Raňajky boli OK, ale každý deň bolo v ponuke to isté. Izba bola veľmi malá, zmestili sa do nej len dve postele a jeden nočný stolík a nemali sme žiadny úložný priestor, t.j. ani poličky, ani skrinku. Upratovačka prišla izbu upratať len na požiadanie, ale kúpeľňu neupratala.
• Tim (5/5): Good location, quiet...but a few easily rectified issues. - The hotel is in a good location, near the underground. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and well presented. The hotel was largely quiet, although busy. The welcome was functional, not friendly. A simple, "Hello, welcome to Huttons. How may I help?" would have been better. The room was clean, but apart from a television, it lacked basic facilities. I wouldn't necessarily expect a kettle, but a couple of glasses would have been nice. The beds were not well made; as if the cleaners couldn'nt be bothered to stretch across the bed to make sure the undersheet and sheet were actually tucked in. The shower contained a long black hair...a simple final check would have caught this. At breakfast, it was necessary to ask for gluten-free items, although they were advertised in the listing. The problem was, this precipitated a nearly ten minute wait for just two slices of bread. If they had been stored under the breakfast room counter, alongside the regular bread, this could have been avoided. The lift had a mind of its own; not a problem if you're accommodated on the first or second floor, but if on the fifth, it becomes a time-consuming drag.

• Maria (5/5): Vi var ikke meget på hotellet, hvilket gjorde det okay at bo der. - Beliggenheden og kommunikationen med hotellet. Vi bad om en weekendseng og den stod klar ved ankomst. Sød og hjælpsom receptionist, som opdage, at de ikke havde fået lagt madrassen i weekendsenge, og kom hurtigt med den. Receptionisten gav god og forståelig information omkring opholdet på hotellet, internet, morgenmad og kaffemaskinen til fri afbenyttelse. De var ligeledes søde at opbevare vores klapvogn for os. Værelserne var virkelig små og slidte. Der var rigtig meget larm fra de andre gæster, og der var virkelig lydt fra dem der boede ovenpå. Morgenmaden var spiselig og udvalget okay. Det var en yderst kaotisk oplevelse at spise morgenmad, og fadene blev ofte hurtigt tomme. Personalet der stod for opfyldning af buffen var ikke særlig service minded, og vi oplevede flere gange, at der blev talt lidt 'grimt' til gæsterne.
• Stefanie (8/5): Uns hat es in London sehr sehr gut gefallen und im Huttons haben wir gut übernachtet. - Tolle Lage , in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt. Tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zimmer sind klein.Keine Sitzgelegenheit außer dem Bett.Es fehlt ein Stuhl / Tisch um gemütlich abends sitzen und verweilen zu können.

Nei pressi della struttura ci sono diversi ristoranti. I ragazzi della reception sono tutti molto gentili, in particolare Albina! Colazione continentale abbondante. Camera pulita ma piccolina. Non c'è il servizio di riassetto giornaliero della camera neanche per svuotare i cestini. Deposito bagagli a pagamento.

• Najia (5/5): Chambre à revoir - Personnels de l'accueil et du petit déjeuner tres agréable rien à dire. Emplacement super également, station de métro proche et bus en face de l'hôtel. Matelas du lit pas confortable du tt, jai du mettre un oreiller sous le matelas de mon cote car jai faillis tomber du lit à plusieurs reprises. Le matelas penchait trop. Lit tres petit pour 2 adultes. Chambre mal insonorisée et petit déjeuner laisse à désirer c'est vraiment dommage.

• David (6/5): ok for the price and location but could easily do better maintenance and be more presentable. - good location. close to where needed to be. plenty of amenities around us. Everywhere you looked things looked in need of a replacement rather than a simple obvious repair. for example the lift sank when you got in and had to readjust so it could close the doors. the bathroom sink had a big crack in the bowel. several floor tiles had been cracked and crudely glued back together rather than replaced. the drinks dispensing machine kept running out of things such as milk and water. The bedroom widow's wooden surround had been recently been repainted dark brown and the white net-curtains had been left on or refitted, before the paint had dried.

• Wendy (10/5): Excellent hotel that I would highly recommend. - Location of the hotel was ideal for the purpose of our visit and the room was spotless. Breakfast area was kept immaculately clean and there was an excellent choice of food on offer to eat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing.
• Ανθή (6/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, με την στάση του λεωφορείου ακριβώς απέξω. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευχάριστο και το δωμάτιο καθαρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό ειδικά σε σχέση με την τιμή του, τα 2 άτομα σε ένα τέτοιο μικρό δωμάτιο χώραγαν πολύ οριακά. Το λέει στις πληροφορίες αλλά πραγματικά από κοντά, ειδικά αν υπάρχουν αποσκευές είναι πολύ στενά. Στο μπάνιο θα μπορούσαν να βάλουν έξτρα ράφια για να διευκολύνονται οι άνθρωποι με τα πράγματα τους, μιας και στο υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε επιπλέον χώρος αποθήκευσης για τα νεσεσέρ, βαλίτσες κλπ. Ακόμη το μπάνιο παρόλο που ήταν ανακαινισμένο είχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά. Επίσης το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ στενό.

There isn't even drinking water in the rooms, and they sell it at exorbitant prices. The baby crib didn't have a mattress. It's not a quality hotel for the price paid. The staff are generally indifferent.

• Giorgia (7/5): Bene, ma non benissimo - Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione (a pagamento), ma la breakfast room era aperta h24 per farsi il caffè e/o tè. Quindi la mattina scendavamo per bere qualcosa di caldo e abbiamo visto che la colazione era ben fornita, ma noi abbiamo preferito prendere qualcosa fuori dall'albergo. Non viene effettuato il riassetto giornaliero della camera, ma se si desidera basta mettere il cartello fuori dalla porta e loro lo fanno: noi abbiamo chiesto che venisse fatto, soprattutto per il cambio asciugamani e la pulizia del bagno. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia la prima sera, ma subito risolto dai ragazzi della reception che sono venuti a controllare e spiegarci il funzionamento delle manopole per accensione e temperatura acqua (non molto intuitive). Letto matrimoniale piccolo, sembra da una piazza e mezza. Assenza di un tavolino (e/o sedia) in camera per poggiare delle cose. Il lavandino è molto piccolo (20x30cm circa) con una mensolina sopra, quindi quando ci si lava il viso o i denti è difficile non bagnare dappertutto, a terra e anche sé stessi. Adattatore corrente disponibile al ricevimento solo in vendita a £10 l'uno (non lo prestano e non ci sono nemmeno prese usb, cosa che in altri b&b della stessa categoria a Londra invece c'è). Deposito bagagli al check-out a pagamento £3,50 a bagaglio (non l'ho visto scritto in giro, ma te lo dicono solo se chiedi l'informazione).

Kadangi kambariuose nėra stalo ir kėdžių, galimybė visą dieną naudotis kavos aparatu ir darbo aplinka. Puiki vietą keliauti po Londoną. Autobusų stotelė yra prie viešbučio. Iki Viktorijos stoties 10 min. pėsčiomis. Iki ambasados taip pat 10 min. kelio. Patenkinamas kainos ir kokybės derinys, jei į Londoną atvykote pažintiniais tikslais. Itin mažas kambarysi ir itin maža kriauklė vonioje. Labai nepatogu praustis. Prasta garso izoliacija, nėra oro kondicionieriaus, bet yra ventiiliatorius. Jei turite dvigubai didesnį biudžetą, galima rasti patogesnį viešbutį.

• Anja (5/5): Prima locatie maar echt simpel - Het ontbijt was hartstikke fijn, en de locatie ook. De kamers. Het was erg simpel, vieze gordijntjes, krakende vloeren omdat het was ouder is. Maar wat vooral tegenviel was het geluid van de lift, direct naast onze kamer, en het geluid als mensen langs de kamer lopen. Ook in de nacht veel last van de lift gehad.

• Joseph (8/5): My stay at Huttons - Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, good location for going to see a show on the west end. Tea and coffee was available 24 hours a day. Room was very warm, but a fan was available for use. There were several power outlets in the room, however only 1 was working. The shower flooded the bathroom, however this was easy to dry up.
• Vanesa (4/5): Lage top, Hotel mangelhaft - Die zentrale Lage , man kommt schnell zur Victoria Station und von dort aus ist man flexibel was die weiteren Pläne wie Sightseeing angeht Das Zimmer war sehr klein, staubig und hat anders als auf den Bildern das Bareminimum enthalten. Die Decken/Duvets waren teilweise beschädigt und hatten Löcher. Das Bad inkl. Waschbecken war so klein das man sich nicht ordentlich das Gesicht waschen konnte. Es gab keine Ablage für Duschgel oder jegliches in der Dusche. Trotz Zimmer „Reinigung“ waren noch Zahnpasta Reste danach vorzufinden. Die Toilette war am Tag nach der Anreise verstopft. Zu guter letzt war das Personal nicht wirklich freundlich und Gäste orientiert , wir wurden sogar gefragt warum wir ein weiteres Handtuch für die Haare brauchen (3 Frauen im Zimmer). Am Tag der Abreise hat man uns nicht gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war und wir wurden schnell verabschiedet.
• PriscilaMotta (7/5): Good for a short stay - Considering the price we paid and the area we stayed in, the hotel was not too bad. We mainly just needed a place to sleep and shower. The bed linen and towels were very clean, and the towels were soft. The shower was also good, and the room looked clean. The staff was also friendly. However, there were some downsides. The bathroom sink was extremely small, making it difficult to even brush your teeth without hitting your head on the cabinet above. The TV in the room was not working properly either. We were given the last room in the basement, which is probably why it was cheaper, but it was a bit noisy. We could hear people from the room upstairs, and the breakfast restaurant was also next to our room, so there was a lot of noise from cups and people moving around early in the morning. Whenever someone upstairs used the sink or shower, it was also loud.

• Stephen (6/5): Saved by the breakfast - Great location and continental breakfast saved the day Receptionist wasn't the most cheerful, and I was in a disappointing weird room out the back, built as an extension, with non-operational TV, very tired laminate flooring and a tiny shower. The building layout has obviously been contrived to maximise occupancy but ends up feeling like a prison (or at least the basement did)

The rooms are quite small and some have a little odor from sewage. The paid service for keeping the bags after check-out does not comply with the otherwise good quality service of the facilities.

• INES (6/5): Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix - L'emplacement proche du métro, proche de la gare St pancras. Le personnel est plutôt agréable et serviable. Le café est offert à discrétion. Cela reste une bonne adresse pour un prix abordable Le ménage n'est pas fait régulièrement. Nous aurions apprécié que les poubelles soient au moins vidées. Dans notre chambre nous n'avions pas la pancarte "clean my room" et c'est uniquement au moment du check-out que nous en avions vu apposé sur d'autres portes. Le débit de la douche dans la salle de bain est très faible et l'eau n'est pas toujours chaude en fonction du moment de la journée. De plus, il y a un boucan monstre le matin, nous étions à chaque fois réveillées par le bruit, si ce n'est pas par l'alarme incendie qui s'est déclenchée sans explications !

Staff is very kind. Our room (no 509) was tiny with a very small window on the roof, it was actually a loft. The floor slopes, consequently the bed slopes, too.
• Pedro (10/5): Céntrico - Muy céntrico, habitación con dos camas amplia, desayuno muy bueno, Las habitaciones de una cama no tenían armario para dejar las cosas

• audrey (2/5): Je ne recommande pas - La situation géographique et top tout proche de Victoria. Le petit dejeuner La chambre était un véritable placard!!!! Juste un lit,pas une chaise ou de quoi poser mes affaires pas d'insonorisation j'entendais les gens du dessus la voie qui parle dans l'ascenseur. Une fois la lumière de la chambre éteinte je voyais la lumière du couloir tout au tour de la porte.Autant dire que quand quelqu'un rejoignez sa chambre c'est comme si je l'accompagner. Il y a des odeurs de remonter d'égout dégoûtante. Lorsqu'un autre vacancier utilise les toilettes de sa chambre ou la douche tous redescend dans la chambre que j'avais. La salle de bain de taille correct mais un lave main en guise de lavabo sans un gobelet pour ce rincer les dents et la pomme de douche hors d'usage.
• Niels (6/5): - Friendly staff, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice comfortable bed and modern bathroom It was quite hot in the hotel room and also at the breakfast room this was a bummer, also glasses and maybe a coffee maker would be a bonus.
• avtar singh (3/5): - The staff was polite The room was full of mold and dust. Too noisy and space in washroom was tight
• Guillaume (9/5): - L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la machine à café à volonté. L’insonorisation peut être améliorée. Un pommeau dans la douche serait apprécié, surtout avec des enfants. La Clim serait un plus.
