• Kristine (1/5): Anbefales ikke - Booket hotellet for 4 netter. Kontakt booking.com etter 1 natt. De snakket med hotellet. Fikk godkjent at jeg kunne få to netter tilbake eller bo på et søster hotell istedenfor. Valgte penger tilbake, selv om jeg tape en natt. Takknemlig for det. Ved utsjekk var resepsjonsdamen skiftet ut. Til en hyggelig dame som beklaget for hvordan vi hadde opplevd hotellet og tidligere resepsjonensdame. Dette er det verst hotellet jeg har sovet på. Mine tenåringsbarn var sjokkert når vi kom inn på rommet. Rommet var så lite at vi ikke klarte å åpne koffertene. Wc og dusj var separat. Toalett og vask var tilsynelatende ren, men skittent i alle kroker, lister og vegger. Dusjen har jeg ikke annet ord for enn forferdelig. Tv'en så liten at man knapt ser den. Og selvfølgelig veldig lytt, vi hørte alt som skjedde på hotellet. Luftkvaliteten var elendig, og vi luftet så mye vi kunne. Luktet fukt på hele hotellet. Hun som tok i mit oss ved innsjekk, var sur og uinteressert. Anbefaler ingen dette hotellet. Sentralt kan du bo mange andre steder i London uten at du hører trafikken så godt, må bo i fukt, på skittent og slitt hotell. Ikke velg dette.
• Helene (5/5): Very good value and close proximity to St Pancras Station - We just wanted somewhere to crash out before catching a 5am Eurostar journey the following morning. The hotel was literally minutes away from St Pancras so no anxiety about arriving on time. The hotel is very basic but clean. We slept well and it was good to have an ensuite for such a reasonable price. Also it is very close to a loads of eateries. For the price no complaints. We were on the first floor at the back of the hotel and had no problem with noise.
• Santiago (4/5): Ni pueden vender esa habitación para 2 personas - La ubicación La. Cama era mínima, no para dos personas. Muchas escaleras con valijas pesadas sin ascensor 😡. El tamaño del baño, como un baño de tren.
• Alejandro (4/5): Je recommande pas honnêtement - L’emplacement C’était super inconfortable, j’avais une chambre en sous sol super mal isolée, on entendait tous les bruit des escaliers et de la chambre au dessus. Bien évidemment ça empêchait de dormir. Les toilettes étaient souvent salles. Et puis ils n’ont pas de local sécurisé pour garder les bagages, ils ont un lieu mais ouvert à tout le monde qui n’est gardé par personne alors que j’étais resté dans un autre hôtel du même standing l’année dernière qui avait une pièce où on pouvait laisser les bagages sans que personne d’autre que le personnel de l’hôtel y ait accès.

• Stuart (7/5): A reasonable value place to just crash for the night before travelling. I probably shan’t stay again though. - Proximity to Kings Cross. It could do with just a basic upgrade. The fact that the headboard is screwed to the window frame isn’t aesthetically pleasing. That toilet is very weird. The TV is so small, it may as well not be there, not that I used it much. Five different types of tiling in the bathroom doesn’t look good either.

• Christine (7/5): The accommodation was fine for our purpose, apart from 3 flights of stairs. - There was no breakfast. Location was perfect for the Eurostar terminal. Only drawback for 2 80yr old women, both not very mobile, was the top floor bedroom with no lift. Luckily another guest carried our cases up and staff brought them down next day. Would request a lower level room next time

If you want a great budget option and keep your expectatio - The value for money and the quallity of where the hotel is located is astonishingly good The room was on the small side, and an extra pillow would have made the room much comfier. It’s loud outside at nights due to the proximity to St. Pancras and construction next door would start promptly at 08:00 but it’s not really that big of an issue if you put on an audiobook at night and are used to waking up at 06:00

• Barry (8/5): This is my second stay at The Belgrove Hotel. Was here in September 2022. Would come again. 😊 - The location is excellent. So close to the railway station, the shops and fast food outlets. Climbing the stairs with a heavy suitcase. It would have been okay if I was 40 years younger.

Also, the rooms were so close together that you could hear everything the person in the room above was doing. Very annoying. I'm giving it a 2/10 only for its location and cleanliness.

• vanesa (9/5): Muy buena, cumple y la mejor conectividad de Londres - Personal amable, cumple con todo lo ofrecido, lo mejor te dejan hervidor, café, azúcar y té en la habitación gratis, te limpian la habitación todos los días y te cambian las toallas, te dejan jabón y papel higiénico todos los días, puedes entrar y salir del hotel las 24hrs. Y muy bien ubicado justo en frente de las tres estaciones más importantes de Londres, tanto internacional como nacional y dentro de la ciudad ya que el metro está al frente espectacular. Edificio antiguo pero se entiende por la zona de Londres en la que está ubicado pero cumple y relación calidad precio perfecto.

• Richard (9/5): Very comfortable night and really convenient for Kings Cross or St.Pancras - The greeting from the night manager was very pleasant - I felt welcome. My room was 2 floors up though not difficult and well lit. The room was compact but not so small I could not move and a reasonable size, comfortable single bed. TV, Desk, Kettle all present. En-suite shower room and WC - only thing missing was shampoo and could have done with slightly bigger towel. Lack of shampoo

When having to complain about no heating in room, was freezing for my 78yr old mother and she is disabled, when it was finally fixed(gentleman was fine). Only turned on for an hour and then told it would be turned off as too hot in reception. No offer of portable heater for room. There were a few other issues that I didn't mention due to staff interaction.

Location is excellent, close to Both Euston & Kings X stations plus convenience stores and food outlets. Two nights in a single room, had a quiet comfortable sleep both nights.
• Kevin (7/5): Goede locatie, maar de prijs/kwaliteit is misschien te duur. - Supergoede locatie op 1 minuut wandelafstand van het St Pancras treinstation. Het personeel aan het onthaal is heel vriendelijk, met name Irina. De gemeenschappelijke douche is nogal klein en ongemakkelijk om aan- en uit te kleden. De gemeenschappelijk wc was ook ver van mijn hotelkamer.

• Josie (5/5): As close as you can get to St Pancras International/Eurostar for less than £80 a night - The Belgrove Hotel is just across the road from St Pancras station, so it is super convenient for anyone catching an early Eurostar train. I didn't realise until I'd confirmed and paid for the booking that it had a shared toilet and shower room. The toilet was along the corridor from my room. The shower was very old fashioned and also down the corridor This made it feel more like a hostel than a hotel. At least the room had a sink where I could clean my teeth and face and the bed itself was clean and comfortable. The room was also up 3 flights of stairs,.so you need to be fit and strong enough to carry your liggage up there.

• Louise (8/5): Would return :) - - easy check in, no faff like some properties - amazing location - clean - comfortable sleep - as solo female traveller felt comfortable with staff being on reception and safe walking back to the hotel as very close to the station - room wasn’t as pictured but for the money I was happy, felt more like a room you’d get in Greece as it was tilled flooring and dated furniture, but bedding was comfortable, clean and taken care of, had a window which can be difficult to come by in London - plumbing / door slamming is loud, so woke me up even with ear plugs but slept through the night fine and had a good nights sleep, was just an early wake up - worth the money for cost of room
