• Andrew (3/5): - It was clean and had a small kitchenette facility. The fire alarm went off after the reception had left. No one came and no one answered the numbers given to seek assistance. Another guest reset the fire alarm because they had experienced something similar in another Nox hotel. That is deeply unsafe.

• Fanni (10/5): - Szuper szállás! Szuper kisvárosi környék, tipikus angol házas, aranyos üzletek, éttermek és kávézók. Nagyon közel van a metró. Minden könnyen megközelíthető innen. A szállás nagyon jól felszerelt, nagyon tiszta és kényelmes. Az ára is szuper. Szívből ajánlom! Sajnos hiába húztuk le a sötétítőt már nagyon korán reggel felkeltünk a beáradó fényre.

• Natasha (7/5): Good for a business trip. Good Value. Late night check in not great. - I liked the room. Everything was good quality and you get everything you need easily. Kitchenette is great. Beds are comfy. Would like the option of another blanket ideally as room was quite cold. Smart TV for streaming etc. The late night check in experience just feels a bit dodgy. Its not explained that the hotel is split across addresses so it just feels like you’re letting yourself in somewhere random. The lockbox systems is fine but feels a bit precarious.

• Adam (8/5): It was a great city break and we would both return to the venue again. - The location was great. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus the village feel of the area is great to walk through. There was a net curtain to let the light in but keep our privacy. The shower was great: choice of a fixed 'waterfall' showerhead or smaller, movable device. The kitchette was well hidden behind cupboard doors. There was a nice choice of regular or more intimate lighting. The bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. One of the taps had an in-built Brita water filter. Being above a pub in the room we stayed in, it was a little noisy when we arrived (Saturday evening), however, it didn't affect us going to sleep!

• Maxime (10/5): Incroyable ! - L’emplacement finalement est vraiment top, je pensais que ce serait loin du centre mais en 15’ de Metro vous y êtes. Le quartier est très sympathique et il y a plein de commerce. La chambre est spacieuse , et très soignée . L’équipe est agréable et réactive en cas de souci (notre poignée de porte était cassée et réparée le soir en revenant) Nous avions pris la chambre avec le jaccuzzi et nous en avons bien profité Tout est bien

La stanza è molto confortevole e accogliente, letti molto comodi e nonostante il bagno sia piccolo, la doccia è molto comoda. Notevole la scorta di shower gel e shampo. Di ottima qualità la biancheria sia da bagno che da letto Nulla, era tutto perfetto
• Zsuzsa (1/5): - Minden fotón ablakos szobát mutatott a foglalandó szobáról a booking.com, ezzel szemben a valóságban ablak nélküli volt a kategóriában minden szoba. Hazug fényképek helyett a valóság csak a helyszínen derült ki. Ablakos szobával nem rendelkeztek, akkor kellett éjszaka új szobát keresnem utolsó pillanatban nyilván sokkal drágábban mintha előre foglalom. Ha tudtam volna sosem foglalom le az ablaktalan szobát. Visszatérítés kértem, mivel ilyen szobában nem is maradtam, a foglalást nem használtam fel. Visszautasították jogos kérésemet. Gondolom úgy gondolják bármit megtehetnek ha már egyszer foglaltam. Jogi képviseletet gondolom ritkán veszigénybe vendég, aki ebben a legkevésbé sem számít, a Nox west hamsteadnek csak a zsebre tett pénz. Jogi képviselet ajánlott ha oda akar menni valaki.

• David (8/5): Overall, great location, nice clean modern rooms, just be aware there is no lift - We know the area so it was perfectly positioned on West Hampstead high street, rooms are all a bit different, this stay was a smaller room but always modern clean and the kitchenette is a nice touch if you are staying a few days The blind on the window was not a blackout blind so at just after 5am the room was flooded with light, not ideal for sleeping, would be nice to have a slightly bigger bed as well but don’t think the room size would allow it and finally there is no lift so not ideal if you end up on a higher floor and you’ve got a large suitcase

• Heather (7/5): - Great location on the high street, 5-10 min walk from West Hampstead tube station. Studio was a good size with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Good value for money for a short trip. Clean and modern. It was very noisy at night from other peoples rooms / coming up the stairs. The room wasn’t in the main office building, instead it was in another building down the road. We were given a PIN code to access the building and card for the room.

• jacopo (10/5): Ottima struttura sotto ogni aspetto - prezzo qualità eccellente. - Struttura in una posizione strategica e vicino al centro! Camere dotate di tutti i comfort e anche di più, abbiamo molto apprezzato le cialde del caffè per la colazione! Le camere non hanno la moquette e questo è un’altro pro, e pulizia eccellente. Siamo stati benissimo, e consigliamo davvero questa struttura. Nel caso torneremo a Londra sarà un punto di riferimento! Grazie! Niente, davvero tutto ottimo.

• Megan (5/5): Great location, hotel ok - It was in a good location The room wasn’t in the actual hotel. It was down an alley way which didn’t feel right. The room smelt very strongly of cleaning products but it was clean. I think the overall price was ok for the location. There was a wood louse in the evening crawling on the floor which wasn’t what we expected from a hotel.

Ho apprezzato che non ci fosse la moquette e il cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Avrei preferito un tavolino con due sedie ma mi rendo conto che lo spazio sia veramente ridotto. C’è solo un ripiano che si tira giù dal parete della tv.

• Rachel (8/5): Chambre au dernier étage sans ascenseur avec 2 enfants en bas âges - L’espace de la chambre était bien. Cuisine équipée avec vaisselle. Fer à repasser sèche cheveux café et thé mis à disposition. Climatisation super. Et la literie était superbe. La réception n’est pas du tout au pied de l’hôtel. Les escaliers sont raides et on était au dernier étage compliqué si vous avez beaucoup de valises.

Room was really clean it includeda small kitchen microwave,coffee machine toaster kettle. Room large TV was ablt to watch Netflix Room included shower/ toilet towels left etc. The shower small though.but modern. The area is lovely, Tesco./Sainsbury’s 5 minute walk and Lovely cafe bars, wine bars on the same street. Also 10 minute walk from West Hampstead station. Good transport links Overall I was happy as I did not know what to expect but would book this Nox Hotel was cheap and adequate. The room did not have a view looked onto a courtyard, not great but this never bothered me to be honest the blind was blackout just pulled this down

• Valérie (8/5): Un super séjour, très bon rapport qualité/prix/localisation. - L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant (des cafés, des pubs, des supermarchés, etc) proche des transports en commun. L’accès est sécurisé. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Le lit est confortable, la connexion wifi est stable et la cuisine est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le sèche cheveux n’était pas puissant. Il se coupait à chaque fois car il surchauffait. Dans notre chambre, il manquait une table ou un bureau afin de poser des affaires ou de manger. Le lavabo de la salle de bain est aussi trop petit pour le robinet. Il était presque impossible de se laver les mains sans éclabousser partout.

The area was lovely and was just a quick tube ride to everything we wanted to go to. No lift so getting the luggage to the top floor was somewhat difficult but not a deal breaker.

The hotel staff were really nice and helpful and the cleaning lady was especially nice and attentive that all was nice and comfortable in the room. The area is also nice with lots of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance and good transport to the city center.

• Gaia (8/5): Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo per 5 notti, la posizione ottima. - i bus sono facili da usare e sotto casa ce il 139 che e' h24. avere una piccola cucina e' molto comoda e abbiamo apprezzato i bagnoschiuma offerti dall' hotel. e ringrazio la scelta del piano basso per il mio problema alla gamba dato che a londra difficilmente e' possibile trovare un hotel con ascensore. letto un po' piccolo e materasso forse un po' troppo duro, stazione pompieri di fronte.
• Amina (8/5): Perfect for a short stay, booked last minute and throughly impressed. - Easy check-in check out process, comfortable studio with everything you need. Plenty of lighting options, good smart-tv, amazing shower pressure/temperature and had a lovely rest in the bed with the many pillows . Thankful for the shower gel and washing up supplies. There was a smell from the bathroom either from the drains or the fan but other than that could tolerate it. Also could have done with a complimentary water bottle as wasn’t sure if the tap was drinkable water.
