• Rhys (10/5): - The shower isn’t the best but other than that a really good option for anyone travelling to Rome, the hosts communication is spot on aswel text us on the day before and responded quickly to any questions we had, really close to the train station so great transport access with the bus station right out side the train station, close to a couple of reasonably priced mini markets if you do forget anything and also close to a few bars and a great pizza place 5 mins away, can’t fault this property as an option to stay in just needs a more powerful shower
• Migat (10/5): - Room was nice, lift to the building quite small. So if you have a wheelchair or a large buggy it won't fit. I had a yoyo stroller and it just managed to fit. Location is great close to the train station and transport to airport. Shops and restaurants near by. We wore very happy with the place.

Que el elevador fuera minúsculo (apenas cabía el equipaje) y que las instrucciones para abrir las puertas fueran ya sin personal al que pudieras acudir -No hay contacto humano- (nos pareció un fallo desafortunado) Al llegar, unas mujeres jóvenes que suponíamos vivían allí, se aprestaron para ayudarnos con el equipaje y perdimos un backpack, que posteriormente vimos que había desaparecido y que nos hizo una gran complicación por lo que perdimos, teniendo que dedicarle -tiempo y dinero- para reponer la pérdida de documentos, cargadores de teléfono, una tableta, etc.

No ammenities, just bed and shower. Good for our purpose. Termini station is very busy. Dining is available at good prices.

• María de las Mercedes (10/5): - La atención de María fue espectacular. Es una opción de alojamiento con una muy buena relación precio-calidad. Está cerca de Termini, y por ende del metro.
• carlo giuseppe (4/5): Scelta non molto soddisfacente. - Più che di un b/b si tratta di un'affittacamere posto vicino alla stazione Termini quindi in posizione comoda e centrale ma abbastanza degradata. Le camere sono al secondo piano di un palazzo e per arrivarci c'è un ascensore strettissimo e un po' inquietante. Nessun ceck in,nessun controllo dei documenti e tantomeno del green pass,nessuna registrazione ma solo la consegna delle chiavi da parte del suocero del gestore. Camera piccola ma ben disposta e ben riscaldata ,tv che non riceve segnale Rai,presenza di un piccolo bollitore con alcune bustine di tè.No frigobar,no cassaforte. In una settimana asciugamani cambiati una sola volta.Bagno funzionale ma privo di bide' e con forte e costante puzza di fogna (per fortuna c'è una piccola finestrina che aiuta un po'). Gestori mai visti in una settimana di soggiorno,raggiungibili via cellulare. Ho richiesto esplicitamente ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno (vista la non registrazione in struttura) che mi riservo di fare avere al Comune di Roma. Nel complesso non malissimo ma comunque il peggior rapporto qualità/prezzo dei miei tanti soggiorno romani.

• Tracy (6/5): Clean, convenient but no water pressure - My stay was a short 1-night layover and the room was sufficient for that purpose. The biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower which made showering rather difficult and time consuming.

It would have been nice to have a rack or hooks where we can hang our damp towels especially since they are changed only every three days.

It is only two blocks from the side entrance of the train station and there were 3 restaurants a block away. The WiFi was easily hooked up.

• Wayne (8/5): Nice quick stay near Termini - Easy check-in. Paid the 3.50€ tax in cash. Room was up a floor in a normal Rome apartment building. My room was one of 3 or 4 rooms in the unit. I never saw other guests. I had a nice, larger than standard Italian shower (normally they are VERY cramped). Bedding, bed, towels were all satisfactory. No noticeable noises. It was a quick overnight stay before departing Italy and I was pleased.

• DANIEL (8/5): Let your guests know the house rules beforehand.. - The hotel dose not permit ,according to its house rules presented to us After Check in ( not disclosed when we booked the room nor at any time prior to our arrival at Casa Vicenza!! ).Not being able to have fruit and salad in our room ,which we do when we travel , was not only interuptive to our diet but made our staying much more expensive.Had we been aware of the added expense and in convince we would have booked somwhere else!!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and just what we needed - We stayed two nights and one full day in Rome and stayed at Casa Vicenza. Very helpful to us as we had a late check in. One has to look hard to find the place but it is just outside of the train station. Very pleased with our stay here.
• CHI HUNG (8/5): - The location is good, near the train station, just need a couple of minutes of walking. The host Clara and her helper Marco are nice. One day the Wi-Fi did not work but it can work on next day. Special thanks to Clara's neighborhood (sorry, I forgot his name), living on the 3rd floor to help open the toilet door. Overall experience is very good.

However, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the air conditioning which they wouldn't let me use (or a fan). Also, my itinerary said I had a free breakfast but I was I was denied that as well. Thankfully, I am not a breakfast person so it didn't bother me too much. Additionally, there is a door from the the common area that allows visitors to use the balcony attached to my room - if my window was open anyone could easily go in or see in my room. I noticed they would shut the common area door at night which was good because I had to have my window open because I was very warm. Overall, I was in Rome and was very happy and only came back to the hotel to sleep. The staff were extremely friendly which made me happy.

• James (10/5): Great accomodation, reliable wifi! - Casa Vicenza is ideally located near the main train station and is a nice walk or quick taxi to most of Rome's sites. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room had all the basic necessities you would need to crash from all your exploration during the day. Best of all, the wifi was strong and reliable. We streamed an entire basketball game with no problem. Which is not always easy to find in budget accommodations. Thank you Casa Vicenza!
• Bora (8/5): Close to Termini station, nice cosy room - Very close to Termini station and staffs were very kind and helpful. I arrived earlier than check-in time but they let me go in to leave my luggage at the room. Room was small but tidy and just enough for myself to sleep at the centre of Rome for 1 night trip. Breakfast was served by cafeteria near by, it was light simple breakfast (croissant, coffee, orange juice).

• Robyn (8/5): Good for a short stay. - We needed a place close to the Termini for a one night stay and found the B&B Casa Vicenza for a good price through Venere/Expedia. We were greeted very kindly by Chiara. (Make sure to contact the B&B before arriving to tell them your arrival time so that someone can be there to greet you.) The lift is super small but doable. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast isn't at the B&B but around the corner at a cafe and the people were very nice there as well.

Good location for backpackers or people who intend to use public transport (3-5 min walk to termini station with local buses, metro, train). Not far from the main attractions and located on a quiet street. I stayed in a single room which was very clean and cute! Private, clean and new bathroom, lots of storage for clothing etc, tv, balcony... All great! Francesco welcomed me warmly and made sure I was enjoying my stay. He also ensured that I could follow up with him for any questions or help. Will recommend to family and friends!
• Phumelele (6/5): Wonderful accommodation but............ - The room was great, and clean. I must also mention that, Casa Vicenza is well placed for sightseeing. I would in fact recommend it to anyone interested in seeing famous Rome sights. The down side is that, all TV channels are broadcast in Italian. So, if you love to watch TV, but don't speak Italian you're dead in the water :). On their website, it is stated that they offer English breakfast, and this is not correct. What they really offer is a small cup of coffee, juice & a Croissants. To me, this is not English nor continental breakfast, I therefore think the advert is misleading. All in all, I have more positives than negatives. Chau :)
• Verified traveler (6/5): OK for the price, but bring ear plugs! - B&B owner was nice and friendly. Breakfast is served at a nearby café, which consist of a single sweet pastry and a coffee/tea. Neighbourhood is very convenient for food and sightseeing, though there is a church/cathedral not too far away which strikes its bell everyday from 7am, so good luck sleeping past 7! The shower did not work well when we visited, the water was lukewarm and the water pressure was poor.
• Brian (6/5): Rome in October - This is a very convenient location, close to the train station, quiet at night with the window open. A double bed, reasonable size shower, small but adequate room. The in-room internet connection was strong and reliable. We went out for breakfast to Riks Cafe and it's not great - coffee, one bun, watery OJ.
• Anne (8/5): great price/ value! friendly staff and location - i was there for one night, and i recommend it... great location near trains and bus station... staff are friendly as well.. good price value.
• Kelly (10/5): 3 Women & 1 room - Stayed 1 night in Rome. Close to the train station but a little farther from Central. If staying more than 1-2 nights, you may want to not opt to stay next to train station. But this was a great room! 3 single beds (2 were comfortable) 1 was not. That was pretty consistant in all of Europe rooms. No biggie. We were greeted warmly. You must send an email to tell him what time you will be checking in. He responded very promptly. We felt safe. Room was perfect size for 3 women. Small kitchen that was at our disposal for coffee, water and some snacks. (This was awesome since we had to pay for H20 everywhere). Breakfast were vouchers for this little cafe on the corner. It was perfect. Coffee, water & crouisant to start our day. Cute little B&B.
• Jeff (10/5): Just a quick visit to - Cant say enough the people were great what else is there to say it makes the stay perfect.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed - Difficult to find this place as there is no name board as one usually expects outside a hotel or B&B. Name of the B&B is written in a small name board in an apartment complex.There is no proper reception, stairs very narrow, lift accommodate just 2 -3 people in a row.Checking-in was not straight forward.Room was very clean,but toilet was very narrow,difficult to sit properly.You will get breakfast vouchers in a nearby cafe and the breakfast was just a croissant or doughnut etc. and a drink.This accommodation is just a room to sleep.The good thing is it is very close to Termini station(less than 5 minutes walk).
• Annie (4/5): OK if you simply need a quiet nights sleep - Very central but no instructions on how to find it. No sign just a tiny name on a set of doorbell tags. No one to meet me so had to exit again before knowing where to go. No drink facilities in room but clean & comfortable. Bathroom beautiful but toilet fitted in small space so even a small person would graze their knees (and nose) sitting forwards. But the room was very quiet considering location. So a good night's sleep which is what I needed. Saw no staff. Was simply left a hand written ticket for breakfast at a bar round the corner on arrival and told to go before 11am. A small coffee and pastry.
• stephdemars (4/5): Recomandable - Very good welcome, nice bedroom, the price is good according to the confort, no problem
