stars hotel. If you don't smoke or speak mandarin, stay away from this hotel.
