• Teemu (8/5): Very basic, clean and affordable hotel - The place is very basic but clean and fine. I would recommend to anyone, who is not looking to a luxury accommodation, but understands that with such prices this is what you get.

• Dominique (10/5): Great hotel but do bring earplugs for a good sleep - I occupied a single room in a 4-bedroom flat. The room I stayed in for 5 nights was basic but very clean and warm. The towels were changed and rubbish was taken away every second day. Sandwiched between the communal bathroom of the flat and the main stairway, it was very noisy. However, with a good pair of earplugs, I managed to sleep well. The communal bathroom was cleaned daily and looked spotless. In the communal hall, there is a kettle and a fridge. Great location. For the price I paid, I consider having had a fab deal. I highly recommend this hotel but do bring some earplugs!

• Lenbeek (6/5): - A budget hotel that's OK for a short stay in a quiet neighborhood not far away from public transport and the city center. Friendly people at the reception. However, the mattress and pillow are very bad and uncomfortable. Pillow had stains on it and a bad smell. Wifi went out sometimes.

Es gab auf dem Flur 2 Gemeinschaftsbäder, sodass man nie warten musste um das Badezimmer zu benutzen zu können. Einzig das Parken kann etwas schwierig sein, aber es fand sich im nahen Umfeld immer ein Platz. Würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen.
• Ryan (8/5): - This hostel is very good value for the money. It is biking distance from anywhere you want to get to, but walking is a little too far. The room was clean and the shared bathrooms were cleaned every day. I was happy to stay and would stay there again if I were on a budget.

• Martin (6/5): Einfache Pension ohne Ansprüche - Diese Pension hat eine nur zeitweise besetzte Rezeption. Das fand ich sehr unvorteilhaft, besonders, weil eine Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag unmöglich war. Die Qualität der Matratzen ist sehr unterschiedlich. Die Größe der Zimmer ist sehr unterschiedlich. Ich hatte ein relativ kleines Doppelzimmer mit Fenster neben dem Haupteingang, dadurch lauter wegen verweilender und sich unterhaltender Gäste draußen vor dem Eingang. Der Zigarettenrauch der Gäste draußen drang in mein Zimmer, was ich als störend empfunden habe. Defektes Licht im Gemeinschafts-WC. Nur reine Übernachtung ohne Frühstücksmöglichkeit in der Pension möglich.
• vito (8/5): - Pensione carina. La fermata della metro u 5 e a 400 metri, in tre fermate arrivi al centro di Alexander plaza. Il cek in dalle 15,00 alle 18,00. Se arrivi dopo ti lasciano la chiave in una cassetta con un codice.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not so good... - Second stay there. Much worse than the first one. Very old mattres with a 'hole' in the middle. Bathrooms not so clean... Probably not gonna make another booking there anymore...
• Peter (8/5): Godt belligende hotel - Godt beliggende hotel - tæt på undergrundsstation og kun få stop fra Alexander-platz. Lidt slidt værelse med rummeligt. Flinkt engelsk-talende personale.
• Gerhard (8/5): - Mein Einzelzimmer hatte ein Doppelbett. Auf dem Flur gibt es zwei große Gemeinschaftbäder. In der Nähe Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Cafés und Restaurants.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Pension befindet sich nur 4 min, mit der Bahn, vom Alexanderplatz. Pension und Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt. Sanitärenanlage befindet sich auf dem Flur, sehr einfach eingerichtet aber auch hier sehr gepflegt. Zimmer normaler Standard, völlig ok. Nur in das von mir bewohntes Zimmer sollte man das Bett erneuern.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Könnte neue Möbel vertragen - Matratze war total durchgelegen, der Überzug und die Decke auch nicht wirklich sauber. Unruhiges Zimmer, sämtliche Abwasserrohre des ganzen Hauses schienen durch diesen Raum zu führen. Lage ist aber ok, 3 Stationen per U-Bahn bis zum Alex.
• Arjun Singh (8/5): - Overall stay was good , as a budget hotel it was quite good. actually these are appartment where rooms are used for hotel guest. rooms were comfortable and there was a microwave and fridgw also available in the appartment. Front desk lady was very professional and helpful she even came with me to show the way of appartment.
• Verified traveler (8/5): German cleanliness and safety. - Overall it was great. Location, comfort, cleanliness. It is an interesting way to check in and check out as the reception which I never visited and is a block or two away have very limited hours. One gets the key from a lock box and then returns the key in a key drop off box. Fortunately, I'm a clean person. Towels and room was suppose to be cleaned every 2 days, but that never happened. Shared bathroom is very clean. For the price, one can't complain. Much nicer than other hotels of similar price in other European countries. The Germans that I saw are very organized, clean, efficient and it creates a very safe environment.

Respa aukeaa vasta yhdeltä ja avainten luovutus jo klo.11.00. Vaikeaa saada siis palvelua koska paikalla on vain keittiöntäti joka ei puhu englantia. En mene toiste ellei ole ihan pakko!
• しょうた (4/5): マンションの一室 - バス、トイレ、電子レンジと電気ポットが４部屋共同の部屋での宿泊でした。ホテルのフロントのある場所から徒歩５分くらいにあるマンションが宿泊場所でした。仕方ないことですが、夜間、マンションの区画に入る人がガチャガチャとカギを開ける音、自分の部屋に入る人がガチャガチャとカギを開ける音がかなり耳障りでした。（どのカギで入るのかがわかればそのガチャガチャも少なくて済むような気はします）

• Dericks (6/5): Poor choice of Hotel to stay - Overall poor experience. Late check-in was available using some code but no-one was there on the counter till 13:00 next morning. We wanted to pay in cash, but the amount was deducted from the card, irrespective of mailing them that we will reach late. So don't trust what they write on the website for luring the customers. However, the location is quite near Alexanderplatz and thats the reasonable price for this place.

• Nat (6/5): Short Berlin Stay - Overall the hotel was nice and clean, but definitely more suited to the budget or student traveller. The space was clean, bathroom modern, and the room had all amenities you would need for a short visit. My only complaint is that the bed was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on, but that just may have been my room - not sure!

• Larry (6/5): Nice Place Near Subway - This was a nice place, and clean. It is near the subway in the former East Berlin section of Berlin. A bakery is nearby, along with some miscellaneous shops. A supermarket is about a 15 minute walk away. The staff were nice. There is no elevator. So if the room is on the second floor, as mine was, it is up and down stairs each time you leave the room, including for the bathroom on the first floor if the second floor bathroom is occupied. One of the three nights I stayed here there were some very loud and boisterous people down the hall. The other two nights were quiet. No hotel staff are there in the evening.
• Thomas (4/5): Check-in closes at 7pm - Poor service. Our train to Berlin was delayed and we tried to phone at 9pm but nobody picked up. It turned out that check-in closed at 7pm which is ridiculous if you're backpacking and using the awful German train service.
• Gert (8/5): Good value for a small price - My room wasn't in the main building of the hostel, but it was fine with me. There was one small bed, a wardrobe and sink in the room and to be honest, for a two-day-stay I didn't need much more. The biggest plus was the location, just 10 second walk from U-Bahn station. Really cheap place as well, so I guess it did the job for me. On the negative side - in the room where I lived, had once lived a cat (I could smell it).
• Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible hotel - We were unfairly overcharged by the rude staff, the Wifi wasn't working and shared bathrooms are in disrepair with a hole in the basin - overall bad experience!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very comfortable, clean and secure room - Easy few minute walk to train station (weberwiese) and just a few stops to Alexanderplatz. Good TV, nice bed, restaurants nearby (block house steak restaurant etc).
• Jere (8/5): Cheap, comfortable hotel in excellent location - This was a very nice, clean and inexpensive hotel very close to Aleksanderplatz. I'd happily recommend it to anyone, and would stay there again if I returned to Berlin.
• Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you pay for - OK hostel. Not really close to anything, but overlooking a nice cemetery. Room was tiny, shared bathroom. But if you're traveling on a budget and plan to stay one or two nights - this is an OK choice.
