La colazione,il cameriere delle colazioni…(controllava ogni movimento dei ospiti,in alcuni casi alzando la voce.Soprattutto faceva lui caffè e serviva alcune cose ma senza guanti,lo trovato poco igienico..Ed anche la doccia(in quanto c’era solo soffione e non la colonna quindi ti bagnavi i capelli a ogni doccia)Manca proprio distributore delle bevande,snack e caffè..

- Riccardo (5/5): Posizione ottima ma diverse cose da migliorare - Il B&B è in un'ottima posizione, centralissima. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. Il prezzo economico. La camera sono abbastanza vecchie e da rinnovare. Per esempio, nella mia camera mancava la tavoletta del water, ovvero una cosa veramente base. Inoltre, la colazione andrebbe decisamente migliorata: pochissima scelta, prodotti confezionati del discount, torte industriali. Basterebbe un po' più d'attenzione, aumentare la gamma di prodotti disponibili, sceglierne alcuni più salutari. Scrivo queste cose con la speranza che i ragazzi che lavorano nella struttura possano migliorare perché ho apprezzato la loro disponibilità e gentilezza.

La possibilité de laisser les valises le jour du départ à l’accueil avec un personnel à l’écoute. La chambre pour 3 ne se trouvait pas dans l’hôtel mais à une autre adresse à 15minutes à pied donc pas de personnel sur place.

Ma chambre était située au 4e étage, sous la mezzanine où se prend le petit déjeuner, et à coté d'une pièce de service où se trouvait un sechoir à linge qui tournait tard. Elle était souvent bruyante.

- Benedict (7/5): Happy with my choice. Would recommend. - I stayed twice at the property due to another booking not working out and was happy to return. Both rooms were a good size with access onto a very pleasant terrace. The first room I had felt fresher and brighter with more modern fittings than the second, which was showing its age a little. Overall I found the property to be safe, clean, quiet with very nice staff and a central location. A couple of minor issues - in one room there was a mechanical shutter but no curtains. As the shutter had small holes in it there wasn't total privacy from the terrace outside. In the second room the shower head sprayed out in all directions. It seemed a shame to have only supermarket croissants in plastic wrapping at breakfast when the property is surrounded by bakeries full of freshly made pastries.

A due passi da metro, infiniti ristoranti/bar dove mangiare qualcosa, negozi, supermercati. Stanza abbastanza piccola ma ben arredata e funzionale. La scala di accesso ha gradini davvero alti!

- Kerstin (10/5): Perfekt für 3 Nächte - Die Lage war perfekt in der Altstadt gelegen,die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich,ein bisschen alt und in die Jahre gekommen,aber sowas stört mich nicht,solang es sauber ist. Beim Schlafen wars absolut ruhig,obwohl man mitten im Geschehen ist,hat man im Zimmer gar nichts gehört. Frühstück sehr süß,wers mag, für den passt es. Personal und Kommunikation mit den Betreibern too. Sehr freundlich und auch immer schnelle Antworten oer WhatsApp,wenn man sie gebraucht hat. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert

- Christine (9/5): Au cœur de Napoli - Situé idéalement pour visiter Naples. Très facile d'accès, au cœur de Naples, proche des transports en commun. Très propre. Personnel discret, accès par ascenseur, petit déjeuner correct. A côté, délicieux jardin suspendu pour boire au frais dans un vieux palais (bar associatif). Rien de particulier, pour les personnes dont le sommeil est léger, il est préférable de privilégier les chambres sur cour. Naples est animée jusqu'à très tard. Pour les autres, vue sur rue, on sent battre le cœur de la ville.

Dann 2x die falsche Adresse gesendet bekommen. Als ich es endlich gefunden habe, bekam ich erst die Information das es eine Änderung gab und ich ein anderes Zimmer bekomme (war sehr schön). Jedoch abends betrat eine andere Person mein Zimmer und sagte sie teilte mit mir den Raum (in einem zweiten Zimmer) - diese Information wurde mit ebenfalls nicht mitgeteilt!

Large room with access to the back terrace which was lovely and lush with great, quiet ambience. Staff was very helpful, kept my bags for the day while I went to Pompeii. It’s a long walk from the train station. The breakfast was a bit skimpy.

They have exclusive trip options You need 4 keys to get to the room, but I guess it's the particularity of historical buildings.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely consider staying at Medea again. The breakfast was very.... sweet. Not so many healthy options. :) But the coffee was good!

Po auto dopiero po wykupieniu pobytu informaca że jak ktoś nie przyjedzie w określonych godzinach pracy recepcji to trzeba słono zapłacić żeby ktoś wydał klucze. Ogólnie nie polecam.
