• Denis (9/5): - Sehr grosses Schlaf- und Badezimmer Das Gebäude ist alt, also rechne mit Geräuschen von Leuten, die auf dem Stockwerk über dir herumlaufen. Bring am besten Ohrstöpsel mit.
• Süleyman (9/5): Amazing - First of all, the hotel was amazing in terms of price/performance. The reception staff were wonderful. Even though our room was not ready, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel without charging any extra fee. As soon as the room became available, they checked us in immediately without making us wait. The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Since the hotel is located in a historic area, the building is old, but you are staying right in the center and surrounded by history, so do not expect luxury. The bathrooms were very clean, and our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was sufficient, and it was especially thoughtful of them to provide non-pork salami for my meal. I really appreciated their consideration. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel — you will not regret it. Just keep in mind that this is not a luxury hotel. If you are looking for luxury accommodations, you would probably need to stay outside the city center.

• James (10/5): - Loved our room on the third floor, #16, with high peaked ceilings and exposed beams and rafters.. The restaurant in the gothic vault was very nice. We had a nice dinner of goulash with potato pancakes and bread dumplings. Excellent breakfast. The room was very warm. Stairs from second to third floor are difficult to negotiate with luggage.

• Hans-Heinrich (8/5): Ich halte den Aufenthalt für empfehlenswert, weise allerdingss auf die Verbesserung des Bads hin - Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Zum Frühstück wäre Fisch eine Verbesserug Das Bad hat mir nicht gedallen. Die Sturzgefahr in der Badewanne ist hoch, desweegen habe ich mich nicht geduscht. Die Duschen sollten keine Stufen haben Das Bad, ich hätte mir eine Dusche ohne Barriere gwünscht.

It's quaint, old-fashioned and characterful. Good breakfast, friendly staff and spotlessly clean room. Nothing to mot like about the hotel.

• Grigori (4/5): I was dissapointed by the hotel - Great location, just a stone drop from the Old Town Square. Building is build at 1340ies and is a Unesco Heritage. Majority of the staff are nice. Breakfast in the old restaurant is nice. Unfortunately that is all good that I can tell. Room is very basic but is ok. Problem is in the bathroom. It is very old and "tired". Everything is dirty, full of mold and dust. Toilet bowl was partially yellow. Door was not closing. There were black spots on the ceiling. Very dissapointing for such a hotel. For some reason there is a full mini bar and warning tells that you are not obliged to take out minibar staff and place something yours inside the refrigerator, otherwise "it will be thrown away immediately". I've faced this first time. Some of the staff don't want to work and are looking at you like you are disturbing theim always. Heating was off despite it was plus 5 at night and it was not comfortable temperature at night at all. Another problem is was transfer to hotel. I was told one price and driver told me another price saying something about eur/czk rate (this rate problem is very common everywhere in prague). More dissapointing was that we ordered transfer with carseat and driver came without any car seat and told us that even if he would bough it with him, that car seat is not sutable for our baby.

• Andrew (10/5): Most welcoming experience for family with child that we've ever experienced - We were travelling with small child (toddler) and the staff were always just so happy, always said hi when they saw him, and there was a babychair available for the restaurant. There is a lift to a couple of the floors and I wrote in advance to ask if our room could be on a floor with the lift and with a baby bed and they were amazing to accommodate. The whole experience was just wonderful, best experience we've had travelling with our child by a long way. Location is amazing, you're like 50m from the main square but with windows closed it's still quiet to sleep. Hotel were happy to help arrange a taxi back to the airport for us with a child seat also. We'll happily stay again next time in the city :)
• Andreras (9/5): Feines kleines Hotel das seine 4 Sterne verdient. - Sehr gut im Zentrum der Altstadt gelegen. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer, Nr.7, lag gegenüber der Kirche, mit blick auf die Kirchenmauer. Kein Straßenlärm. Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl gut. Besonders das Rührei war sehr gut, nicht diese wässerige Masse. Zimmer sauber und die Betten entsprachen meinen Vorstellungen. Wir haben auch das Restaurand ausprobiert, nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes, Preis Leistung waren OK. Leider macht die Bar schon um 22:00 Uhr schon zu, war aber kein Problem, zumal es am Bars und Clubs nicht fehlt. Empfehlen kann ich die Bar rechts vom Hotel. hat bis 00:00 Uhr offen. Da meine Frau gern in dunkelen Räumen schläft, dieses aber nicht Überall möglich ist (nicht nur in diesem Hotel) würden wir uns eine bessere Verdunkelung wünschen.

• EMIRI (9/5): 古宿やけど、ロケーションと人柄が満点 - スタッフの人柄が100点です！！ 朝食ギリギリに滑り込みましたが、嫌な顔をせずに 朝ごはんの対応もして頂きましたし、 また朝食の内容も 野菜・フルーツ何れも山盛りで体力回復できました。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも「もちろん◎」と言って頂き大変助かりました。 お名前を聞きそびれましたが フロントスタッフのルーマニア出身の男性に すごく良くしてもらいました。 日本と同じくらい気持ちよく過ごせました。 ベッドが小さい ティッシュがない 歯磨きもない。全体的にアメニティは無いです (ハンドソープくらいしか無かった記憶です)

Всі туристичні локаціі поруч. дуже смачний і повноцінний сніданок У нас був номер на трьох з трьома ліжками - це останній поверх, є ліфт але віконця маленькі під стелею, тому вида з вікна не було.

Receptioniste was `s ochtends bijzonder vriendelijk en regelde vroegtijdig ontbijt! Ontbijt was prima, dame die het verzorgde ook bijzonder vriendelijk! Prima hotel en vooral heel vriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen.

• Katharina (8/5): - Außergewöhnliche Lage! Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach mit den tollen Holzbalken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel allerdings wirklich nichts Besonderes. Die tägliche Reinigung wurde leider nur recht oberflächlich durchgeführt. Offensichtlich verschmutzte Handtücher bzw Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt.

• Bea (9/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable. A dos pasos de la torre del reloj. Es un hotel con mucho encanto con mucha historia (siglo XIV). Estuvimos en la habitación 16 que era muy amplia y las camas eran muy cómodas. La calefacción, a pesar de la altura del techo de la habitación muy eficiente. La bañera es un poco incómoda por la disposición del colgador de la ducha y la mampara.

• xianfa (8/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Pero hotel demasiado basico y se nota muy antiguo. Relación calidad precio normal. Está bien para estancia de 2 días. La bañera de baño no es nada cómodo. Para gente mayor muy fácil de resbalar y caerse. La ventana tiene una cortina visillo que entra la luz a las 6:30 de la mañana.

• Caroline (9/5): Comfortable historic hotel in a unbeatable location. - Lovely historic hotel in central location. Very spacious room and bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast included. Pleasant, friendly staff. Comfortable beds, good sized bath and loads of hot water. Literally 2 mins from The Old Square and about 10 mins to Charles Bridge. Bit of noise at pub closing time (but it was St Patrick's Day). Really nice city for a few days break.
