- Ulaygui (4/5): Great location; uncomfortable bed and poor wifi. - The location made it easy to get to different areas of Tokyo. The subway right next to the hotel was a plus. The pillow and bed was uncomfortable. The bed was firm so it's not good for side sleepers and the pillow did not hold it's form. I woke up very achy. IN ADDITION TO THIS, the WiFi was horrible. They need to upgrade their wifi system to keep up with the number of guests. I noticed in the evening when everyone is back in their rooms the wifi was practically useless. I had to use my own data in order to get anything done.

- malcolm (7/5): Good location - The location was excellent and next to station. Some restaurants in vicinity but bigger selection 20 mins walk away or a couple of sops on the train. Very much a business orientated hotel. It was our 6th and last hotel on a 14-night tour of Japan and it was the only one to lack a Japanese welcome and interaction with staff.

- Ulla (7/5): - Sijainti ei olisi voinut olla parempi. Metroasema suoraan alapuolella. Ihan hotellin lähellä myös kauniita puistoja ja oven vieressä seveneleven-kauppa. Olin maksanut "näkymä maamerkille" eli Skytreelle ja sitä ei ollut. Se oli iso pettymys. Tupakanhajua oli huoneessa reilusti, mutta hlökunta käytti jotakin laitetta, joka poisti hajun tehokkaasti. Vähän elähtänyt sisustus, mutta ei haitannut varsinaisesti. Minijääkaappi, vedenkeitin plussaa.

- Acquamarin (10/5): 安定の両国ステイ - スカイツリーが見えるお部屋をリピート利用しています。羽田からのアクセスも良く、お部屋も広々としているので、何年も一時帰国で利用させて頂いています。渋谷や新宿のように混み合っていないエリアなのが魅力です。地下鉄も近く、コンビニも徒歩圏内に沢山あるし、上野や秋葉原へのアクセスも最高で大好きなホテルです。 今回のみですが、ベッド下などに埃や前のお客様のヘアピン等が残っていて、掃除が少し行き届いていない感じがしました。

- Sofia (8/5): - The Hotel is located in a nice residential area, with a metro station right outside and some restaurants etc. in walking distance. The room, though definitely a bit "outdated", was very spacious and the view of central Tokyo (riverside), though partly obstructed by another high rise building next to us, was amazing. Also: despite the room being older, there was no strange hotel room carpet smell, everything was clean and smelled neutrally. Overall, especially for the price, a great stay. Not a huge problem for us, but there is only central heating/air conditioning, temperature cannot be adjusted in the room individually. Also, this central air conditioning carried the smell of cigarette smoke into our room on our first day. We tuned it off and it did not happen when we turned it back on later, so hopefully that was an unlucky one-off.

- Marc (10/5): Our favourite hotel in Tokyo. - This is our third time staying at this hotel and every time we only experience comfort and satisfaction. We love the location, it’s proximity to a train station, the quiet neighbourhood, the Disney shuttle, the clean room and facilities. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

- Lily (7/5): Would 100% stay here again! - The room was really spacious which is rare for Tokyo! The views of the city from our window were incredible. The location was also great as it was close to train stations and had lots of shops close by, with even a 7/11 right on the ground floor. The bathroom was also big and the shower was really nice. As the windows didn’t open and you cannot control the air conditioning, the rooms get quite stuffy even when it’s really cold outside. I understand why the windows can’t open as the room are so high up, however being able to cool the room down with air con would be great.
