• Manuel. (10/5): - We did expect a little more about the "continental breakfast included" However breakfast was not in the hotel building, But 1 block away. Reservation was with breakfast Included with only 1 option. 1 piece of croissant & 1 cup of tea. Not what I use to have when I got to different location with breakfast included.
• Vinicius (2/5): Péssimo se puder saiam fora - Chegamos achando que seria um hotel com recepção básica com quarto duas cama e banheiro como em TODOS os locais que já reservei e nunca tive problema. Escolhemos pela localidade e pela qualificação que não condiz em nada quando chegamos, não tinha nenhuma placa mínima localizando um local fechado através do Google maps, apesar da senhora educada que ao batermos na porta de um prédio nos atendeu, nos avisou por e-mail no dia da chegada que não era um hotel, um hostel, nada.. é um apartamento no quarto andar, sem elevador e fomos surpreendidos, parece mais uma espelunca, é um quarto estilo hostel super apertado com sanitários do lado de fora super pequeno. Além do nosso maior inconveniente subir de escada até o quarto andar com 4 malas de 23kg cada. Não sei como avaliam isso aqui como sendo bom, enquanto na verdade é horrível, entrei hoje no apartamento, não consegui cancelar a reserva e já é tarde demais, mas tenho certeza que amanhã mesmo estarei procurando outra hospedagem por um preço mais em conta e muito melhor. Não se hospedem aqui por favor é realmente péssimo e o valor para o que eles oferecem é um absurdo. Não tem tv, não tem travesseiro bom, banheiro fora do quarto como se fosse hostel. Sinceramente horrível, estou indignado isso aqui não valia nem 100 a diária. Se quiser ter tranquilidade não façam reservas aqui. Fica a dica!
• Andrea (8/5): Ottima esperienza - Ottima esperienza e camera davvero carina. L'unica pecca é che il bagno, per quanto privato, fosse separato. Non ho potuto usare la terrazza perché diluviava, ma mi sono affacciato ed é veramente bella. Tornerei volentieri.
• A. (10/5): Superschön, Supernett, Superzentral - Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Sehr zentral, ca. 10min. zum Forum Romanum. Viele kleine Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Tolle Dachterasse mit schöner Aussicht. Komme gerne wieder.
• Alan (10/5): Perfect Location! - Claudia and the crew were fantastic! The terrance was amazing and the views at night were breathtaking!! The location was great for walking to all but Vatican City yet the Metro was available for a nominal fee to get there. Breakfast each morning was close and excellent to get the day started! Will definitely stay there again for future visits!!

• Kimberly (8/5): Great location - The stairs to the room were a little difficult (5 floors, no elevator) but the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, offering to help carry luggage. The air conditioning was a plus as it was 90+ degrees in Rome that week.
• tas (10/5): Well located hotel close to all key sites - Loved the experience. Great service and very nice rooms. Only negative is the 4 flies of steps and that the breakfast should have been more substantial. Overall a very nice and cosy experience
• Wei-Hsuan (10/5): Great hospitality!! - Each room of Mok house B&B has its own theme, our room was FIAT 5oo, it was big and clean room. Great location that close to Colosseum, Termini station and St. Maria Maggiore. The roof top balcony was awesome. All mok house staff were very kind, can't wait to be back again.
• Lee (10/5): 최고의 위치, 최고의 서비스와 청결함 - 이번 여행 최고의 숙소! 주인 아주머니와 직원들 모두 친절하였고, 방과 화장실 모두 매우 청결했다. 로마 테르미니역에서 캐리어를 끌고 오기에 충분한 거리(10분)였고, 콜로세움까지 걸어갈 수 있으며, 주변에 큰 마트가 있어 생활하기에 너무 편리했다. 처음 숙소에 도착했을 때 사장님(주인 아주머니..^^)이 매우 친절하고 유쾌하게 맞아 주었고, 직원은 손수 우리의 캐리어를 5층까지 올려주어 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르내리는 수고로움을 덜어 주었다. 에어컨은 쾌적하였고, 로비에 미니 바에서는 에스프레소를 내려 먹는 호사까지 누릴 수 있었다. 조식은 근처 카페에서 이용하였는데 간단한 빵과 주스, 커피를 이용할 수 있었다. 그리고 옥상에 테라스에서 로마의 밤하늘을 바라보며 먹은 뽐삐 티라미수와 스프리츠는 평생 잊지 못할 것이다. 로마는 평생에 한 번 본 걸로 만족하지만 나와 내 친구는 모크'하우스에 가기 위해 다시 로마를 찾게 될 것 같다. 그만큼 로마를 떠올릴 때 모크'하우스는 잊지 못할 장소가 되어버렸다.

Hyggelig morgenmads cafe lige i nærheden med imødekommende personale. Vil med garanti bruge stedet igen, hvis vi kommer til Rom og vil med glæde anbefale til alle.

• jaeuk (8/5): 커플여행 추천해요~! - 남편이랑 로마에서 4박동안 머물렀는데 산마조레광장에서2분? 가까워서 투어갈때 마다 넘 편하고 좋았어요 4층이였는데 엘레베이터가 없는 것때문에 남편이 고생을 좀 했죠..ㅎㅎ 호텔도 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 옥상이 있어서 저녁엔 둘이 맥주와 신라면을ㅎㅎ 전반적으로 좋았어요 떼르미니역도 걸어서 10분!
• Juliet Sarah (10/5): Welcome location - This was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, central being only ten minutes walk away from the Colleseum. Staff were helpful, we were treated to a glass of wine on the roof top terrace on arrival, which was very welcome. Great neighbourhood too.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Too expensive for what ir offers - Its well located if you want to be near Termini but the neighbourhood its not nice. Its not touristic as Trastevere or the historical center. The building is old and nice but it has no elevators. For us it was not a problem because we dont care but if you have children or big luggage its really uncomfortable. Breakfast its a voucher for a cofee arround the corner and its just a coffee with one croissant. The girl at the desk is lovely.

• Peter (10/5): Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage - Das Hotel besticht vor allem durch die schön gestylten Zimmer und den sehr freundlichen, persönlichen Empfang. Außerdem haben wir sehr gerne die Dachterrasse genutzt, wo gekühlte Getränke und Gläser bereitstehen. Dort mag man abends gern noch ein Fläschchen Wein leeren.

• Ni (10/5): Mok' house, our home:) - Mok' house is just like an amazing art studio. The decoration of the room is very unique and nice. Marco and his brother are fantastic hosts. They have been very helpful all the time. I and my friend have developed a friendship with them. We will miss Mok' house and we will definitely recommend our friends to stay there if they are going to Rome!

• Verified traveler (6/5): 좋은위치는 굿, 청결도는.... - 피렌체 두오모와 굉장히 가까이 있으며 위치적으론 최고이다, 다만 숙박시설이 오래되어 거울틈새, 수납장 윗부분등엔 먼지가 소복했다. 또한, 특유의 오래된 냄새도 난다. 아침이 되면 호스트가 유럽식 아침식사를 방으로 건네준다.커피며,핫초코 등 1인당 1개씩 차를 선택할 수 있는데, 크로와상과 함께 나름 맛있었다. 청결도에서만 신경을 좀 더 써준다면 제법 괜찮은 곳이다.
• Laura (10/5): Little gem - Fantastic little place. Super helpful staff - helped to organise our sightseeing and booked us in to some fantastic local restaurants. Within easy walking distance of Termini (so easy transfer from both airports) and all sites - didn't have to use public transport once. The Vesper suit had a balcony and us of the roof terrace - perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine after being on your feet all day.
• Bjørn Jacob (10/5): Sentralt og koselig hotell! - Hotellet lå veldig sentralt i Roma. Betjeningen var meget imøtekommende og veldig serviceinnstilte! De kunne nås hele døgnet! Det som trekker litt ned er dusjen, denne er fastmontert i veggen og virker noe defekt da den ikke "sprer" vannstrålen skikkelig. Alt i alt et koselig hotell med veldig koselig hotellbetjening! Kort vei til mange severdigheter!

• Marion (10/5): Great Location, wonderful experience - This bed and breakfast has a great location being quite close to some of the major attractions. From here we walked to many of them, taking the bus to the Vatican (not to be recommended) and the metro back to Termini (this is the way to go). The B&B is about 10 minutes on foot from Termini and quite easy to find. Additionally, we really loved the neighborhood it was in and the roof-top terrace. We had the Fiat 500 room, which also sports a wrap-around balcony. We also enjoyed the feel of the building; it had a lovely character that was welcoming in itself. Walking up to the 4th floor may be too much for some, however, we didn't find it particularly difficult and the kids definitely loved it. The next door tattoria had excellent Italian meals and Omar - the owner - was very nice as well. Also, there are two grocery stores near by, which is quite handy. As to the B&B and our contacts there: the staff (Silvia and Isabella) were very responsive and proactive via e-mail communication prior to our arrival. Silvia, our contact during our stay, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. We paid at the time of our arrival, and payment needs to be made in cash.
• JanneS (8/5): Exellent - Wery nice BnB, nice and friendly staff. Our room (the Fiat 500) was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The room was nice with a narrow balcony. The breakfast was served at a café 250 meters away, just a pastry, hot beverage and juice, not the breakfast you want to give to a child!

(10/5): vespaに宿泊 - テルミニ駅から徒歩10分程度で、コロッセオまで徒歩15分くらい。 バス停も近く、近くにスーパーや商店やレストランもあり基本的にアクセスは最高。 わたしはvespaに1人で宿泊。ダブルベッドで部屋は清潔かつ広い。 4階までエレベーターないのだけがマイナス。 屋上も気持ちがいい。 シャワーとトイレは専用、かつ広いが、一度部屋から出て、隣の部屋の前を通って行く必要。 スタッフは非常に心地よい対応で、オススメのレストランやジェラート屋なども教えてくれる。 ただし、常駐ではないので、何時に到着する、などは事前にメール(英語)する必要。 朝ご飯は1ブロックほど離れた店でチケットを渡すと、クロワッサンとコーヒーとオレンジジュースが出る。 総じて、私は最高だったと思う。次も泊まりたい。
• Oskar (8/5): Leuke B&B in centrum oude stad Rome. - Veel voorzieningen (station/bus/restaurants) op loopafstand. B&B is rustig gelegen. Nadeel is dat er 8 trappen beklommen moeten worden, maar in Rome moet je überhaupt veel lopen om iets te zien dus die trappen kunnen er wel bij. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. B&B is schoon en comfortabel. Vond het wel aan de prijzige kant.
• Jason (10/5): Just What We Needed - Mok'House does not feel like a hotel, it's like staying in an apartment. Very comfortable, our room had a great balcony overlooking the street below, and their is a roof deck to enjoy the sunset and open a bottle of wine. A huge bonus is they also have a binder of detailed information of sites, where to eat, etc. It was a huge help. They are also walking distance from the train station, making it very easy to get to!

• Sheila (8/5): Comfort, locale, friendliness - The managers of this B&B were very accommodating and helpful with our needs. The place was clean and in a great location, close to the main train station. If there had been an elevator to reach our fifth floor room and had our bathroom adjoined our bedroom, I would have given them straight 5s. We did get some help carrying our luggage and we did have a private bath, although at my age, the inevitable nighttime bathroom run would have been easier had I not had to exit my room and head down the hall. They do have rooms with adjoining bathrooms so be sure to ask if that's important to you. Their offered breakfast is off site but the restaurant was very pleasant. A croissant, juice and tea/coffee were offered. I would recommend this place.. If you're looking for clean and good location, this place fits the bill.
• Jarmo (8/5): Idyllic surroundings - Very idyllic place in a small side street. No traffic noise but there is a Irish Pub in front of the hotel which is both good and bad thing... Hotel is maybe little bit overpriced for the quality.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice B&B... - The Mokhouse is a very nice B&B. Good locateted. In quieted alley, as long as there isn’t ST. Patricks day in the Pub oposite. You got plenty of little Restaurants/Trattorias with in 300yards. Only down point the breakfast is in café 500yards away.
• RH (10/5): Friendly and helpful staff - The hotel/guest house was very clean and comfortable, and had obviously been modernized in the last couple of years. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to most tourist attractions in Rome within 20 minutes (10 minutes to the Colosseum). The staff were very helpful, showing us the features of the room and talking us through a map of the city, drawing on directions to the main sights and recommending places to visit and eat. The guest house isn't manned all the time, but staff are always available to contact in an emergency which was reassuring. All-in-all a very pleasant stay - highly recommended.

• Nolte (10/5): We would love to return to the Mok'House someday! - We echo everyone else's raves about Mok'House! That's why we chose to stay there. What a delightful experience! Marco and Jessie were especially kind, courteous, and helpful. It's nice to begin a 10 day trip with 3 night's of feeling like you are staying with family.
• Gal (10/5): Mok'House B&B in rome, good location and service - It was our first visit to Rome and despite the tight budget we wanted to get the most out the city. The location and quality of the B&B contributed much to our successful trip. The room is located about 5-10 minutes walk from Termini, and another 5-10 minutes from the Colloseum and the Forum. Despite the proximity to Termini, the neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there is a nice pastry shop at the street right next to the building and the modest breakfast (coffee, juice and pastry) is served at a good cafe a minute walk away. The room itself was very clean, including new and clean toilet and shower. Service was excellent, nothing else to say about it, they did their best to help us. A few things worth mentioning -- * Heating was a bit lacking to our taste, but please consider we visited during late December and that we are used to a warm climate (Israel). * The room is at fourth floor without an elevator. * Paying is in cash. * It is a B&B, not an hotel, so no 24hr desk, no daily towel replacement and no room service. Overall value for money - excellent!
• Maxine (10/5): Central with great staff - The room was not in a hotel but a converted apartment, but it was amazing. The guys running the place could not be more helpful and recommended the greatest places to visit and how to avoid the queues of tourists. The only problem was the number of stairs without a lift but they are very helpfull and carried our bags for us. Overall the place and people are amazing but if we had a young child or struggled with stairs, it may have been a little bit difficult. If you can get around this then you should definately stay here! Marco and Andreas made our stay in Rome the best ever and as we only had time to stay for a few days, we would have missed a lot without them
• Kim (10/5): Great location and service - The Mok'House was perfect for what we required. The room was great and even had a little balcony. There was air con in the room and although the bathroom wasn't in our room, it was solely for our use and I never bumped into anyone in the hallway. The location was good - short walk to the coliseum and there were loads of restaurants nearby. Upon our arrival we were greeted personally by Marco and were given a map and talked through the best sites and also had some great restaurant recommendations. We had problems with our flight and the people in the officer were more than helpful, allowing us to go online and they were great with any questions about where we wanted to go and how to get there. This made is much more confident about using the public transport which was a great relief to my feet! Breakfast was in a cute little place around the corner and it was very tasty. The staff there were lovely too and recognised us each day. Overall a great stay. Good location, great room, yummy breakfast and a great service from the staff - thanks Marco!
