• Tatiana Tommasi (8/5): Hotel molto confortevole e tranquillo vicinissimo alla stazione di King's Cross - Hotel in posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di King's Cross ma in una strada molto tranquilla. La camera era piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort: letto comodo, illuminazione ottima, armadio e bagno privato, oltre a un ottimo set di benvenuto con bollitore e prodotti per preparare tè o caffè e a un asciugacapelli. Ho molto apprezzato anche il wifi. La camera era al secondo piano senza ascensore, portare i bagagli nell'alloggio è stato un po' faticoso. Al momento del check out ho potuto lasciare i bagagli ma il locale dove depositarli era al piano interrato e lo staff non mi ha aiutato nel trasporto della valigia da un piano all'altro.

• vilma (7/5): - Just steps away from St Pancras Station, tourist bus. stop, easy to locate. Rooms are tiny but clean, very helful front desk staff-- he helped me bring my luggage up to 3rd floor-- thank. you! Rooms are tiny, not sound proof, outdated but clean. No lift.

We hadden kamer op 3e verdieping, geen lift maar personeel had onze bagage naar boven gebracht, dat was fijn. Alles was vrij krap, gangen zijn smal, redelijk gehorig maar we hadden zelf hier geen last van.

В нашем случае душ и туалет были общими, но это не доставило проблем - очень чисто и всегда доступно. Понравилась возможность за символическую плату заселится в номер раньше. Рекомендую этот отель для непритязательных туристов.

• Anne (7/5): - The location near the train station was very convenient to us. Hotel room was small but clean and practical with a good bed and facilities to make tea. Good value. It was pretty much fine, the room wasn't very dark at night however because of light from both the hallway and outside, and it's a lot of stairs to go when you're on the higher floors.
• Olivia (3/5): Would not recommend. - The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The bed and towels were covered in hair and stained. The drainage smelt really awful. The door had no locking mechanism from the inside other than a night latch so, especially as someone travelling alone, I felt very uncomfortable.

• Sheila (9/5): A comfortable,clean and convenient place to stay. - A great location close to Kings Cross station. The hotel is staffed 24 hours and the staff member who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Our room was super clean. The shower worked efficiently and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but very well appointed. Not really a dislike but some folk may find the small room a problem.
• MeeLian (8/5): Best location to stay if travel with train - The location was fantastic, only a one-minute walk from King's Cross St Pancras station. It was very quiet even though it was near a busy and crowded area. You can hear the Tube passing beneath the building when it is running. There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. It is about a relaxing 20-minute walk to the British Museum and Oxford Street. You can pick up a rental bike right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. Baggage storage is available on site. We will definitely stay here again if we travel by train in the future. The room had bright white lights with no dimming option, so it felt harsh and lacked atmosphere.
• Valerie (8/5): Convenient, comfortable stay near St Pancras - The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is close to St Pancras and therefore very convenient for an early departure on Eurostar. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us. The mattress was hard. We were given a choice of a third floor room (no lift) or a basement room. We chose the basement room (lower ground floor). This had the disadvantage of noise at night from reception above, tube trains nearby, and people outside on the street until the early hours of the morning.

Muitos andares pra subir e descer. Com malas grandes e pesadas é um problema. Tente pedir uma acomodação em andares mais baixos para reduzir o esforço.

The check-in process was smooth, and the room was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. Its central location made it very easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

• Francesca (10/5): Perfect for a short stay for early eurostar connection. - Location to st Pancras International was perfect a 5 min walk! The room was neat and very clean. Considering central london noise wasnt horrendous. Bathroom was hard to navigate very small slippery floor with a large lip i tripped in and out twice. Bed was quite small husband found it a challenge to sleep well.
