Guest Reviews
- nyong727431 (4/5): You what what you paid - It was the cheapest hotel i could find around Amsterdam, about AUD 70 per night compared to AUD 200 per night. However, I would expect some basic clean toilet with shampoo. But the place is dirty, rats running around the lobby and there is absolute nothing in the toilet and the room is cold. Worst nightmare I had.
- amir467863 (10/5): Stay at Hotel - People were friendly. Hotel was clean and the location was closer to the city. Furniture was okay but could be better. The overall environment was good and friendly. The only problem was that sometimes it was noisy.
- nosei367547 (2/5): Do not stay here unless money is the only issue you care about. - It's a noisy location, with street noise entering the room undampened.
It is old, worn down place and not very clean either.
The entery door is old and unfitted, so a lot of times it does not work and you can't get in, then when it does unlock it sticks and is very noisy to open and close, which can wake up other sleeping guest if somebody comes home late after a night out on the town and can't get in!
- tmoore754427 (2/5): Beware! COUPLES BEWARE!! - Definitely NOT a place for couples, this should be a crappy hostel NOT hotel. The beds will have you crying for mercy (two super small beds that push across the room if either of you lay down at the same time). They go straight to the floor when you lay or sit on them and fold up on you as well. The rooms are stuffy and very small. There are NO TV'S in any of the rooms as they state on their site. The mold on the walls and ceilings in bathroom are ridiculous. Power went out in the room and noone seemed to even care and could care to be bothered when the issue was brought to the front desk. This was indeed a RIP off.
- 168sham (4/5): Can see improvements - Bathroom facilities don´t have a sink, was having to brush my teeth in the shower.
Mattress has seen better days!
I gave a refundable deposit for the towel, which at the end of my stay when handed in the towel there was an issue.
- atagli300745 (6/5): review - This is not a stuck-up review. Fair and honest globetrotter giving it. Effective value of the place 15 Euros (ordinary dorm bed at 50 is a blunt theft!!!...); given the fact that is Amsterdam it would be a Maximum(!!!!!!!!!!) of 25 Euros despite the "Vintage" conditions...this is a hostel remember!!! Brilliant the fact that I paid only 17 Euros total for 2 nights as it was on special deal, so very pleased with it!. Relative and basic cleanliness (the minimum service expected is delivered: clean and ok!). Invited to enter in discussion when asking for Sugar or Creamer (that you still have to ask...not displayed for budgeting :-D) if it is the 3rd tea you drink: this makes you wonder a lot about the mentality. The italian girl at the reception was kind and accommodating in the service though as she was still new to the place. Thumbs up for Giulia! RadheKrishnaRam
- romanobeziuk (10/5): Recommended for short-term stay - Great location (just 10-15 minutes to the city center). The room was clean and had everything in order, except maybe for the beds that were a little creaky (WD-40 to rescue :) ). All in all, I recommend it for a short-term stay if you are visiting Amsterdam for travel (ideally, a weekend).
- dgillo959025 (2/5): Hostel - Booked 2 nights . Stayed 1 which was horrific . Fighting, arguing ,shared toilet which was discusting urine everywhere. My sister injured her leg on the broken bed .the twin beds were odd ( 1 metal 1 wood . Could go on but it would take hours yo actually explain how poor this hotel really is
- CLM_JY (4/5): Location is the only positive point for this hotel. - Location is good....... After that it's downhill..
Expedia website states the money would be taken at the hotel on arrival which was perfect as I wished to pay on another card in Euros rather than use my GBP account.
A week before our arrival the money was taken from my GBP account with fees applied so we ended up paying extra.
I messaged the hotel through Expedia and never received a response.
The hotel is easy to find... it's the scruffiest looking building in the street.
Our room was on the first floor. There was hardly any paint left on the wooden handrails and the carpet on the stairs was old, patchy and threadbare. The walls were also tired and desperate for a lick of paint or wallpaper. On the hallway table, outside of our room was someone’s discarded shower gel and boxer shorts.
In the room the only clean things were the sheets and towels. The rooms were old. Woodwork, walls, carpet and furniture all in desperate need of refurbishment.
My brother's bed leaned to one side causing him to fall out on two separate nights.
There was no hot water for shaving with from the wash hand basin taps.
The bathroom door architrave had gaps between the 'paintwork' which had been sellotaped over to attempt to protect from moisture and there was a few' messages written on the woodwork, one written by 'Denzo 2014'!!
There was damp and mould above the shower area and between the tile grout.
The walls are paper-thin too, you can hear everything from next door, outside the room and above!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel location is good.
Shower room had damp on the walls.
Previous guests had written on the walls in the bathroom. This has never been removed. One message read 'Denzo 2014'!
Hotel is noisy. Condition of the hotel seems as if it hadn't been decorated for many years.
We were charged before arrival. We expected to pay on arrival. No hot water in wash basin. Condition of carpet on stairs is threadbare. Bed was unstable.
- Ian (2/5): False advertising - Was advertised as a quadruple single bedroom with shared bathroom turned out to be a noisy 12 bunk bed room, was very dirty one toilet for the whole floor. Asked for a refund and was refused didn’t stay here for the night, had to check out and find another hotel that was clean.
- hustle117 (2/5): Beware of the rats! - city center - check
wifi - nope
clean - nope
comfortable - nope
cheap - nope
rats - check
I cannot describe this place other than HORRIBLE! We paid about $100 for a night in this place (and thanks god we stayed just for a night), and it was not worth the price at all. We woke up in the middle of the night due to unusual noises coming from the corner of the room, turned out we were not allowed to have food (we had chips) in the room, cause rats "can smell it and come up" to the 2nd floor of a building!!
- mwagdy363824 (4/5): No facilties - The hotel is too poor , bad smell in the room , no elevator with a room in the third floor with a lot of bags to carry and no one to help with it.
They told us no one to carry the bags and no avlabiltity for lower floors
Not recommended at all
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They told me to update my credit card via Expedia 2 weeks prior. The day of my flight they cancelled saying there was a payment issue. All my info was correct. I had to book another hotel.
- lparvi668293 (4/5): Cheap and poor - Cheap and poor, but what can you expect? One of the bathrooms was really nasty and kind of broken. Far away from the City center but easy access by tram. The staff was ok. I didnt get bitten by insects or animals. Cannot recommend.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location and price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
- Debbierue (2/5): Beware - This is not an hotel it is an hostel. Looks nothing like the pictures,I booked for 2 nights . But could only stay one. I was with my sister . The room was pokey with odd beds. One bed was badly damaged. My sister went to the shared toilet in the night not only did she hurt her leg on the broken bed . She stood in a urine flooded toilet . We struggled up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage . Couldnt use the key they provided . Man on desk had to let us back in. He just said waiting on carpenter.. the room door was same . Also Couldnt lock shared toilet .. if you have any sense stay away it's discusting ..I could go on but I'm too upset
- BigBwoof (2/5): Look elsewhere - The entire place reeks of urine. My shower door had been broken so they just removed it. I had to mop up my own bathroom after every shower. The toilet seat was broken so you have to firmly hold it in place while you sit. My view was of the rooftop of the hotel where there was garbage dirty underwear and used condoms strewn about for me to enjoy. Checkout day we had a later flight so we left our luggage in the hotel luggage hold and went for lunch and sightseeing. It was very cold and raining so we went back to the hotel after lunch. We were sitting in the lobby to wait for a bit and get a taxi. The man working the desk (he had glasses, i wish I knew his name) approached us and was VERY VERY rude, we have no idea why. He told us "collect your things and leave". We told him we had a late flight but he basically kicked us out in the rain with all our luggage. I have never stayed in a hotel where you cannot wait on the property for a later flight and I most certainly have never been talked to like that as a customer. I cant believe I paid € 250 to be treated like that. Run from this place. Please notice i normally don't give bad reviews so that says something as well.
- Ok21061992 (2/5): great location, everything else is bad - beds were bad, no wardrobe or even a table to put the bag on, only a chair and 2 beds in the room,
staff is very rude and dont want to do anything or even help answering guests question.
location is great everything else is not.
- Jet58639755004 (2/5): rude attendant , dirty toilet , .... - I've arrived at 10 at night ,
Reception was so rude , she didn't help me at all .
I asked her if she can help me to find my bed, and then she denied !
very very poor communication .
she was on the phone all day and she didn't help me at all .
I have never recommend this hotel to anybody .
Bett sehr unbequem.
- eescal461216 (4/5): Small room and not very clean - No AC and there was not enough toilet paper during my stay. Really small rooms and not that clean. Bed was not comfortable at all. Stairways are really narrow. Needs a total renovation. I understand it´s a budget hotel, however, they need to invest in little stuff to create a much better experience to their customers.
- jwerff229019 (10/5): Perfect for the price - For the price, perfect. Compared to the rest of the world? More than enough if you’re not spending time in your room. Everything is clean, safe for a baggage dump, and very friendly. There is even a sizeable lounge room.
- Sherif_Issa (8/5): Excellent hotel. Great city. Memorable! - I stayed at the Marnix hotel for 4 day on a pleasure trip in Amsterdam. This was my first time in the fantastic city of AMS. The people are so friendly, the city is charming - which is exactly what I can say about Marnix hotel.
Great service with a smile. Friendly people. God value for the money considering how expensive AMS is !
- David20190000 (2/5): Room small, not clean, and very noisy - The hotel was very expensive (due to location); for a hostel-style accomodation (shared bathroom, dorm-ish room), we paid the price of a hotel room. The worst part, however, is the noise outside. From the inside, you can hear the tram, the cars, and even the pedestrians perfectly clearly, and the noise continues throughout the night. The first night, I wasn't able to sleep at all. The second, I only managed to sleep by using the pillow to cover my ears. The next time I'm at Amsterdam, I would definitely rather live further from the city than choose a convenient place where I cannot get any rest.
- Edison (2/5): Sauna Room - Room 402 was on the 4th floor, no lift/elevator, lots of climbing difficult if you have large luggage.
Room felt like a sauna, with recent hot weather, no fan, no air conditioning, one window with a block of wood to keep it open. No breeze came through window which faced the back of another building
Window could do with changing
Bed/mattress was way to soft felt like I was sinking through the bed.
Slow draining sink
Doors from other rooms kept slamming loud at all hours of day and night
poor sound proof
- Samir (2/5): Bad hotel, stay away - Hotel cancelled our reservation and hike the price to 450 from 90.
- James (10/5): Hotel Marnix - The front desk clerk was nice and helpful, gave us plenty of tips to do around the city. The room is not the best but for what you pay, it’s definitely worth it. We felt safe the entire time and had plenty of room for three large men to maneuver the room. Across the street is a lovely coffee shop with friendly staff and a great location in the city. The hotel is not far from Centraal station and there is a number of public transports to take you wherever you desire. I highly recommend the Hotel Marnix and would gladly stay there again upon my next visit to Amsterdam. Keep in mind that it is not a 5 star luxury hotel but it is relative affordable, safe, clean, and the people are extremely helpful. You won’t be disappointed.
- Michael (8/5): - Everything in Amsterdam seems expensive. This is what we could afford.
- Stephen (2/5): Worst hotel ever!!! - This hotel would be condemned in any other city. This hotel was one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was a constant smell of sewer in the room that would not go away. When registering at the front desk, the guy said “no smoking” but I assume our neighbors thought that this did not apply to marijuana since we could smell it in our room. However this did somewhat cover up the sewer smell. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but checked out after surviving only one night. Hotels.com should be ashamed of itself for listing this as a hotel. The only positives were 4 beds (bunk style though), running water, and electricity. I will never use Hotels.com again because of this experience.
Vicino a leidsplein
- Linda (4/5): Quite a Surprise! - Quickly booked this hotel using my phone at the airport when we missed our flight and had to stay over unexpectedly. I need to lose a few pounds, but my single bed's mattress sagged so much it was nearly hitting the floor. Shared bathroom (with guests of 3 other rooms) was downright grimy. The front desk is manned 24-hours and they were pleasant but there were no other amenities to speak of. Our sleep was interrupted all night (Saturday) by people partying both inside and outside the hotel. The noise outside between 2-4 when the clubs closed up was downright deafening. Having said all of that, the neighborhood was quite interesting, and its a short walk to all the central tourist sites. If you are 23, want to party, and can sleep anywhere, this place is for you! But take a wad of cash, because it is expensive!
Personale gentile.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The location was really good. Easy check in and check out. However it did seem very clean. The bathroom on our floor needed cleaning, my pillow smelled like smoke and the carpet looked so dirty I didn’t even want to walk on it wearing only socks.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Not too bad for the price, very central, very pleasant and helpful staff. Room itself and facilities not the worst in the world, but huge room for improvement.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The beds were very uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep at night. The window also broke and they didn’t repair it
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good Location, You get what you pay for - Amsterdam is expensive, so if you're frugal and still want to be city center, don't complain about the hotel as it meets your financial needs. But if you can afford to spend more, look elsewhere.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Pr budget moyen...
- Nicky (4/5): Dont bother, far better hotels for same price - Reception was nice but the rooms need a lot of attention. We didn’t get what we booked. We booked a room with one bunk bed and 2 single beds but ended up with 2 bunk beds. Broken wardrobes with nowhere to hang anything only a couple of shelves for 4 people, really smelly bathroom, broken window that doesn’t lock properly, trunking and wallpaper coming off, gaps round front door where it’s been smashed in previously. I have been coming to Amsterdam for 20 years and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Confort sommaire .
- ANDREA (2/5): - Peggior hotel in cui siamo mai stati. Camere sporche. tre letti in 10 mq. lavabo in camera. Nessun armadio. Box doccia rotto e bagno senza luce.
- sabreena (8/5): - It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception.
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. Experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel.
Jedoch, sehr gute Lage
- Ellen (4/5): Rumoerig, veel Engelen, dichtbij het centrum. - Zie titel beoordeling.
Bla bla bla bla bla bla
- chris (2/5): Terrible hotel - Not worth the money
Glad there one night only
No amenities in room
No tv signal
Wi fi intermitent
no extractor in shower room
Very poor decoration
Very steep steps to entrance
Reception was information centre next door - no customer care
Other guests reported rats in rook K1
They have a no responsibility attitude if you complain which 4 people did - no refunds .
- Ivana T (2/5): Horrible place!!! - We understood we were going for a cheap hotel but there is a big difference between cheap and just filthy. We dreaded having to shower because of the smell and state of the shower, don't even think about using the toilet after 9 pm because as it is a shared bathroom it seemed urine everywhere was the norm. Fantastic location but honestly not worth the awful state of the place. There were roaches in the common area (which luckily I noticed only as we were leaving otherwise I would have panicked and not sleep for days). I think sleeping on a bench outside would have been better. As if all that wasn't bad enough the Wifi didn't work once after 10pm which may not sound like much but given some of us have time difference with home wanting to call at those times was a nightmare. Simply put, stay away.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Meget kjipt hotel. Felles dusj og dass. Lytt. Bærer preg av manglende vedlikehold. Skjittent. Ukomfortable senger.
- Marcelo (4/5): You get what you pay for? - The location is perfect, and it was the cheapest we could find that still had beds. The beds were two saggy twins touching together. The paint was peeling from the ceiling, and the carpet was old & industrial. The stairs were a fall risk (1/2 the length of my size 42 foot). There was a loud party next door until very late at night. Two thin small towels were provided, along with a bottle of body wash, no soap. This is really a hostel, not a proper hotel. If you want a very cheap room and the only thing you will do is sleep for a few hours at night, this is fine. Wifi only worked 1/2 the time. For anything else, I would spend slightly more and hope to have better luck.
- sarah (2/5): Awful - Absolutely awful and over priced. £600 for a 4 man room... thankfully one of my partners friends let him down as one of the walls right next to the 4th bed was covered in boogies!!!!
- JESUS ALFREDO (6/5): MUY MALA RELSCION CALIDAD PRECIO. - NOS FUE MAL. AL LLEGAR NOS PIDIERON CANCELAR ANTES DE ENTRAR. EL PAGO CON TARJETA TIENE 5 % RECARGO. EL ALFOMBRADO VIEJO Y SUCIO. EL COLCHON BLANDO Y HUNDIDO, HORRIBLE. SIN GUARDARROPA. HABIAN SOLO 2 TOALLAS Y NO HABIA JABÓN. EL TV SIN EL CONTROL REMOTO. NO PUDIMOS PRENDERLO.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hôtel pas tres propre (minimum syndical), bruyant.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Não gostei do recepcionista que foi anti-profissional, me assediando sexualmente
- Leila (2/5): Awful - Steps are awful
You can fall of the beds easily
No toilet roll
Sweets and chocolate rappers under the bed
God knows how long they have been there
Far away from all the attractions
Cold in the hotel room heating was broke
- Frecaldo (4/5): Goede ligging, slechte bedden!
- pranav (2/5): it can be better - my family room ( 4 bunk bed ) was on 1st floor. i always thought that family room will be bigger by area & will have better view. but not with my room.
- Lasse (2/5): - Really worn down rooms, hallways, service and winds comes straight through the windowframes.

- Verified traveler (4/5): You pay for what you get - Price is why I booked. Beds were uncomfortable, WIFI no connection in room, amenities minimal.
- trancy (2/5): - its very bad experience in my life ! It's horrible! Could not call a hotel ! No wifi at your room online on lobby !like in jail '
- Verified traveler (2/5): Perfect if you want a broken back or a pet mouse - Well, where to begin. Carrying our bags up the stairs was an adventure, they are practically vertical, and was stabbed by a nail sticking out of the stairs.
On arrival in our jail cell, we had to play tetris and try to fit our bags into the room (triple room). Then at 5am on our first night we were woken to a mouse on the desk. The next day we were moved into another building, again, back-breaking stairs. It was more spacious, and had a fridge and kitchenette, but no cooking utensils.
Now to the beds...terrible. They did nothing to comfort the sore backs from carrying suitcases up the stairs, and they were full of lumps and broken springs. On top of this, some of the doors didn't lock, making personal belongings unsecure. Cleaning staff threw out our shampoo and conditioner, which we thought was safe to leave in the bathroom, considering it was only shared between us and one other room.
- Paul (4/5): Unhappy - Old unrenovated, long narrow stairs, dissapointing, poor ventalation, noisy street, no security, plugged shared bathroom, interesting area, weird but satisfactory bed
- Verified traveler (2/5): worst place to stay - booked for quadruple and it says 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed . Guess end up of 2 bunk bed. Room no fan, or air conditioning ,felt unsecured due to door knob difficult to close has been reported a couple of times, but the problem has not been resolved. Too noisy, too expensive , not conducive to young family. Very outdated rooms.
- kp (2/5):
Disappointing - the cost of hotel marnix was on par with something higher end but the actual accomodations were more on par with a backpacker hostel, though less spacious and less clean. the cups in the room tasted like they had been washed out with shower gel, the toilet had a weird leak and the wifi didn't work properly. also the steps to get to the rooms were crazy steep and not very suitcase friendly.
- Kim Alexander (2/5): It was a joke - Me & my girlfriend was very disappointed of this hotel, a complete joke to call a room deluxe when its smaller than my washing room back home, we didn't like it a bit, we consider this to be a huge and totally not cool place to stay.
- Dana (6/5): - It was nice. Very steep stairs going up to the second floor. Bikes are available to rent right from the front desk for 24 hours and is WELL worth it to bike in Amsterdam. The bed was comfy - we pushed two twin beds together. The TV had a bad signal and was very fuzzy. The vending machines worked though! Right across the street there is a nice pub and a coffee shop.
- Kenneth (4/5): Lodging in a good location - For a B&B or lodging then you got a place to stay. For EUR230 per night there is nothing worth it except location.
- Kanan (2/5): WORST Place in Amsterdam. A Dump - I booked the room in a cafe around the corner from this ROACH Motel. I have never seen anything so bad in my LIFE.
1. The stairs are a ladder, yes a ladder, so make sure you don't have luggage. Everything is horrible. I walked in and saw the so called room, that they forgot to mention you have to use the bathroom with someone else, and walked out right away.. I paid $297 USD, I gave the lady the key back after 5 seconds, it's not a hotel. It's a hostel. They pretty much lie on the site. Btw, I did not stay there, demanded a refund and left.
Horrible service, not professional and you have to go around The corner to enter this so-called room . HORRIBLE..
- litro (6/5): not bad at all - for a one night room is great. Price is the cheapest, dont expect a luxury acommodation
- charlie (8/5): All you need it to be - Great if you're holidaying on a budget. Central, close to public transport and places to eat, short walk to most major attractions. Nothing flash - small rooms and shared facilities but the staff are great, there's wifi in reception (it reached my room), rooms are clean, warm and comfy. A lot of steep stairs to climb.
- Rich (4/5): hostel of sorts - Not a very good place as far ad hotels go. Prepare for hostel and you might be grateful
- Sevda (8/5): I would love to stay there when I'll go back again - The hotel, service, condition, neighbourhood was fab. Just only prb.s no internet access there
- Verified traveler (4/5): good location - It is good location place and nice reception service, room clean.
- Nath (6/5): Extremely small room, poor shared shower, poor WC - Vending manchine on 1st floor broken, directed to use ground floor (we were on 4th floor). Shared shower had no curtain to stop towels/clothes getting wet, also had no rails to hang clothes/towels onto. Toilet had broken flush buttons. Window had a chained wooden block to use as a prop to keep window open. Window was also mis-aligned, so required some effort to close it 100%. Cannot smoke inside the hotel, despite it not having been updated for some time (so not like it would damage the decor much!). Room 403 - avoid.
- Daniel (4/5): Miserable Manix - It was our last night in the city so we were lucky enough to secure the room because the city was getting busy. In fact we jumped from the Hotel Amsterdam Inn City Center which we stayed for the two previous nights. Both hotels belong to the same management.
The fact is that we had to ask the cleaners to properly clean the room, mainly the bedside table in the room had plenty of stains on it probably from previous occupants and their drinks and glasses. We had to ask for it to be done a couple of times to do it PROPERLY, the cleaners were not doing it in a professional way. The bathroom was not too bad with regards to the shower (it was clean and the shower head was powerful). The toilet was disgusting: stained and smelly - I showed this to one of the cleaners but they seemed indifferent about it and did nothing as a result. Beside this the TV screen was full of dust and I mean a thick slice of dust. Unfortunately it was positioned on the wall at the same place as the head of the bed, so we decided we couldn't sleep in this bed because of the dust falling during the night on my face.
The guests were disrespectfully noisy at a very late hour but that maybe because the walls, floors and ceilings were 'paper-thin'.
Basically it's cheap accommodation but it's still not value for money.
- fatima (8/5): amazing location, nice workers - the guy in the front spent over 10 minutes helping us with directions and bike rental information. the hotel is in a great prt of town-leidesplein squre.
- Shannon (4/5): HOSTEL - not a hotel - This HOSTEL was in a pretty decent location - approximately a 10 minute walk to the hard rock, and all the good shops and restaurants. IT IS A HOSTEL THOUGH. Our room had 2 single beds and a sink in it, and we had to go out of our room to the shared bathroom / shower ... which were disgusting. Luckily, our parents were staying in a 4 star hotel, so we went there to shower in the morning. The mattresses were lumpy, and WiFi was only available in the lobby. If you have big luggage, you are going to have a rough time walking up the steep, narrow stairs with it. NO ELEVATOR.
The price of the room seemed extremely high for what we received. I suggest staying here as a last resort.
- Mullers (6/5): Nice location - Basic hotel, clean. Hotel suited for a trip where you only need the basics of a hotel. Lost my card room key and was not charged for the replacement. receptionist just said "it happens". Close to vondlepark .
- Verified traveler (6/5): not as bad as reviews made it out to be - was OK - All stairs in holland are steep if your on 4th floor can be a pain, room was clean, basic room with 3 beds in, shared shower between other rooms on the floor, shower and toilet clean, perfect place just to rest your head and go back out in.
Was really worried after seeing some of the reviews about this place but honestly was just basic and clean.... Just dont bring heavy suitcase because of the stairs!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Most over priced stay anywhere, in my life. - The people are not bad, but WAY over priced.
Lower than a youth hostel, but a good location.
- Neil (4/5): Great location - The room was basically clean, staff was very helpful with transport and parking advice. I enjoyed my stay
