- Lijia (9/5): A friendly place in an authentic neighbourhood - I greatly enjoyed my stay. The hostel is housed in an old colonial building, elegant, if a little run-down, which only adds to its charm. The common area is lovely, with high ceilings where people eat, linger, and chat. The neighbourhood isn’t posh or touristy; it’s a place where real people live. Best of all are the friendly staff and volunteers, who go out of their way to be helpful. When I missed my flight, they kindly allowed me to rest in the common areas and use the facilities. Most grateful. The shower was a bit cold the first day but they fixed it after I reported it.

- Norén (1/5): - Lo único bueno del lugar era la terraza. Los baños un desastre, para bañarse no tenés donde dejar las cosas un espacio muy reducido, un asco. La habitación que me dieron super ruidosa con los ruidos de música de vecinos, o no sé si eran bares, y me daba las luz directamente de la terraza (que no la apagan nunca) y me dificultaba dormir esa luz, NO RECOMIENDO Y NO VOLVERÍA

O hostel é bem charmoso e eu tive que trabalhar de lá um dia e não tive nenhum probema com isso. Recomendo com certeza. A limpeza da cozinha é o único ponto que deixa a desejar.

The private rooms didn’t have any windows which meant the smelled a little. The place looked lovely but was absolutely filthy!! I’m not sure if the bathrooms have ever been cleaned and the showers didn’t all lock or have hot water but when they did they were good!

- Nikki (5/5): Inexpensive, but unimpressive. - The staff were great. The rooftop was a nice bonus and we enjoyed the asado night. The beds not super comfortable. Not the hostels' fault, but my very first night my cell phone was stolen right out of my hand just outside the entrance. Also on the last day, we were advised not to exit (even though we had a taxi coming) as 3 drunken hooligans had their motorcycles parked on the sidewalk immediately in front of the door, revving thier engines (this at 0530 AM) so a bit stressful.

- Joao (10/5): - I stayed for a week in.a private room with a shared bathroom. It looks much better in the reality than in the pictures on Expedia. Nthe staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Porém, fazia muito calor e o quarto em que fiquei, era com duas beliches e só tinha um ventilador e não chegava vento na cama em que eu estava. Sofri muito para dormir com o calor, na noite em que dormi lá. O banheiro e chuveiro estavam bons.

- Vladimir (6/5): Affordable but no rest - This place should be a perfect spot for backpack travelers who do not really value comfort and quiet rest, but rather live to socialize and get together. Shared kitchen and fridge make it easy to cook food if you prefer to do yourself. Staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming. Price is super affordable (paying blue cash made it way cheaper than indicated in booking). Shared lockers allow you to store valuable in sight of the staff control. Neighborhood is not super nice. I would not really walk around at night but I may be overreacting. Noisy as the hostal is full of backpacking youngsters, not blaming them indeed, just stating as a matter of fact. Allowed to smoke cigarettes in the shared corridor, so smoke may come to your room as doors are not solid.

- Adam (6/5): Nice place but they need to hire new staff and chill out a bit on being so money hungry. - Rooms were super comfortable and clean. Good place to meet people given the way the common areas are set up. Everyone there was paying drastically different amounts. It felt like they were really just in it for the money, and trying to make as much as possible quickly before they sell the business or something. The activities were basically non existent, and the social vibe was mostly thanks to the guests not staff. For example, it was pride and they didn't have any kind of deviation from their normal weekly activities to bring everyone together and go out to the parade. The staff were super noisy on the Friday night all night, till like 6am. I think it was probably worst in our room then any other though.

- Beau (3/5): overpriced, not worth it! - the room was clean the prices are extremely high because of a strange calculating method they use. The facilities are okay, but a lot of insects everywhere. I would recommend renting an airbnb or hotel for a cheaper price!
- CFEIII (8/5): Sabático Travelers Hostel - Nice hostel, good facility, good people. Wifi was a little spotty, non-existent in my room. There were plenty of stairs to climb to get to my room, pretty important to either carry a flashlight or learn where the light switches are located. The activities were fun, we watched a good movie on movie night.
- Carol (8/5): A pleasant stay in a convenient location. - It was a central location. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. The kitchen needed a bit more equipment. The wlfi didn’t work in the bedroom, only in the communal areas.
- Verified traveler (8/5): ナイーブじゃなければおすすめ - エアロパルケ空港からは45番バスでベルグラノ駅で降りると徒歩10分弱。入り口は小さいが奥に長い。フロントはスペイン語ができるイギリス人と英語ができるアルゼンチン人の人たちがいて、皆感じはよかった。Wifiはさくさく動いた。女性専用4人ドミトリーは少し狭いが、各ベッドに小さな棚とコンセントがあり便利だった。ライトがあれば嬉しかった。上段は上り降りがしんどい。柵がないので物の落下に注意。寝るときにスマホがすべって床に落ちた。1階には共用のトイレ2つ、シャワー4つ、トイレとシャワーが1つになった部屋が1つ。別でフロント横に男女トイレが1つずつあった。うち2つのシャワーは小さい空間にカーテンで仕切り、椅子があって着替える空間があってよかった。お湯はよくでた。液体石鹸が備え付けられていたが常に空だった。シャワートイレともにさほど不潔ではないが壁の上の方に小さい虫がとまっていたりするのでナイーブな人は厳しいかも。参加できなかったが夜にタンゴ教室などフリーイベントをやっているそうで、他の宿泊者と仲良くなりやすいと思う。自分が見たなかでは他のホステルよりだいぶ安く少し不安だったが、予想以上に快適だった。

They were so helpfull with my requests since the beginning and the lady at the front desk on our check in date was so nice in all the information she provided to us. I didnt like the noise of other guest at night. The property should place a sign stating the guest to keep their voice low at least after midnight or between 12 a.m. to 7a.m.

The private room was great because we had a shower and toilet which made it very convenient for us after travelling for a long time. We had a lovely 5 days at this hostel!

- croninbarry21 (10/5): A really nice stay - My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and it was excellent. We stayed in a semi-private room and it was like a hotel room for €30 a night. The location is excellent for exploring the city with bus and metro only a short walk away. Plus it's in walking distance to most areas of the city anyway. There is a lovely front room and open area upstairs for chilling out and a nice kitchen for making food.

- MasterFredi (10/5): One of the best - Sabatico is one of the best. I ended up extending my stay twice while in Buenos aires. Great knowledgable, friendly and informative staff that always love to help. Once you arrive they provide you with a map with everything on it that you need. Every night they have a different activity on (such as learn how to make empanadas and argentinian movie night and street markets). I found this a great way to mingle with other travellers. Other hostels can learn from this place, I 100% recommend this place and I will definitely go back there.
- Paradise14115959024 (10/5): Really good hostel - When I arrived at the hostel I only wanted to stay a few days, but I ended up staying there for my whole time in Buenos Aires. The location is great, I could get to a lot of spots by foot. The staff was really nice, they were always available and gave me some good advices. I liked the "living room" of the house, it's big and great to chill there. They also offer different activities every night where you can join and meet the other travellers. I had a really good time at Sabatico, and would always come again!

The staff is always trying to help and does a great job making you feel comfortable and excited to come back after a long day exploring the city.

Great location, 10 mins walking to San Telmo and downtown, bus stop around the corner to Recoleta/Palermo and metro stop at 2 minutes to get you anywhere. Great staff, very clean facilities, amazing WiFi. Events every day, do not miss Saturday night BBQ (ASADO) for a favor price and best meat ever. Dorms are grand and safe, and private rooms are class, comfy beds and good bathroom/showers. Also a great rooftop with a mini pool to enjoy in summer. Strongly recommended if in BA.
- Maps46904460204 (10/5): BEST HOSTEL I'VE EVER STAYED - I’ve been around quite a bit all trough South America and never felt so welcomed and ‘at home’ like I did in Sabatico. The staff is amazing (shout out to Cameelo). Breakfast and activities are worth every penny (some are actually for free like the empanada class). The asado on Saturday made my weekend.
- Mobile58533283562 (10/5): Como en casa / feel at home - Great place, with great staff and great ambiance. I felt like being at home (but nicer). It was my second time there and I would repeat if i ever come back to Buenos Aires (I hope so!). This time I've stayed at the guest house and it was really nice there.
