The staff was very helpful and proactive in everything we needed. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. Overall had a very good experience, will go back and will recommend to others.

- Graham (10/5): Excellent Stay - Flora Creek is an excellent hotel whose rooms are in fact what any other hotel would call an executive suite. It is very close to Deira Mall and the Metro. It is not new but is very well maintained and amply equipped. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. In particular Manoj on the concierge desk was incredibly helpful and is a credit to the hotel.

They prepare beautiful surprise in the bedroom with baloons and flowers which we really appreciate. Staffs are friendly and accommodating, they give immediate response in our every request. Big and spacious rooms are cozy and comfy. Location is perfect. Giving them a 2 thumbs up.

Unfortunately the hotel was full, however there was plenty of space to rest and an upgraded room was made available well before normal check-in time. We had the one bed-roomed apartment which in any other hotel would be classed as an executive suite. Again every member of staff we encountered were so pleasant and efficient and were a credit to the hotel. The location is close to the airport with a Metro station and the excellent Deira Mall a short stroll away. This hotel is superb value.

- Graham (10/5): Superb Value - This property is extremely good value. We arrived very early after an overnight flight and were upgraded to an apartment which was immediately available. From arrival to departure the staff are numerous and very attentive and knowledgeable. Others have said that this property is tired. Well it's not brand new but it is still in very good condition and very well equipped. It is within minutes of the Metro and the Deira City Mall where you will find the usual shops and restaurants. It is a short taxi ride from the airport at a pittance cost. WiFi signal was very strong. All in all I would highly recommend this property.

- Moshood (8/5): A lot of Good but room for improvement. - The hotel presents a family friendly accomodation and fairly modern amenities. The staff cleaning the room provides a friendly and efficient service. I sincerely hope they are well remunerated for their hard work. Whoever is in charge of house keeping needs to do a regular inventory of amenities. iron and ironing board broken, was reported but not fixed. Eating utensils are sparse. No cable TV. The quality of the breakfast buffet can be improved by providing oven fresh breads and pastries and less watery baked beans. The pastries provided every day during our 13 nights stay looks like they have been defrosted to serve in the morning, with the exception of the doughnuts and cup cakes. The chef and some of the busboys could also show more enthusiasm in their job and the service they provides. They hounded us days before the new year eve celebration to book for a dinner and drinks (AED 199 per person) on the rooftop; we declined on the premise that we have no interest in the offer. The countenance of the restaurant staff turns cold days after the event, probably due to our refusal.I will advise that the restaurant staff improves on their attitude. The concierge service is worthy of praise and they are professional in their attitude and attention to caring for guests properties and welcoming on arrival to the hotel. They are always at hand to offer assistance and makes your arriving and exiting the hotel easy. They give a personal touch to the service offered.

The buffet breakfast was superb. Hotel is just a 5mins walk to Deira City Center Exit 2 Metro station. Definitely will come back here. Room Tip: No creek side view even on higher floors because of the on going construction

The metro station is right nearby that will take you to all sections of Dubai. The apartment was nice. We had a washing machine and a balcony that was great for drying clothes in the hot Dubai sun. It was nice to have a small kitchen so we didn't have to eat in the sleeping area if we ordered out. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous, something that was very much appreciated and certainly made the stay more pleasant.

- Helmut (10/5): A pleasant home in Dubai - Flora Creek Apartments has a welcoming staff, especially on Level 8. Cleanliness was exceptional. Very comfortable rooms. And location-close to the Underground, water views.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to the airport and other attractions. I would stay there anytime I am in Dubai. Greg
- wendy (8/5): Excellent staff. - Staff were friendly and efficient. Common areas (pool, lobby, restaurant, gym) were really clean. The two bedroom suite with childrens room was well appointed and spacious. Beds were very comfortable with fantastic pillows. Bathroom was very nice, big soft towels. Lounge was very comfortable with enough space for the six people we had staying there. The cushion pads on the couch weren't very clean, there were grubby black marks along the top edges of all of them. Some of the curtains were very dirty on the back of them. The washing washing worked very well but had a few rust and water marks on It. The hallway and the room itself had a slightly musty damp smell to them. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. We were the only people there for dinner over two nights. The staff moved the tables around so the six of us could sit together. Suman was the waiter on the second night and was excellent at his job. Very friendly and efficient. I would definitely go to that restaurant again even if I was staying somewhere else.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent for a longer stay in Dubai. - Excellent as a base for a longer stay in Dubai (we did 10 days). This is due to the washing machine, dryer and kitchen facilities. The ability to have more space compared to a normal hotel room was superb. Very close to a good supermarket and shopping mall. Superbly located for the local train system which is fast and efficient. Only down side was the lack of good TV channels (ie no sporting coverage other than local events). But when busy site seeing this isn't too much of an issue.

I purchased the breakfast and was very happy with the selection. I had a later flight and they were able to accommodate a 2p checkout without charge. Overall great place!

Accept that with tea cups there should be mugs as in recent times, people have tea in mugs as tea cups are too small. May be Keep both. Lounge was with good furniture and bedroom well furnished. Very clean, It was a pleasant stay. Very near city centre mall.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent value and a great choice - I've stayed at many hotels and hotel apartments in Dubai over the years and this certainly rates among the best of them. All the staff I encountered were excellent, the location is great (close to shopping centre, close to subway station, great for road links, close to airport etc.) and the accommodation is really top notch. I arrived quite early in the morning and was pleased they were able to check me in. I'd had a couple of parcels delivered to the hotel and these were waiting for me on arrival. Breakfast is great with a very good selection and good quality food. Overall, a great stay and I'm sure I'll be back.

- Abigail (4/5): Tired and dirty - Place was tired and dirty. We had a massive power unit on balcony with unbelievable noise. A broken light dirty water in fridge, a curtain falling down. Very very poor. Reception staff rude - although other staff lovely. Good breakfast but will never stay again.
- Murtadh Hashim (8/5): Excellent staff, convenient location - I have been staying at the Flora apartment for the last 4 years. Overall the staffing of an excellent quality, helpful and welcoming. The Flora Creek just like other places needs on going Maintance and new look. Lobby are AC needs an enhancement as well as breakfast area. Breakfast buffet needs different variety of healthy food, I have seen little improvement such as introducing different fresh juices such as carrot. Main courses remain the same for a long time. Coffee self service machine is good as well as egg making. Swimming pool is far too small for 4/5 star hotel. Moving the gym to the rooftop is a good idea provided they provide a good quality equipment and arrangement. Room service is very good, housekeeping of an excellent staffing, Front Office excellent.

- Tahira (10/5): Excellent hotel - Excellent hotel very close to mosque, metro and shopping good bus link to jumeriah X28 bus and close bus station to Sharjah. Corner shops zoom nearby and selected restaurants too but more fast tops resturants in Deira city centre. Hotel staff listened to all our needs and were very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them they had very good customer service skills and the rooms itself were very clean. Sheets and towels changed daily as well as room cleaned daily. Great having washing machine ironing board and dishwasher was a home from home. Hotel needs to maintain a few fixes in kitchen but other than that it's a great place to stay I would definitely like to stay here again
- Brian (10/5): Relaxing t)enjoyable stay in Dubai (our 5th visit) - The hotel is well located, just 5 minutes walk from the major Deira City Centre shopping mall. We were upgraded from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment which was very large and extremely comfortable. Every appliance and requirements for a very enjoyable stay were provided. The hotel reception staff and concierge were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The only disappointment was the "creek view" was very limited due to high rise building under construction in front of the hotel
