• Bernard (8/5): - Great staff. Great location. Very clean. Air conditioner in the room upon check-in was not working, but the staff quickly switched rooms. AC in new room worked but condemnation was dripping on the floor. Again staff quickly addressed issue.

• Erika (2/5): - Im not sure all this thing about the renovations is, our room was full of bugs, water temperature of the shower was annoying, from very cold to very hot. Impossible to sleep at night with all the street noise, even tho we were in a 4th story room. But the saddest thing, is that they made a mistake with my booking and didn't want to make me a refund.

• Bugg (10/5): Crazy value for the quality of the room and location. - Great location and value. Near BTS in the heart of it all. 10min walk to some great exercise parks too. Super clean rooms, newly renovated. Staff are great. It’s basically 4-5 Star, 3 star size. No services or F&B, but the area has that in abundance. I came for two days, stayed two weeks. Lift was a little slow as they cleaned mid morning, but stairs are fast if you’re in a hurry as it’s only a few floors. Very minor issue at that.

• David (1/5): Will rip you off be warned - Refused to stay there, advertise no smaoking rooms , after booking i requested a no smoking room to which they replied all rooms are smoking On booking through booking.com the site questions were are there smoking rooms to which the hotel replied there are no smoking rooms ,so one would think was a no smoking hotel so i booked 3 nights non refundable ,i send email hotel stating i want a no smoking room to which they replied our hotel is a smoking hotel, i sent back to themif its a smoking hotel i would like to cancel and get refund as there site stated there were no smoking rooms , they refused to give a refund even though they lied and decieve people on there site. I booked another hotel NON SMOKING and agian asked for refund to which they rudely said not granted , ive stayed over 100 hotels in Bangkok and normally all are happy to assist and polite and understandidng but this hotel is just blatantly rude, also booking.com should take some responsability as to hotels information on there web page being correct. Be warned if this hotel can rip you off they will!!!!!! and wont care.

• Fergus (4/5): Basic for a single pit stop yes ok. But you can find MUCH better (pictures on trip Advisor - Stayed here 3 times over 20 years. Same bed linen same pain on walls same everthing. Needs a huge update. Noisy from road and gaps under room doors. Very dated bathrooms and old furnishings. Possible mould on walls or damp. Water stains on ceilings. You get what you pay for but better places for the money. Friendly staff but owners need to invest more.
• AMusicain (6/5): Needs MAJOR work doing - I have stayed here 3 times over 15 years for a few weeks each time and it has become worse and worse. If your a single male wanting a one night pit stop a road away from the street action, its acceptable (JUST). The windows don't' seal so the noise from the street is very loud, if you look out a window be careful a rod from the old roman blinds does not poke you in the eye. There are weevils all over the place including on the bed. The walls are stained as are the ceilings. The lift door has no "stop" so don't get in the way. Building/renovation work is ongoing and I mean any time of day or night. I returned to my room to find my door frame had wet paint on it. Basically for a mouldy sink tap, chipped floors and old bath it's off my go to places. There are far far better deals to be had. There is a 100mm gap under evey room door so whatever your doing or someone else is doing you can hear it. There was no wifi one night. So that was it, no effort, no nothing, just the option to go into the lobby. Staff ok but having stayed 3 times over 15 years this hotel needs some major work considering what else is available. 3/10 overall best look else where.
