Phensri (6/5): - Die Haushälterin wechselt die Handtücher täglich Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht, es gab kein Bild und das Zimmer war nicht schallisoliert. Ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, wegen geräusche von draussen. Das Bett rutschte ständig hin und her, weil die Rollen keine Bremsen hatten und es gab nur wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer. Ich habe hier 4 Nächte verbracht und das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich.

Marianne (7/5): Teleurstellende service - Mooi uitzicht, comfortabel bed. We kregen een kamer die vreselijk stonk naar mottenballen. Het sloeg direct op mijn longen. We moesten in de lobby wachten op housekeeping om de kamer te luchten want een andere kamer was er niet. Na meer dan een half uur wachten was de geur niet weg. Er werd gezegd dat het door andere gasten kwam en het hotel voelde zich niet verantwoordelijk voor het probleem. We moesten echt ons best doen bij de receptie om een andere kamer te krijgen die er plots toch bleek te zijn. We kregen geen compensatie voor het lange wachten en het ongemak. Niet eens een drankje tijdens het wachten in de lobby. Deze service matcht totaal niet met de uitstraling van het hotel.
Marianne (6/5): Prima hotel op onhandige locatie - Uitzicht was mooi en de bedden waren fijn. Mooie gym. Bedjes bij zwembad werden bezet gehouden met handdoeken en spullen. Werd niets aan gedaan door personeel. Dure restaurants. Grab cancelde vaak ritten om je op te halen bij dit hotel. Waarschijnlijk vanwege de onhandige ligging. De mannen van de excursie desk voor de deur benaderen je vrij agressief om excursies of taxiritjes aan je te verkopen.
Marianne (7/5): Hotel oké maar geen top-keuze - Mooie lobby, comfortabel bed, fijn zwembad (als je om 7 uur in de ochtend komt kun je ook nog een ligbed gebruiken). Al voor 8 uur ‘s morgens worden er handdoeken gelegd op de ligbedden bij het zwembad waarna degenen die ze neerlegden uren weg blijven. Een ochtend zaten wij van 8.30 tot 13 uur bij het zwembad op een stoel te kijken naar ligbedden die al die tijd niet in gebruik werden genomen door degenen die de handdoeken hadden gelegd. Personeel treedt hier totaal niet tegen op. Pizza bij restaurant in het hotel viel tegen en op de rekening verschenen veel extra kosten waardoor het een erg dure pizza werd. Hotel ligt niet erg centraal waardoor het soms moeilijk is een Grab te krijgen. Bij de ingang word je enigszins agressief benaderd om excursies te boeken.

Given the diverse range of diners, this made the offering feel less considerate and inclusive. Overall, it felt like the standards have dropped considerably, possibly due to changes in management or the kitchen team as such will not be going to this hotel again in future. Alexandra (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf gehad - Het ondiepe zwembad is heerlijk om in te relaxen. Het hotel ziet er mooi uit. Goede kamer. Goede matrassen. De kamer werd elke dag keurig schoongemaakt. De wasservice was sneller dan ze vooraf aangegeven hadden. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het zwembad wordt je bediend voor drinken en eten. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en er staat een kok die je eieren voor je bakt. De tuktuk chauffeur die even verderop in de straat stond herkende ons na een paar dagen. Ook een massage kan je in de straat vinden. We zijn hier 14 jaar geleden geweest en we hebben dit hotel vanwege onze geannuleerde vlucht hier opnieuw geboekt en ook bijgeboekt toen onze omgeboekte vlucht ook geannuleerd werd. We hadden 3 slaapkamers naast elkaar. In het restaurant Roberto was een vrouwelijke ober die mij ergens om uitlachte. We zijn toen weggegaan.
Magne (7/5): Bra seng og flott frokost - Hyggelig betjening som var veldig hjelpsom på alle måter. Deilig stor og variert frokost buffet. Sentral beliggenhet men allikevel stille på rommet. Dette har vært et skikkelig luksushotell, som er litt preget av slitasje. Mye byggeaktivitet i området, så trafikk kaos og anleggs støy på morgenen er ikke noe pluss. Men dette er Bangkok, så det får man regne med.

Helen (8/5): Mooi hotel, maar toch met gebreken. - Het ontbijt was perfect. Het zwembad was heerlijk koel en knus. Heerlijke,ruime kamer en badkamer. Ondiepe zwembad zat vuil in en er zijn beperkt aantal ligbedden. Dure kamer met uitzicht op de snelweg en achterbuurt. Locatie is best afgelegen voor zo'n hotel. Er was tijdens het ontbijt niet altijd plek.

Michelle (6/5): NOT MY FAVORITE. - The lobby was nice. The hotel is so outdated. The facility is NOT nice. Their lobby should reflect their rooms, and I think many people are deceived by this. The bed was not comfortable at all. That was the worse night of sleep I had in Bangkok. I ended up leaving very early. Did not want to spend another minute there. I honesty wish I just stayed at another hotel. I travel all the time, and I would recommend just finding another hotel because their prices are really not that cheap either. I would rather spend an extra $20-30 dollars and get a better quality of sleep and peace at another hotel. The Wifi did not work at all! I had to pay my phone company extra money to get 5G because I had no wifi. I could not connect my laptop either. It literally was 0!!! Location is not good either. It is not close to BTS etc. I would just choose a different location than this one. The staff was okay. There was nothing wrong with their service, it is just the hotel itself. Believe me when I say this, you will thank me for choosing another hotel.

Jade (8/5): It's my go-to hotel in Bangkok. 25 years I have been returning. No reason to change. - Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from all in walking distance. Staff are warm and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are well designed. WIFI is fast and stable throughout At this moment there is heavy traffic in the area due to construction of the new MRT Orange line extension.

Sharon (7/5): Great stay - We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t fault rooms and general facilities including staff. Very clean and comfortable beds lovely bed linen too 😊 Very good buffet breakfast selection Unfortunately the evening buffet wasn’t brilliant and felt it was overpriced. We should have tried the Al la carte x Bar was only open until 10pm which was a bit early.

Robert (10/5): Perfect... Century Park is now our go to hotel when visiting Bangkok. - Everything was exceptional. Located centrally and only a 2 min taxi or 10 min walk from the BTS line. The suite was the perfect size to truly relax and from which to explore Bangkok. Staff offered exceptional service. Housekeeping provided prompt service as required. The pool is perfect. Truly wonderful. Bars and restaurants were great, well appointed and delicious food. Though quite expensive. Breakfast buffet is exactly as expected for a high end hotel Not applicable.
marshap1919 (6/5): Just Okay - We stayed here as part of a group tour. If we were choosing a hotel it would be along the river, not in the location of Century Park. The recdption area is quite large, there is a nice coffee bar followed by the main dining room where you have breakfast and dinner. Not sure if they serve lunch. On the 2nd floor is an Italian restaurant. We ate one night in the main dining room and the second night in the Italian. In the main dining room the food arrived luke warm and had to be returned. In the coffee shop the coffee was either so hot you couldn't drink it for a while, or luke warm. The room we had was okay, the curtains had excellent black out layers. The lamp shades were stained and past their best. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows ok. The towels were greying and the toiletries not good. The bathroom was tired and need an update. The pool area was okay on the 5th floor. Some of the staff were great, others quite officous. Would I stay here again - not by choice.
109CarolineH (10/5): Great place to stay - Great hotel. We arrived very tired after long journey luckily for us room was ready. Room was spacious and very well equipped, tea, coffee, water. Walk in shower with separate bath. Breakfast was continental lots choice. We had a Buffett meal in the evening at the restaurant which had great choice and you could go up as many times as you wanted. They did have a alacarte menu as well you could choose from as well We hired a taxi and driver for the day which was arranged outside hotel. Worked really well. Roads are really busy but never ever felt unsafe. We had a stroll around 10 pm to stretch legs and loads going on in area.Staff were just so very welcoming we felt at home straight away. Highly recommend a stay. Has a swimming pool which looked lovely but sadly we didn’t have enough time to use.
