• Oleg (7/5): Запретить этому отелю прием гостей - Сложно найти что-либо Старая, ветхая мебель, неисправная сантехника, убогие комнаты, коридоры, лестница, грязное, изношенное ковровое покрытие, не работает wi-fi, плохой , скудный завтрак, проваливающиеся полы. Как можно было разрешить принимать гостей в этом отеле? Это - позор для Берлина.

Das Bett war auch unbequem, der Aufzug war auch nicht so gut, Barrierefrei ist dieses Hotel auch nicht, Man hat sogar gefragt nach ein anderes Zimmer man konnte uns nicht helfen bin sehr enttäuscht! Hab ich mir anders vorgestellt.!

• Elianne (6/5): Comfort in the room but a broken bathroom - The breakfast was simple but amazing. The beds were comfortable and good to sleep in. I loved the comforters and the coziness of the room. Also all the old wooden details were amazing and beautiful. In the bathroom we’re a lot of broken things. Tiles had cracks or moved a bit. The shower was cold very fast. The wc had a crack on the toilet seat so when we sat down it pinched our skin and the sink was fragile. We needed to be really careful with brushing our teeth and spooling our mouth. Otherwise it moved from the wall. Also the heaters were blasting full on and it was too hot in the room, we couldn’t put it out by ourselves en when we asked the staff they couldn’t do it either. We put our windows fully open so we had a bit nicer temperature in the room the rest of the time, but that’s not really energy efficient of course.

Frühstück war einfach, aber bei der Preislage in Ordnung. U-Bahn in direkter Nähe. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Heizung konnte man nicht abstellen. Kleiner Kühlschrank .

Selbst wenn man das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis berücksichtigt, war der Zimmerservice nicht in Ordnung: an 2 von 3 Tagen wurden weder die Betten gemacht, noch der Boden (Teppichboden) mit dem Staubsauger gereinigt. Der Fernseher funktio- nierte nicht und wurde erst nach einem Hinweis an der Rezeption repariert.

Ingen smile, ingen svar till hälsningar! Tacksam till mannen som jobbade i receptionen när jag checkade in, han hjälpte mig med min bagage! Hissen är verkligen historisk och det funkar inte varje dag!

Good location with metro just a 5-minute walk away. The mini-hotel is in old Berlin building, the parquet floor creaked, shower water pressure was weak and its temperature was not ok. The room was also rather cold in January, and the reception was closed almost all the time.

• Rinat (8/5): - В целом мне понравилось проживание. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда были готовы выслушать мою проблему. Расположение хорошее, рядом есть станция метро У. Есть супермаркеты и кафе. Район спокойный тихий. С лифтом я разобрался в первый же день. Просто надо следовать инструкции. Номер был маловат но в самый раз для одного человека. Есть все необходимое. Холодильник, стол,стул. Телевизор к сожалению не смог посмотреть все каналы были на немецком. Завтрак был хорошим. Все необходимое есть. За свои деньги очень хорошо. Минусы были незначительны для меня. Самый главный минус это вай фай, очень нестабильный и периодически не работал. Лечится перезапуском роутера. Матрас на кровати все время съезжал набок из за этого проваливаешься. Еще нет прикроватной тумбочки или полки чтобы положить телефон. Пришлось ложить на пол.

Da ich immer wieder in diesem Hotel übernachte, verweise ich auf meine anderen Bewertungen. Ich durfte etwas früher einchecken. Vielen Dank. Die Dielen knarren ziemlich laut. Leider wird wohl oft auf den Zimmern geraucht. Jedenfalls roch es nachts ziemlich stark nach Zigarettenrauch auf dem Flur. Es war ziemlich kalt in dem Zimmer. Heizung ging nur ab und zu mal.

• Oscar (9/5): Cómodo y práctico - Es un piso de un antiguo edificio de departamentos remodelado para hotel pensión. Está en un segundo piso y tiene un pequeño ascensor antiguo para 2 personas. Sirven un muy buen desayuno, con todo lo necesario, lo justo. Sin frutas. A 100m hay parada de metro. Muy buena ubicación para moverse por todo Berlín. Quizá le falte un poco de mantenimiento. Pero en general está muy bien.

La signora della reception pronta a risolvere il nostro problema Nella prima stanza che ci hanno dato bene i letti, comodi,c'era il frigo, peccato non funzionasse il riscaldamento e il bagno senza finestra con ventola non funzionante, e la moquette.. • Toro (10/5): Un edificio precioso, un magnífico hotel - Una ubicación privilegiada, un edificio precioso, todo muy amplio, ordenado y limpio. Magnífico el desayuno.
• Gertrúd (10/5): Sokkal jobb, mint vártam. Nosztalgikus és kényelmes. - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, szuper ár/érték arány, nagyon kényelmes ágyak, friss, hófehér ágynemű, tisztaság mindenhol. A berendezés egy része régebbi, de kényelmes, az ablakok régiek, de szépek, a fűtés jó. A lift egy kaland, mi imádtuk! A reggeli is fonom volt és bőséges. Csak azon kéne javítani, hogy az allergéneket odaírni a reggelinél, és hogy legyen növényi tej is, de még enélkül is bőségesen meg tudtam reggelizni, kávé helyett teát ittam, és nagyon finom volt.

• Melanie (5/5): Zu teuer für den Standard! - Gute Lage, unkomplizierter Check in mit kurzfristigem Zimmerwechsel ohne Diskussion Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, Kosmetiktücher-Box war von Anfang an leer und wurde auch beim Handtuchwechsel nicht befüllt. Wasser in der Dusche erst nach fast 5-minütigem Laufenlassen warm! Frühstück mehr als mager, nichts frisches dabei, nicht mal ein Apfel oder Ähnliches. Schon ein Salatblatt auf dem Wurst-oder Käseteller macht etwas her und wirkt frisch und ansprechend und bedeutet wenig Aufwand und Kosten.

Leider vieles.Leider funktionierte die Heizung in unserem Zimmer nicht zuverlässig, sodass es teilweise recht kühl war. Auch die Dusche war schwierig zu regulieren – entweder blieb das Wasser kalt oder wurde nach längerer Zeit plötzlich sehr heiß, eine konstante Temperatur dazwischen war kaum möglich. Einige Steckdosen wirkten locker, was beim Ein- und Ausstecken von Geräten ein ungutes Gefühl hinterließ. Zudem machte das Zimmer insgesamt einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Gegen einen gewissen alten Charme ist selbstverständlich nichts einzuwenden – das kann durchaus seinen Reiz haben – jedoch wirkte es stellenweise eher renovierungsbedürftig als charmant. Besonders unangenehm waren mehrere Vorfälle am späten Abend bzw. in der Nacht, bei denen jemand an unserer Tür rüttelte und offenbar versuchte, sie zu öffnen. Das hat uns sehr verunsichert. Vielleicht könnte man hier über Türen nachdenken, die sich von innen jederzeit problemlos öffnen lassen, von außen jedoch automatisch gesichert sind, um Gästen ein besseres Sicherheitsgefühl zu geben. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Hinweise als konstruktives Feedback verstanden werden, denn mit einigen Verbesserungen könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gestaltet werden.
