• Michael (9/5): Very much enjoyed the hotel and location, and staff was helpful. - Location near Spanish Steps was a good walking area. Room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful when needed. Wanted to have laundry done, but cost was prohibitive. No form of breakfast included.

• Andrei (10/5): - Всё просто, комфортно, удобно, номер замечательный. Персонал выше всяких похвал! Это не улучшить. Это нужно знать и быть готовым. Очень хорошо всё слышно. Вот на улице шум ресторанов слышен у вас в номере, а все разговоры и секс соседей - это всё с вами, так что нужно только присоединяться. Это единственный минус, а может и плюс. Как есть. Спасибо персоналу, молодцы.

The only weird thing was the entrance: you enter the hotel through a bar and you have to double check to make sure the reception is there. But that’s just a detail because once upstairs everything is really nice

• Omer (9/5): המיקום מנצח והחדר מצוין - המיקום מצוין. החדר נעים ונקי. המקלחת מפנקת, בעיקר האמבטיה. הצוות נעים ומוכן לסייע בכל דבר. היעדר אפשרות לארוחת בוקר מהווה חסרון. המדרגות לחדר צרות מאוד. אין למלון שום פסיליטיס, לא לובי, לא מרפסת, לא גג, לא חדר כושר.
• Niki (9/5): - The staff was nice , the room was spacious with a little kitchenette area and complementary coffee and cold drinks. Only issue and it is not related to the hotel but more the noise from other guests. It is a small hotel so the others coming in and out of the hotel is quite loud. But again this not the fault of the staff.

Ruben was also wonderful with helping us to find a quaint and delicious spot for dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.

• Olga (7/5): Hotel Bastante sobre valorado - El Hotel esta bien, la reforma del edificio antiguo es excelente. La ubicación es buenísima, realmente creo que es lo que mas vale la pena del Hotel. El hotel para mi tiene varios inconvenientes. Entiendo el concepto de hotel boutique en lugares exclusivos pero en este caso y atendiendo especialmente al precio que pagas por la habitación creo que (i) los servicios que ofrece el hotel son muy pobres, la recepción apenas es un cuadrado mínimo que casi ni se ve (ii) no se entiende como habiendo destinado tanto espacio a restaurantes y bar no se sirven desayunos y te mandan a un bar que hay en la esquina (muy rico pero carísimo por cierto ((iii) la habitacion que nos tocó en el ultimo piso daba a un mini patio de luces donde habian colgado una maquina de aire acondicionado enorme lo cual implicaba que la habitacion tenia un ruido constante todo el dia y toda la noche que no te dejaba descansar (iv) por otro lado deben revisar la puerta del lavabo que no cerraba bien y las sabanas puesto que olian un poco a humedad, como cuando las lavas y las dejas metidas el la lavadora hasta el dia siguiente. A mi modo de ver el hotel esta algo sobrevalorado y ciertamente no responde al precio que pagas por la habitación.

• Neil (10/5): A perfect hotel for a weekend in Rome! - The hotel was perfect for a weekend break. Located in a narrow street just south of Piazza di Spagna. Clean, comfortable rooms that were good value for central Rome and great staff. The hotel has a restaurant, but whilst it doesn’t serve breakfast one of the staff kindly took us to the rooftop terrace of the sister hotel for a delightful start to the day. Giuseppe and his team could not have been more helpful …. booking restaurants for dinner, transfers to the airport and giving advice on things to do. Always welcoming us back with a smile. Great!

The staff is extremly nice and helpful ( Ruben and Olga and all the others.) Upon arrival they arranged for a larger room for us which was perfect. Rooms are spacious with classy amenities and really efficient double glazing ( plus air-con). The hotel is elegant and excellent value. The staff are caring and efficient and it is the perfect place for a trip to the eternal city.

• Saeed (8/5): Great Stay, Tough Nights - I had a great stay at this hotel in Rome, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Honestly, one of the best hotel teams I’ve encountered anywhere in Europe. The room was consistently spotless. Every time we stepped out, it was cleaned and perfectly tidied when we returned. The location was beyond perfect. The room size was very good by European standards, and the bathroom was clearly newly renovated, modern, and well maintained. There were two notable downsides. First, the hotel uses a central climate control system. During winter, it’s not possible to have just the fan on—the heating must be on as well. With the windows closed and no fan option, the room became extremely hot with almost no air circulation, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The only alternative was opening the windows, but because the hotel is in a busy area, the street noise made sleeping very difficult. The second issue was the bed setup. It consisted of two mattresses pushed together, and they constantly separated during the night, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

• John Devereaux (7/5): Great room, great location but the noise from restaurant downstairs means we wouldn't recommend. - Very central location. Room was good size for centre of Rome and nicely fitted out. Excellent bathroom and separate loo. There is no lobby. You enter the property through a restaurant. We were on the first floor and we could hear loud noises from diners and then staff cleaning up etc until very late.

Service is beyond 5-star! Bathroom setup is a bit tight for our room, different from what’s shown on the picture of booking.

• Barbara (8/5): - Lo staff molto gentile, sia alla reception, che il personale delle pulizie e al bar, tutti sorridenti e disponibili, la stanza decisamente ampia, il materasso comodissimo, la posizione unica, gli omaggi in camera, la nespresso. Gli spazi comuni necessitano di un ammodernamento, nella stanza avrei gradito una scrivania o tavolo per lavorare, c'era solo una mensola molto stretta a fronte di una suite con molto spazio.
