The roof garden is perfect for relaxing and everything is very tasteful.Breakfast is wonderful! I liked everything!

Tony (8/5): Great stay - will definitely try to come back again :-) - A great house with a superb outdoor area on the roof where you could sit and enjoy the warm afternoon with some wine/beer and some snacks. The room was ok with every item necessary for a comfortable stay. A nice pre prepared breakfast set (made by the owner) met you every morning in the breakfast room. Good communication from the owner before, during and after the visit.

Un nota particolare alla terrazza ed al glicine in fiore, la vista sul giardino è uno spettacolo. assolutamente nulla

Nazzarena (9/5): Super consigliato! - A metà febbraio, abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e con un letto comodissimo. La colazione è eccellente: sia dolce che salata di ottima qualità, servita in una bella sala al piano superiore con accesso a una terrazza arredata veramente molto bella. La posizione non è centralissima (si trova vicino al quartiere Pigneto),ma è comodissima per spostarsi: le fermate dell’autobus sono a pochissimi minuti a piedi e con il tram in circa 15 minuti si arriva a Termini. Per noi è stato un ottimo compromesso tra tranquillità e facilità di movimento. Mario, il proprietario, è gentilissimo, disponibilissimo a dare consigli utili e informazioni precise su come muoversi in città, ristoranti, attrazioni, un vero valore aggiunto! Lo consigliamo caldamente a chiunque cerchi un alloggio accogliente, pulito e pet-friendly a Roma. Assolutamente nulla
MOHAMMADREZA (2/5): You cannot get a good rating only by being kind; action is also necessary. - The room is very clean. Mario is a very kind and good person. He prepared a folder in the room containing all the necessary information. Before my trip, he had also sent me the addresses of all the useful websites in Rome. Metro and tramvay is very near to this b&b. First of all, I would like to say that I have previously stayed in other B&Bs, and I am not comparing this place to a hotel. Unfortunately, there is no safe box in the room, and because of this, I had to carry all my money and documents with me every day when going out. There is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. For tea or coffee, I had to go to the third floor where the shared kitchen is located. This was very difficult for me since I have knee pain, especially because there is no elevator. There is also not even a small refrigerator in the room. Only one shared refrigerator is available on the third floor for all guests. Since everyone has access to it, using it is not comfortable, as I do not know the other guests and someone might touch or move my belongings. Unfortunately, all the kitchen equipment is old and worn (although very clean). Breakfast is not properly served. For example, fresh and clean orange juice is provided, but only one small glass per table, which is not even completely full and is left uncovered. If an unstable person were present, it would be very easy for someone to put something into it, especially since breakfast is arranged from 8:00 a.m. and some guests may arrive later. And breakfast consists only of what you see in the photo, plus cornflakes. The bed and wardrobe in the room are very old, and the mattress and pillows are extremely soft and worn out, causing back pain. The bathroom is also very small.

The host, Mario, was very welcoming and helped us with all the things that we needed, from utilities to questions about our stay in Rome. Max (9/5): Good place to have bed&breakfast - We stayed here in November 2025. Mario is a very pleasant and welcoming owner - he explained everything, showed us around, and was always helpful. Breakfast was served every morning, and on days when we couldn’t make it in time, we always found a flexible, workable solution with him. The room was small but clean and warm. The shared kitchen always had water, some food, coffee, and tea available. Getting there is not difficult, although it does take some time. The nearest метро station is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center by tram. The area is a residential neighborhood - a bit uncomfortable to walk around at night, but perfectly fine during the day. The only downside was the high humidity in the room. We really missed having a clothes drying rack - our clothes took a very long time to dry and often remained a bit damp. However, this seems to be a fairly common issue in many places around Europe.

Maya (10/5): A beautiful peaceful base from which to explore Rome, close to amazing local food and bars. - This place was a beautiful, peaceful and authentic neighbourhood from which to explore Rome. Mario was a lovely host and the breakfast was great every morning. Our favourite thing was all the amazing local restaurants and bars that were a walking distance away, so much better than the food in central Rome! Would definitely recommend. Although the distance was generally a good thing, it’s good also to note that it will take you around a hour to get into the main tourist spots on public transport. But, with that you get a really cool Roman experience that’s definitely more peaceful than battling the crowds.

Jessica (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming - We really enjoyed our stay here, Mario was the perfect host and made us feel welcome. Mario also helped as when our flight was a late night one we asked if we could keep the room for the day to give us more time to pack and a place to keep our belongings while we made the most of our last day. The breakfast was lovely everything was laid out for whenever you fancied to go up and have it. The terrace was gorgeous and so much prettier than you could think. My only down side was the location the surrounding area isn't too great however there is an amazing restaurant that Mario recommended, and there are also many ways in transportation around so you don't have to walk around the neighbourhood if yo don't want to. For example we used the trams and they made our life very easy.

Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and he even had it ready early for us when we had an early departure for one of our excursions. He greeted us upon arrival and provided recommendations for local eateries and detailed information on how to access the tram and subway. Rooms were cleaned every day. There is also a rooftop terrace available for guests, which was a nice place to relax when we were done sightseeing for the day. While the location is close to the tram, it often runs behind schedule, so give yourself plenty of extra time if you have reservations for a specific time. There is a subway station, but it's a 15-20 minute walk from the B&B.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Also, the communication with Mario was great. The only point is the location. It is a bit far from subway stations for example. We had a lonely balcony and the roof/kitchen area was cozy. The tram is very close to this B&B. It runs regularly until 11pm. Maybe 10-15 minute tram ride to the center of the city. Bathroom was a bit cramped.

Adrián (10/5): Delicious food with Mario's friendly assistance - highly recommended! - Mario was incredibly helpful, polite, courteous, and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests, making our experience highly enjoyable and recommendable to everyone. Oh and nevertheless his Bruschetta is a solid 10/10 masterpiece. Italian food and flavours are good. The only thing we missed from breakfast was the cold cuts (like salami, ham etc.).

Maria (10/5): Pleasant and comfortable. - Absolutely everything, from the kind and understanding reception of Mario, the host, to the rooms themselves and the amazing breakfast selection, everything was very very high quality. Mario was very helpful with any doubts or questions we might’ve had about the stay or general topics. The property has an amazing view and very pretty rooftop to enjoy the sunset on a summer evening. Loved every second of our stay. Nothing negative at all, the only “downside” was that we couldn’t stay longer than we did.

Veronika (10/5): Amazing hotel and host - This place exceeded all expectations. Especially want to say thank to its host Mario. I have never met such an attentive attitude towards guests. Mario suggested everything, told everything, made a whole folder indicating what and where is located, where you can eat, how to get to the city center etc. Even before our trip, he was in touch and answered all questions we were interested in. The hotel room was cozy and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, each room has its own breakfast table. There is a cozy beautiful terrace where you can sit in the evening, breathe fresh air, relax. The hotel has a fridge, kettle and coffee machine that you can use. Excellent value for money and quality. There are many places to eat near the hotel. The city center can be reached by different types of transport: 6 minutes walk to the bus stop, 14 minutes work to the metro. Highly recommend this hotel! We hope to return.
Pietruszyński (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic stay. Mario was great host that prepared our room early for our flight in and breakfast for our early flight back home. Rooms were clean with ac and balcony, exactly as advertised. Breakfast was served in Italian style and Mario also prepared something special each day. I'd love to return on our next visit in Rome!
Cornelia (10/5): Outstanding B&B in Rome - a relaxing oasis run by a friendly host. - Mario is an incredible host. The B&B is spotlessly clean, welcoming and just like in the pictures with tasteful bedrooms and bath, a rooftop terrace to enjoy after a long day in the city and fully stocked kitchen for light meal prep. Breakfasts were good and Mario set up ours VERY early two mornings even though we told him not to. Great welcome folder with maps, transit information, restaurants in the area, and other useful tips. Secure parking was arranged and easy to locate a couple of blocks away. Good bakeries, restaurants, supermarket close by. Rome centre/Vatican City is 35-45 minutes away by bus/tram/metro. Lots of options for transit. Would recommend 409 bus to Arco di Travertino, then metro from there for getting to most of the sites easily. Suggest having navigational aid (google maps and data) to get around Rome. Book tickets in advance. Get to St. Peter’s Basilica by 8 am latest! Nothing

Agnieszka (10/5): Mario created calm atmosphere and green oasis in busy city. Highly recommended! - I definitely would recommend this B&B. Warm, cosy room with bathroom and balcony, tasty breakfast and nice roof terrace to have a glass of wine in the evening. Mario is a host that puts heart in his work and it's visible. He is really helpful and gives you all the information that you need. Thank you Mario! The only thing could be the location- B&B is not located in touristic area, so not many places to go out in the evening. But tram stop is 3 min away and gets to Termini station in about 15 min.

The location and the neighborhood in which the apartment is located. The streets are very dirty, we saw rats etc. It also doesn't feel safe. The acoustic insulation in the house is bad.

Luzia (10/5): Cosy apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking the roofs and a delicious breakfest. - The breakfast earns special points, because every day we got an other kind of side dish like Panini and so on. It's not possible to cook a meal, but it has everything else to prepare it, like a micorwave or an oven an so on. And you can spend your time in the breakfast room and on the terrace at any time of the day. It's a quiet area and the city center is reachable by tram or metro in 20 min. Mario ist a very likable and helpful guy. Everything was perfect.

Donna (8/5): - The location is not very far from the main attraction approx 4.5 miles and is not in a very good neighborhood, but the public transportation is unreliable and often takes an hour or more to and from the main attraction. Bus or Train may or may not have AC which is very hot most of the time. You can take this into consideration if the location is working for you or not. The place itself is safe and clean.

Andreas (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was very good, the host simply superb. Mario is a very nice person, always willing to help. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but comfortable. Each room has a map with all info on Rome, including info on the best restaurants within walking distance of Abbraccio Morfeo. The B&B is located in one of Rome's rougher neighborhoods.
Bbvka (8/5): everything was just fine, the breakfast could be better :) - The apartment is smaller, but it is clean and quiet. AC works fine. On the roof is a very nice relax area for evenings talks, drink etc. It would be great if there was also some shade when you want to sit outside. In the summer is the sun crazy and you better go to your room where is AC .] The room has a small balcony, so its also good. The owner Mario was always ready to answer our questions. Easiest way how to get to the center is to take a TRAM (from Tor pignatarra - to Termini) as the tram is old it is a funny experience. The area where is the apartment located is fine, but behind a corner (on the way to tram) it looks dirty. Probably from homeless people, which we saw many. Also the breakfast was not bad, but it was not fantastic for sure. It would be better to have some fruits, ham, cheese.

La chambre était très agréable et le fait d’avoir la climatisation a cette période était un indispensable. Par ailleurs, l’établissement possède une magnifique terrasse en roof top où nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner et même plusieurs dîners. Un grand merci à Mario pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité.

Elisabet (10/5): - This B&B is very cute and quaint. Yes, it is not in the city centre but there is s 10 min walk to the nearest metro station and 5 minutes to the tram stop. You are in the city in 20-30 min. We slept really well here and the breakfast is just enough. Mario was very accommodating!
