Al dormir en el sofá cama tenía el frigorífico cerca y a veces el motor hacía ruido. Se podrían poner almohadas mas finas. Nada mas reseñable.

Wir war außerdem sehr glücklich, dass wir ständig einen Nachschub an gratis Kaffeepads bekommen haben. Es waren wirklich schöne Tage dort😊 Tiefgarage im Haus war auch topp. Der Preis für die Tiefgarage im Haus hätte etwas günstiger sein können...

The only issue we could find is that there are 2 TVs in the flat which are identical, and when we turned one on the other also would. We had to unplug one in order to watch at night, but this is very minor.

Rosmarie (9/5): Kommen gerne wieder. - Zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten von HB entfernt. Vom Schluss Belvedere ca 4. Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Bett hatte 2 Matratzen und sehr bequem zum schlafen. Die Dusche und Badewanne waren von der Toiletten getrennt. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer war gut eingerichtet. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ruhige und sichere Lage. Absolut nichts.

Επίσης, αν και λιγότερο σημαντικό, είχε επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας το προσωπικό για να απολογηθεί επειδή μπήκαν στο δωμάτιο για εργασίες χωρίς να μας έχουν ειδοποιήσει και ήθελαν να μας δώσουν ένα δωράκι ως «συγγνώμη». Το δωράκι αυτό δεν το είδαμε ποτέ 🥲

Alexandra (10/5): Perfekt für den Wien Städtetrip - Top Lage unweit vom Belvedere Park, auch in die Innenstadt ist man in 20-30 Minuten gelaufen. Die Ausstattung mit der Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt ist alles ansprechend und modern ausgestattet. Sauber war es auch. Begrüßt wurden wir freundlich von einer Mitarbeiterin.

Melissa (10/5): Weekend Pasquale - L'appartamento era molto spazioso. Con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo richiesto un seggiolone per far mangiare la bimba e ci è stato fornito subito. Lavastoviglie molto comoda. Anche la posizione molto buona, a pochi passi da palazzo Belvedere, dove li si trova anche la fermata del tram. Un grazie speciale alle ragazze della reception, sono state veramente gentili e disponibili. Il divano macchiato.

Mary Brtk (10/5): - Everything was perfect!! Spacious, clean room with two TVs, kitchen, wardrobe, a wc and separately a bathroom fully equipped, very comfortable bedroom and a big balcony. Warm water all day and heat. Close to the central train station and 3 or 3 metro stations. If we go back to Vienna, we would definitely stay there again! The guys at the reception were so polite and willing to assist to everything, we loved everything, highly recommended stay!!!! Nothing, everything was perfect.

L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort (anche per cucinare) con una piacevole visuale urbana (di seguito la foto ). Silenzioso e pulito. Adatto a un soggiorno breve come più lungo come il nostro, di 7 giorni, anche con un bambino. Comodo anche il vano lavanderia nel seminterrato. Consiglio solo l'aggiunta di uno specchio intero in camera da letto.

Anna (9/5): - Nicht romantisch, aber zweckmäßig. Mit allem, was man für eine Woche in Wien braucht. Exzellente Lage, modern ausgestattetes Bad mit guter Dusche, weitgehend ruhig bis auf gelegentliches Getrampel aus der Wohnung darüber. Nordbalkon, der war für uns jetzt im März noch nicht nutzbar, aber bei Hitze sicher angenehm. Betten in Ordnung – es gab kein flaches Kissen für Bauchschläfer, aber ich habe auch nicht gefragt, das hätte ich bestimmt an der Rezeption bekommen können. Preis sehr teuer, aber ich nehme an, das ist eben Wien.

Bequeme Betten und eine sehr ruhige Lage runden das Bild ab. Auch das Ein- und Auschecken war einfach und problemlos. Zwei Kleinigkeiten: Der Balkon ist nordseitig und die Badtür ist zwar stylisch, aber ich würde eine schalldicht schließende Tür bevorzugen.

In der wärmeren Jahreszeit kann dann auf dem Balkon entspannt und gegessen werden, sofern Selbstversorger. Kleiner Tipp: zwei Klappstühle für Mahlzeiten im Zimmer wären noch klasse gewesen.

Alles in allem 100% Weiterempfohlen! - Modernes Appartement, viel Platz, Kaffee und Tee (kann am Empfang jederzeit nachbestellt werden), Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche, bequemes, großes Bett, Grundausstattung zum Kochen, großzügige Terrasse, sehr gute Lage (20 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt), sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben und rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Inger (8/5): Prima - Prima plek op loopafstand van station en centrum. Er was geen ontbijt maar er zijn genoeg supermarkten in de buurt. Voor ontbijttentjes moet je wel iets verder lopen. Er was geen personeel aanwezig, ik heb in ieder geval niemand gezien. Maar contact via de booking app was prima.
Heinrich (8/5): Verlängertes Wochenende mit Wermutstropfen - Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und von Schloss Belvedere ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Wien. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie D und der Buslinie 13a sind zwei Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück im nahegelegenen Café Goldegg ist ein optimaler Start in einen Sightseeing- Tag. Das Team der Pakat Suites ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und bemüht. Leider haben wir ein Wochenende mit massivem Wintereinbruch erwischt. Die Toilette der Suite hatte keine Fußboden- oder sonstige Heizungsmöglichkeit und war extrem kalt und zugig. Das ist für die sonstige Qualität der Wohnung sehr ungewöhnlich und ein sehr unangenehmer Umstand, der einen massiven Baumangel der Wohnung darstellt.
murat (10/5): Tekrar tercih ederim. - Eşyalar modern ve yeni, sıcaklık çok iyi, yataklar rahat, temiz, duş ve küvet aynı anda olması konforlu, kısacası tüm ihtiyaçlara yanıt veriyor. Ayrıca ücretlide olsa makul bir ücrete tesise ait kapalı otopark olması çok iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Bir daha gittiğimde tercih ederim.

Loved the apartment it was comfortable perfect for families. Close the Belvedere and Hauptbahnhof. A little far from city center where you can go with trams easily. None. But a little pricy.

Hiu Yau (8/5): - The location is very convenient to go into the city centre. Only few minutes walk to a tram station. The apartment has all facilities you look for if you are going for a short stay. Staff is friendly and very good at giving recommendations where to visit for attractions and food.

Rania (10/5): - Όμορφο, άνετο,καθαρό όπως ακριβώς εμφανίζεται στις φωτογραφίες .Αξιοσημείωτο επίσης είναι ότι η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική,υπάρχει πολύ κοντά στάση του τραμ schloss belvedere απο την οποία διέρχεται το τραμ D για άμεση μετάβαση στο κέντρο και στα σημεία τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος Εξίσου σημαντικό είναι το γεγονός ότι πολύ κοντά υπαρχουν cafe τα οποία σερβίρουν και πρωινό. (Cafe goldegg)Σε μελλοντική μου επίσκεψη στη Βιέννη ενδεχομένως θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.
Stern (10/5): Perfekt ausgestattet, sehr höflich, nette, zuvorkommendes Team! - Wien ist im Ranking der lebenswertesten Städte weltweit seit langer Zeit ganz vorne mit dabei, aktuell auf Platz 2. Nicht so bei dem Thema Freundlichkeit. Umso erfreulicher ist es an eine Charme-Insel wie die Pakat Suites zu gelangen. Die Angestellten sind schlichtweg zauberhaft, nett und zuvorkommend. Als ehemaliger Ombudsmann kann ich leider selten das Prädikat: "Besonders Empfehlenswert" vergeben. Hier fällt es mir sehr leicht. Fazit: Fünf Sterne Plus! Nichts hat uns nicht gefallen.
