Ubicación ideal, cerca del vaticano y de otros sitios de interes, muy bien conectado tanto en metro como en bus y además tranquilo y seguro. Lo mas destacable la amabilidad y cercania de la dueña, nos ayudo en todo momento, direcciones muy claras de llegada y facilidad acceso mediante internet. MUY MUY RECOMENDABLE Un microondas habria estado bien, pero tampoco es indispensable.

No obstante, adquirimos la habitación económica porque la idea era únicamente dormir ahí, además de tomar una ducha. Para tal efecto, cumple su función. Además, el apartamento esta muy cerca de parada de metro y del centro de la ciudad. La ubicación, excelente.

Zona tranquillissima, comodo bar per la colazione proprio di fronte. Appena siamo entrati nella camera, mi sono resa conto subito che c'era qualcosa di strano: ho appoggiato il telefono sul comodino un secondo, nel riprenderlo appiccicava come di zucchero..prendo la punta di un asciugamano bagnato, lo passo sul comodino: nero!! Lo passo sull'altro comodino: più nero dell'altro!! Mi guardo in giro meglio: ragnatele sul soffitto, polvere per terra, in controluce sulla porta una quantità di manate e unto da far schifo, non ho avuto il coraggio di guardare sotto il letto, sul termoarredo un dito di polvere... E poi letto scomodo mezzo sfondato, serramenti a vetro singolo anteguerra.. Non avevo grandi aspettative per una sistemazione così economica, ma credo che la pulizia sia comunque un minimo da garantire. Non lo consiglierei.

Riduzione costi e più privacy per i clienti. L accoglienza di Francesca è stata calorosa, ci ha accolti benissimo. Assenza del bidè. Mancanza del riduttore per il fono. Shampoo e gel doccia insufficienti.

Staff arrived after all. We were in. Walking distance to transportation was easy. Location is good. Room had a teapot teacups, but no coffee or tea. Francesca was friendly and kind , willing to help with every question or problem. The room was too small which makes the stay for many days uncomfortable. There was daily clean only after payment.

- Tryfon (6/5): Quite neat but could use some changes and a little bit more attendance - Room was in a very good location near metro stop and a half an hour walk from city center. The lady that was in a charge of the rooms was very nice and polite and wanted to provide the best of the services. The bed was ready to fall of basically. The moment you laid down it started moving back n forth. The mattress itself was very old and had a huge "dent" in the middle from the over usage. Judging from that I am very sure it wasn't the cleanest mattress aswell. The sheets, towels and toilet seemed clean but the blanket didn't seem to have been washed for more than a couple of year. Lastly the shower had some weird rocks on its wall with the ability to withhold drops of water on their surfaces and not be able to drip down. That was leading to formation of mold on the walls of the shower and there wasn't any action of trying to clean them in a lot of time. The room itself wasn't very big and very functional to be exact but was serving it's purpose.

O quarto era pequeno, conforme descrito, mas a limpeza era simples. O maior problema foi o colchão e cama do quarto que eu fiquei nº 31. Era tão desconfortável que prejudicou significativamente minha estadia. Acredito que um investimento em colchões de melhor qualidade seria fundamental para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes. Considerando o preço médio de 115 euros por noite, esperava um conforto maior, especialmente no quesito cama e colchão, a gente anda o dia todo pois estamos fazendo turismo e a hora que chega temos que ter o mínimo de conforto e o colchão e cama é sem dúvidas um dos maiores conforto que uma hospedagem pode dar. Nesse quarto colocaram um colchão em cima do outro, o de baixo era estreito e o de cima mais largo, eu só conseguia dormir depois que o corpo não aguentava mais ficar acordado eu dormia assim, dia sim e dia não. Observação: A maior decepção foi a cama e o colchão. O colchão era extremamente desconfortável, impossibilitando um bom descanso. Infelizmente, essa experiência negativa me impede de recomendar o hotel." Nesse hotel tive uma experiência decepcionante.

- Melissa (10/5): Italian Gem 💎 - Great little apartment, with substantial facilities for our 3 night stay, comfy beds, and easy to use virtual key. The most beautiful host, who was very informative and made us feel very welcome. Round the corner is a lovely Italian bakery & deli, with much more on route to the vatican, and close to Lepanto metro station with easy access to Rome centre or it is about 20mins to walk crossing the river. Would highly recommend 👌

The National team of Greece in Sportslefesaving stayed in NEW PARADISE and we are all speechless about the hospitality and the positive vibe that we all received. There so many things that can be said about the facilities but let's just say that it is situated in an ideal location with all the comforts that you should expect. NEW PARADISE has our stamp of approval.

- Emma (2/5): - We arrived at 4 am and were sent directions for check in ahead of time, however they sent us the directions and key for the wrong room in a hotel 20 minutes away, which we had to walk to. When we got there, they had double booked our room and we walked in on someone sleeping. They did not even offer us so much as an apology for the inconvenience. The air conditioning also did not work.

The room was extremely clean and quite spacious for 2 people. We had room 35, and the bathroom was not moldy. I really appreciated finding the hairdryer with a diffuser for curly hair. I would really recommend this place, the price is extremely competitive for the Prati neighbourhood Very small details: the pillows were not the best, and we ran out of shower gel the day before leaving (in fairness, I forgot to ask for a replacement).

The staff was very kind, cheerful and attentive. The humidity in the room could be lower. A few cups or glasses would also be nice to have in the room.

- Evsm05 (9/5): Superb - It was a lovely stay! The host was amazing and very caring. The space and rooms very clean, nice smell when entering the apartment. Bed was comfortable. It was nice coming back to the apartment after a long day of walking around the city. The room was not very spacious, but most of the time we were outside sightseeing so it was enough and comfortable to have a good rest. Great location, nice neighborhood! The accommodation met our expectations and we'd like to thank you very much! Ewa&Bartek Maybe the kettle available to use would be a plus, and a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo and wash items.

- Francine (7/5): Good - They have a coffee vending machine, which is handy. The person there was very nice and gentle, offered some tips about the city and map. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Wi-fi was not working 3 out of 4 days. First night, the hot water was out halfway through my shower (I shower very quickly, so no, it was not a matter of using it for too long). They have a very annoying check-in system that you must create a profile and upload a bunch of documents and photos, then it releases the door code, you must have internet to open the building door and front door. Then the room door you either unlock through this system or you insert a code. When we arrived there wasn't anyone there so we used the little left of our data to get in, next morning there was a person, she was nice, askes about our stay, gave us a copy of the keys so we would be able to enter any time and offered some tips for the city and places to visit.
- Ogbonna (8/5): i was not able to enjoy my stay there because i practically stayed outside all day - The lady that received was fantastic but the room was not valued for the money. The room was very small and the air condition was making noise and i couldn't sleep well. even the next day i stayed out all day in order have my peace. lastly the space in the room was very very little for the money paid. the air condition was bad the size of the room. no table fridge, and the ward-rope
- Dusan (7/5): Good value for money overall - Pleasant host, and a great location - every attraction is relatively close 3 different check-in times, lack of bathroom utilities- towel hangers, cup holders, etc.
- Antonius (8/5): 4 adults, 5 nights Premium Quadruple room - Good value for money. Near to city centre, close (only 1 block) to bus & metro, bars and supermarket around the corner. Super friendly host Francesca makes you feel at ease. We had the Premium Quadruple airconditioned room, which met our expectations for 5 nights sleep and afternoon naps. When in Rome, will certainly book again.
