• janette (10/5): Florence perfection! - This was our second time to stay here, it's so wonderful! The property is beautiful and overlooks the Florence Duomo. It is a fabulous location with the most congenial and helpful management! This place is a prize! It was perfect, so I have no negative comments.

• Melanie (10/5): Fabulous in Florence - The host was absolutely lovely and would do anything she could to ensure guests have the best stay possible. The location is wonderful! The trade off is that this is a very old building and rooms and especially bathrooms are small and a bit rickety. All in all we would still return there as it's such a special spot and Giuliana is such a great host. Also, only a fairly short walk from train station which is also a bonus.

L'emplacement est idéal, tout se fait à pied depuis l'hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Parfait pour un séjour au cœur de l'action. L'hôtel est situé sur la place la plus touristique de Florence, à proximité immédiate de plusieurs bars. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, sachez que l'ambiance peut être animée en soirée, particulièrement lorsqu'il fait beau et que les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous cherchez un calme absolu la nuit.

Il personale si è mostrato gentilissimo e disponibile in ogni momento del giorno, fornendoci tra l'altro varie dritte sui luoghi da visitare e sugli orari strategici in cui programmare le visite. La stanza era anche più ampia di come sembrava in foto; l'illuminazione era perfetta e i letti comodissimi. Ottimo, inoltre, il rapporto qualità prezzo!

E’ stato tutto piacevole, se proprio si volesse trovare qualcosa di imperfetto, le dimensioni del bagno, piuttosto ridotte, ma posso assicurare che questo, non ha assolutamente influito sul piacevole soggiorno presso la struttura.

The bed was comfortable and room had a lot of space for our things. She was so nice - meeting us for check in and offering recommendations for restaurants, gelato and coffee shops around the city.

• David (10/5): - Just in front of the Duomo (if you choose the right chamber, you can see the Duomo from your bed). Everything is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Clean and comfortable. The staff is really kind and tries to help you all the time (Grazie Giuliana). If you are coming by car and you want to save some money (...and you don't need to leave the keys of your car....) you can park 15 minutes tramway away, from the tram station to the hotel is just a 9 minute walk. We really enjoyed the stay. Niente.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with, the check-in and check-out were quick, and we were also allowed a late check-out. We were able to leave our luggage there until our departure from the city. The location is excellent, and the view of the Battistero and Santa Maria del Fiore is always amazing. Many shops, restaurants and points of interest are nearby or in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, heated and had everything we needed. There are some stairs to climb as the elevator works only for luggage, so for guests with reduced mobility this could be an issue. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi access, as it was a bit slow or unreachable at times

Localización inmejorable, accesible a todos los puntos de interés de Florencia en menos de 15 minutos andando. Giuliana es encantadora,habla español perfectamente, así como otras lenguas. Te sitúa inmediatamente en la ciudad. Si co tantas con ella por correo o whatsapp te indica qué debes hacer, entradas para comprar con anterioridad... No se me ocurre nada. Todo fue perfecto.

We can see Duomo at different times of the day, which is awesome! The internet can be a bit slow. It is in a 16th century building. There is a very small elevator and you need a pass to use it. We did not bother and it worked out fine(we didni't mind walking up to third floor). :)

Waking up every day to the beautiful Duomo and Baptistera…no words!!! The room was perfect as well. Bedroom away from the noise of the piazza, and sitting room near the action. Clean, with all the amenities you would need. Great shower too 😊The hostess, Giuliana, was wonderful at receiving us, guiding us and hosting us. Perfect stay ❤️

• Judy (10/5): - Right in the Duomo square, something going on all the time. Giuliana, the property manager, gave us good dining suggestions and was very accommodation about everything. Safe and fun place to stay.
• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic location, unparalleled view, and amazing hospitality by Signora Giuliana! We can’t wait to be back. - Words cannot describe how amazing the view was! The location was also fantastic, and Signora Giuliana was very generous in her hospitality and check in/out time (we were lucky to receive an early check in). We loved it! None! Everything was as described in the photos/text. If you are sensitive to noise, this location may not be best for you.
