I would gladly - The staff was absolutely amazing, very kind and helpful. I had an issue with my reservation and needed to leave, but they handled everything professionally and even changed the reservation for me so I could stay longer without stress. The atmosphere was pleasant, the hotel was clean, and the employees truly care about helping guests. Rare thing these days. Humanity surviving in hospitality, against all odds. Honestly, nothing serious to complain about. My stay was comfortable and the staff made the experience much better.

• Luna Sophia (4/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Die Lage ist an sich richtig gut, sehr nah am Bahnhof. Leider war die Holzverkleidung, die an der Wand war, sehr dreckig. V.a. Die Verkleidung ums Bett herum. Es lag an wenig oder unbenutzen Stellen Staub, wie an der Spülung der Toilette, am TV. Die Toilette und die Dusche wirken verhältnismäßig alt, dafür dass vor ca. 10 alles neu renoviert wurde. Die Badtür war unten an einer Ecke kaputt und es hat eine Ecke gefehlt. Die Geräusche der Straße habe ich ziemlich laut und konnte nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Der ei gang des Hotels ist sehr unscheinbar, könnte schnell übersehen werden.

• Erich (7/5): Zentrale und günstige Übernachtung - gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Mitten im Bahnhofsviertel und sehr zentral. Der Kebabladen unten im Haus war gut riechbar. Zimmegrösse ansprechend. Für eine Nacht ideal, für längere Aufenthalte weniger geeignet. Preis/Leistung sehr fair. Das Zimmer war bereits etwas abgenutzt und nicht alle Ecken sauer geputzt, aber alles in allem keine grosse Sache für eine Nacht.

• Christina (3/5): - Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο κ το στρώμα αρκετά αναπαυτικό Το μπάνιο είναι παλιό με λεκιασμένα πλακάκια, δεν ήταν καθαρισμένο, υπήρχε η σακούλα με χαρτιά της τουαλέτας από προηγούμενη χρήση!! Επίσης οι πετσέτες είχαν τρίχες από μαλλιά, από τις 3 πετσέτες η μια μόνο φάνηκε καθαρή. Τραγικό

• Birgit (7/5): Kleines freundliches Hotel zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es war alles da, auch Obst und Gemüse, ich bekam auf Wunsch sogar beidseitig gebratene Spiegeleier. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage, ein paar Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, war perfekt.

• Marko (1/5): Erittäin epäsiisti hotelli. - Aamiainen ei sisältynyt. Juna-asema likellä Lavuaari ei toimi Siivoamatta Rikkinäiset kalusteet Petivaatteet likaiset Huoneen ovi ei mene lukkoon, koska ei annettu avainta tai siihen ei ollut avainta. Avainkortti annettiin alaoveen, joka on kuvankin mukaan pönkätty auki. Eli kebab paikan kaverit tai kuka muu tahansa voi tulla huoneeseen milloin haluaa. Kuvat jotka olivat otettu hotellin mainokseen, eivät pitäneet paikkansa. Emme edes majoittuneet hotelliin, koska se oli niin ala-arvoinen. Olimme varanneet hotellin 3:ksi yöksi. Palautusta ei saanut edes 2:lta yöltä. En suosittele.
• Iryna (1/5): - Плесень, дверки сломанные в ванной кабинке, не ту средств гигиены, зубной щетки, пасты. Положили мыло, стакан чистить зубы и шампунь, запах не понятный пыль. Шторы оборванные. Прилипает пол . Воды нет, чайника или чашек тоже. За такую цену можно было это организовать. Снимала отель за меньшую сумму в половину стояли и водичка и чай с кофе и чайник. Кровать большая но разделенная на две половинки разъезжаться не комфортно вообще не выспалась . Вода в душе еле течет т. Е чуть больше напор и вода холодная. Фото не соответствует действительности.

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen (keine Garderobe, Haken, keine Kleiderbügel im Schrank) Die Lampen und Steckdose am Bett waren leider nicht funktionsfähig, der in der Ausstattung angegebene Fön nicht vorhanden. Es wurde nur ein Bett gemacht. Sehr laut und in keinem angenehmen Viertel gelegen.

• Morten (10/5): 100% Perfekt hotel. - Flott beligehet, meget sentralt. Trygt om natten. Mye butikker, kiosker og resturanter. Overasket over hotellet. Resepsjonen og trapene virket ille, men hotellet var fantastisk. Alt var bra, forlenget oppholdet. Ingen ting var negativt

• Mück (7/5): Gemütliches Zimmer und gut genächtigt - Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof und das große Bett. Dass das Zimmer neben dem Frühstücksraum lag und auf dem Gang sehr viel los war. Dadurch war es relativ laut. Es ging aber noch
• Svenja (3/5): Ich bin eher abgereist weil es nicht mehr ging. - Man ist extrem nah am HBF, das ist sehr praktisch und die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und engagiert. Ich habe noch nie einen so leisen Kühlschrank gehabt. Gute Kooperation und Parkmöglichkeit mit dem HBF Parkhaus. Die Lage ist eher unangenehm, viele Table-Dance und ähnliche Etablissement direkt in der Nähe. Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut, bei offenem Fenster schlafen ging nicht. Im Bad viele Silberfische und die Toilette hörte nicht auf zu spülen. Am ersten Tag ist das Zimmermädchen trotz rotem Schild rein gekommen und hat "aufgeräumt" das war mir sehr unangenehm, da ich nicht aufgeräumt hatte und das rote Schild bewusst aufgehangen hatte. Die TV Steuerung fehlte und es war so laut, dass ich lieber die ganze Nacht durchgefahren bin, als noch eine zusätzliche Nacht dort zu schlafen. Ich bin also eher angereist.

• Maria Cecilia (9/5): Extraordinario el desayuno. - Al llegar a la recepción es muy pequeña e incomodo el espacio y se ve poco amigable. Es necesario remodelar este acceso. El recepcionista fue muy atento y amable. Al subir a la habitación, muy luminosa, con ventana y las sabanas muy limpias y planchadas. El desayuno superó todas mis expectativas, muy bien puesto, gran cantidad de alternativas de fiambres, quesos, panes, cereales, bollleria dulce, huevos, todo muy limpio y ordenado. El personal del comedor muy amables y preocupados. La ubicación muy cerca de la estación de trenes, en linea recta a dos cuadras caminando. El espacio de la recepción al ingresar, debiesen mejorar este espacio ya que no tiene relación con el resto del hotel. Parecía boletería de un cine antiguo. Hay que remodelar.

• Dengler (10/5): Super wie immer - Es war alles super wie immer die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich wie immer und immer für einen Spaß zu haben bin gerne dort und kann er nur weiter empfehlen 🙂 Das einzigste was ich bemängeln muss ist das die heizung nicht richtig funktioniert hat in meinem Zimmer aber ansonsten top wie immer
