Vatikan auch sehr nahe gelegen, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Wenn sie mit dem Auto anreisen, zu empfehlen das Parkhaus Via Tunisi mit 20€ den ganzen Tag. Die Chefin war super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden wieder kommen Da gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Laut Booking.com war nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Wohnung mit einzelnen Zimmer und weiteren Mitbewohnern handelt. Quasi wie eine WG. Bei "Zimmer mit Frühstück" konnte man davon ausgehen, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt.

• pjieddbo (9/5): Prachtige plek en mooi appartement - De plek was echt geniaal. Er was een Carrefour dichtbij, je liep de deur uit tegen de muur van het Vaticaan. Via de metro was je ook in 10 minuten in het Oude Centrum. Absoluut een aanrader met mooie bedden en een goede badkamer. Het was ontzettend heet tijdens ons verblijf, er was een airco, maar ik weet niet of die volledig werkte... Het raam kon open, maar het was ontzettend luidruchtig, dus een niet helemaal werkende airco of een open raam met teveel herrie.

• JORGE (6/5): Nos quitó el desayuno!! - El acceso al alojamiento no es fácil y tampoco es atractivo. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio. La encargada nos dio tickets para el desayuno y el segundo día nos los quitó! Ofrece desayuno casero en una cocina que hay… pero por el precio de la habitación el desayuno tiene que ser en la cafetería como nos ofreció! Y me parece de muy mal gusto quitarnos los vales!

Depois trocaram os quartos e pediram mais 30€ Do pequeno-almoço almoço o que está descrito no booking, não corresponde à verdade, considero ser publicidade enganosa. Mostram uma coisa e partilham comentários que não têm nada a haver com a realidade. O pequeno almoço é um café e um brioche servido na rua por pessoas mal educadas

• Shannon (7/5): This is a inexpensive clean place to stay if you are looking for a easy place near Vatican City. The lady was very kind. - Was walking distance to mostly everything you need and was clean It wasn’t really kid friendly. Our stroller barely fit in the door and it was foldable. There was a mini fridge in the room but didn’t work, however there was a communal fridge. Said limited free parking that was not the case at all and to ask questions about it was very unclear.

The room had all we needed and was very quiet. Mariella was very kind and helpful. It was like we have come to visit a friend! The breakfast was in a bar nearby. A coffee and a sweet, enough to start the day ;)

• Gordon Paul (10/5): Loved it and will recommend it to our family. - We were warmly welcomed by the host and shown our room . The room was spacious with lots of storage and an updated bathroom. An added bonus was a separate tea room where you could make a cup of tea (assorted teas were provided by the host.) as well as access to a fridge! Location is excellent, 10 min. Walk to the Vatican, shopping and large grocery store as well as a variety of good restaurants!! If you have limited mobility the elevator only begins after walking up 10 steps.

• Yaroslav (7/5): Overall, good value for the location, but with a few caveats. - Overall, this place offers reasonable value for money. The location is good - a bit far from the main central attractions of Rome, but still manageable on foot. Considering the availability of Uber, getting around was totally fine for us. It’s also an ideal spot for an early visit to the Vatican - the entrance is just a couple of minutes away. Taking Rome prices into account, this option is still quite reasonable and definitely not bad. However, there are a few important nuances you should be aware of (see the downsides below). The host was great - very responsive and helpful. 1. This is not really a hotel. It’s an apartment divided into four separate rooms. It’s not a major issue, but it was a bit unexpected for us. 2. The apartment appears to have been renovated in a way that added bathrooms to each room, even though the building utilities were probably not originally designed for that. While the bathroom itself looked nice, in our room there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, and the water pressure / shower head were quite poor. 3. The “breakfast included” description is a bit misleading. What is actually included is a voucher that can be exchanged at a nearby café (about a 2-minute walk) for a coffee and a small pastry. In our opinion, this is more of a light snack than a real breakfast.

Localização muito boa Quando chegamos foi nos pedido 5 euros para a limpeza do quarto O que não estava referido no Booking Pequeno almoço fora o hotel, cerca de 3min a pé. Apenas estava incluído 1 croissant simples, ovo ou chocolate. Sem alternativa para colocar queijo ou manteiga ou qualquer outro alimento no interior. De bebidas apenas uma bebida quente. Sem qualquer opção de troca por um sumo ou água. Atendimento péssimo no pequeno almoço. Pouco afáveis. Sem serviço de mesa. Café não incluído. Cobraram nos 20 euros para nos guardarem as malas ( na mensagem enviada eram 15 euros). As malas ficaram numa sala comum onde os outros hospedes podiam ter acesso as mesmas. Não havia os produtos de higiene referidos no Booking. Apenas havia papel higiénico e sabonete líquido!

Keine Informationen, wo sich das Hotel in der angegebenen Straße bzw. Im Haus befindet!! Haustür war verschlossen und wir konnten nur durch eine Bewohnerin in das Haus!! Die aber auch nicht genau wusste, in welcher Etage wir das Hotel finden!! Nervig!!

• PATRIZIA (10/5): Ho già consigliato ad amici di andarci - La signora Mariella è stata veramente una bravissima padrona di casa. La struttura è comoda per tutto. Musei vaticani è di fianco praticamente l’accesso alla metropolitana è vicinissima le stanze pulite il bagno perfetto tutto direi perfetto. Forse il materasso un po’ duro.

• Elizabeth (4/5): Don’t expected some human contact. - The location was perfect to see the Vatican Museums. I could not read the hand written note left in the room. Room literature said we were in a WiFi free zone, but when I tried to connect, I needed a password. I asked Mariella and first she gave me an incomplete password with a partial WiFi address then her response was a bunch of emojis instead of the information I asked for. Disrespectful!!!

• Isabell (1/5): Nie wieder!!! - Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es befand sich in einer Wohnanlage in einem Von 3 Treppenhäusern im 3 Stock. Es roch überall unangenehm und das Bett war so hart, dass wir nach einer Nacht ausgezogen sind. Als Frühstück erhält man Gutscheinkarten für ein Croissant und ein Getränk. Die Reaktion auf den Zustand der Betten und den Auszug war nur „ok“ und ein Hinweis auf die Übernachtungssteuer. Anhalten vor dem Gebäude war unmöglich und war es bei dem Filter Parkplatz auf Booking erscheint ist nicht nachvollziehbar.
