• Brian (5/5): Acceptable but I won’t be returning. There are so many other compelling options. - Location and coziness It’s very old and shabby. Dire need of an upgrade to the entire property.
• Warren (9/5): - Great locations in the middle of Thong lor with a short walk to BTS. Food, Supermarket are next door, we are regular at The Common which have great cafe and vibe. We stay here so many times with family. For the kid that need extra bed, you will need to book 2 bedroom so please check with staff before booking.

• Akhil (10/5): Great stay in thonglor - The location was very good. The staff was very helpful and also accomdated our request for last night. The tuk to BTS and places on thonglor was a blessing as it really helped getting around. Had a lower floor, so not much natural light during the day.
• Dhruva (10/5): Highly reccomended if you want to visit cafes an restaurants nearby. - Room size, amenities, cleanliness, now view, helpful and polite staff. Tuk tuk for Thonglor is very useful. Location is good for nice cafés and restaurants. Daily consume of the room and topping up for consumables and replacement of bedding highly appreciated. Far from BTS, bathroom designs are a bit dated and water tends to accumulate on the side of the tub and spill over outside.

• Jannis (9/5): Alles bestens! Gerne wieder! - Sehr moderne Apartments mit bequemen Betten und kleiner Küchezeile. Perfekte Lage wenn 3/5 der Familie im Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital wegen einer Rota-Virus Infektion liegt. Das Krankenhaus ist nur 1 KM entfernt. Das hoteleigene Tuk Tuk, mit dem man sich kostenlos an Ziele in der näheren Umgebung bringen lassen kann. Der tolle Swimmingpool aufm Dach, den wir sogar noch nach dem Check-Out nutzen durften. Großes Lob an das Reinigungspersonal. Es wurde sogar unser dreckiges Geschirr abgewaschen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist bei mehreren Nächten etwas eintönig. Der Stadtteil Sukhumvit hat uns leider überhaupt nicht zugesagt.

• biton (10/5): - התאימה לנו מצוין למשפחה של 6. תחושה של דירה חמודה ונקייה. הבריכה היתה אחלה לשעות הערב כשחזרנו מבילויים. נהדר להעביר יומיים שלושה של מעבר. חצי שעה נסיעה מבית חב"ד והמסעדה הכשרה. ניקו כל יום. האזור עצמו מחייב נסיעה. אין מה לעשות בו.

• Bonnie Bomin (4/5): Not recommended - - located on a quiet area 조용한 동네 - Staff was helpful 친절한 직원 - free tuk tuk service to BTS station 통로역까지 무료 툭툭 - Booked 2 bedroom for 4 person. but They prepare for only 2person as Dryer and slippers. so i requested more 2 slippers, they prepared somebody used even not clean. 2베드룸 4명 예약헀는데 2명 방만 준비해줬고, 심지어 화장실에는 어메니티도 충분하지 않았고 헤어 드라이어도 없었음. 일회용 슬리퍼는 2개밖에 없어서 추가 요청했지만 누가 사용헀던 깨끗하지 않던 슬리퍼 가져다 줌 - The breakfast was a bit poor. 조식 메뉴 별로 없음 - The balcony was very small size 발코니가 작음 - Room 3 is No Sunlight and Dark. 햇빛없고 어두움 - The location is a far from the BTS Thong Lor. Working from BTS 20min. 통로역에서 멀다 20분 걸어야함 - There is no idea when i back hotel abt free tuktuk at BTS Thong Lor 통로역에서 돌아올 때 툭툭이 이용가능한지는 모름 - The Room was so Humid and musty smell. 방이 너무 습하고 곰팡이냄새 퀴퀴한 냄새가 많이남 - All of Aircondition was very NOISY and smelly as Unhealthy and can not sleep well 방/거실 모든 에어컨 소리가 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수 없음 - The Washing machine was too old and there is mold in rubber. 세탁기 너무 오래되고 더러움(곰팡이..) - Tower was too old and worn 수건 너무 오래됨 - There is water problem in the Shower suddenly it gets so hot for 3~5seconds, ice water for 3~5 seconds. While Taking a shower isn't comfortable. 샤워할 때 갑자기 뜨거운물 나왔다가 차가운물 나오고 계속 반복됨 - The metress was uncomfortable. It was hard and sagging in the middle. can feel the springs in the mattress. couldn’t sleep well and have back and shoulder pain. so i request to staff but i dont know whether fix it or not. 침대 매트리스 너무 불편함. 딱딱하고 가운데로 푹 꺼지고 스프링이 등에 느껴짐. 자고 일어나서 허리와 어깨가 너무 아파서 교체 요청했는데 교체가 됫는지도 모르겠음. 웬만하면 이렇게 길게 까지 안쓰는데, 진짜 여행 많이 다녔지만 너무 별로였고 이렇게 아쉬운점을 많이 쓴 호텔임

• Iuliia (6/5): На фотографиях лучше, чем в реальности. Ок, на пару дней, не больше - Просторные номера, приятное расположение, симпатичный бассейн, хоть и маленький. Было чисто! По фото казалось, что отель очень новый, но это не так. Он уже подустал… есть какие-то нюансы, требующие обновления и ремонта. Периодически кондиционер гремел, это происходило где-то внутри потолка (общее кондиционирование, не отдельный белый кондиционер), сначала казалось, что это соседи хлопают дверью, но оказалось кондиционер. Это происходило и ночью тоже! Я чутко сплю и мне мешало. Завтрак с блюдами больше подходящими для обеда, столы не очень чистые, летают мошки. Завтракала всего 2 раза, особо не хотелось. Всего один вид чая. У бассейна рваные чехлы на лежаках, часть полотен тоже истрепанные и рваные.

• Romy (9/5): Luxuswohnung in schwieriger Lage für Touristen - Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz braucht. Sogar eine beheizbare Toilette mit Spülung. Das habe ich vorher noch nicht gesehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Das man den Balkon nicht benutzen kann. Die Gegend istsehrsteriel und teuer. Beidem Italiener im Haus haben wir 100€ bezahlt. Eindeutig zu viel.
• Joven (9/5): Phenomenal - Tucked in a relatively quiet area in Thonglor with several dining options from street food, food chains, casual to high end. Staff are super warm and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. 1. The free tuktuk service was great but you need to call or contact the driver in Line app which is a little tricky especially if you don’t want to install the app or don’t have a SIM that supports local phone calls. 2. The bathroom design is a little disappointing at least in the room I was given on the 5th floor. The shower area (bathtub) had two spaces on either side where water collects while showering standing up. The water is stuck on one side and flows freely on the other side flooding the floor.

• William Bradford (5/5): Location amazing...room decent, sheets and bed uncomfortable, staff awful - Location After the first night I got a letter under my door stating that I had stained the linens and had to pay 2000THB. I had realized that I stained the pillow with my vegan colored hair conditioner...however I know that the stain will come out as I've done it with my own linens. It seems they were too lazy or angry they didn't bother to try getting the stain out and just charge me a ridiculous amount of money for cheap sheets. After this incident I felt uncomfortable to even lie on my own bed in my room...I wanted to leave altogether. I confront the staff and they were very defensive and rude at first until I made my case and they wanted to discount to 1000THB. I said absolutely not. • Irene (7/5): Very Clean and Peaceful Location - The unit was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The bed was cozy and perfect for a good night’s rest, and the staff were always helpful and kind whenever we needed assistance. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, allowing us to relax without any worries. We also really appreciated the Japanese-inspired vibe of the place, it added a unique charm and made the atmosphere feel calm and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and pleasant stay. The location is a bit far from the BTS. They do provide a tuk-tuk service from 7 AM to 7 PM, but after that, you’ll need to walk about 17–20 minutes, which can feel quite long after a day out in Bangkok. The AC in the unit was also very loud, making a glitching sound every 30 minutes, it might need maintenance. The lighting in the room felt dim, possibly due to energy-saving measures. Breakfast had very limited choices, and I also noticed some bowls with cracks and chips being used for serving food, which didn’t feel very safe. In our old beliefs, using cracked or chipped bowls is considered a bad omen, as it can bring bad luck.
