• Daniel (9/5): - Absolute Top Lage, genügend Platz, unzählige Tapas Läden innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Meer ist auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen sowie einige U-Bahn Stationen. An manchen Tagen war es schon sehr laut bis 3 Uhr früh aber kommt drauf an wie sensibel man auf Lärm reagiert. Grundsätzlich dämmen die Fenster sehr gut. Salz und Pfeffer bzw. Öl setze ich in jedem Apartment voraus. Dies war leider nicht vorhanden.

• Scott (10/5): A perfect spot for you to explore Barcelona - This is an absolutely lovely apartment in a perfect location in the gothic quarter. The beds (including the pullout sofa) were very comfortable and everything was very clean. I would absolutely stay here again. There was nothing I didn't like. My only comment to future guests is that the process for doing the code to get into the apartment is initially complicated until you figure out how to do it. Don't worry. You will figure it out but I highly recommend watching the video in the app they send you.

The oven and cooktop were useful for snacks It was a bit on the small side and there was lots of messing around with lift keys

• Emilia (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja i komfortowy nocleg! - Super miejscówka do zwiedzania Barcelony, wszystko było w mieszkaniu co tylko potrzeba dla pobytu 4 dniowego rodzice i 1 dziecko:) Nieoceniony u był kontakt z zarządcą, obok wejścia jest biuro, gdzie zostawiliśmy bagaże przed meldunkiem aby chwilę pozwiedzać miasto. Wszystko było super:)

• Elena Dojranska-Slabev (10/5): Great location in the hip center of the Gothic Quarter - perfect, we were met by the welcoming team. As one party arrived from USA with an early flight, they made an extra effort no charge to allow for an earlier check in. The welcoming team helped us with the luggage as well, and they were in a close proximity for any questions we had really nothing, everything was perfect!

Dans la salle de bain la pression du pommeau de douche est vraiment faible.

• Saito (8/5): ゆったり贅沢。 - 部屋が広く清潔。エアコンなど設備もよい。スタッフも親切。ローケーションも最高。 オンラインチェックインを求められ、できなければ別の場所の事務所を訪れるか50ユーロでスタッフ派遣と連絡あり。フィッシング詐欺が心配でパスポートなどの情報を送りたくなかったが、最終的にネットで完了。結局事務所は宿の1階にあり、暗証番号での開錠はコツがあって説明を聞く必要があった。

L’appartamento è pulito con ottima predisposizione per la famiglia o grupo di amici ,spazioso ,fornito di tutto non manca nulla,silenzioso non si sente la movida . Forse la scala nel condominio ma c’è ascensore.

• Tessa (10/5): A lovely stay in a wonderful city. - The location in the El Born district was excellent, just yards from the Place de Santa Maria, and nearby to shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions, the sea etc etc. The building was charming and old, yet modernised inside, with a balcony, and everything you might need for a good business or tourist visit. T In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times (including the middle of the night when I first arrived). The WiFi enabled door opening system was good (no need to remember keys) but a little fiddly, especially the one for the apartment door. You had to learn the knack of waiting a few seconds, after initialising the door open mechanism, before turning the handle and pushing the door to go in. That is all.
• Niels (7/5): Moderne - De locatie was voortreffelijk. Het was schoon en de werkwijze was modern De ruimte was kleiner dan de foto’s deden vermoeden. We zaten helemaal bovenin. De handdoeken hadden wel een keer verschoond mogen worden of er wat meer voorradig mogen zijn.

It is perfect for families -spacious, clean, and cozy. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the communication with the host was easy and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. We have no complaints at all.

• Christine (9/5): - Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt und dennoch ruhig. Ideal um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. ÖV ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir waren 4 Nächte und haben selber gekocht. Muss halt einfach selber Salz/Pfeffer mitnehmen. Da das Haus alt ist, hört man dann halt auch die Nachbarn entsprechend gut.

Localisation incroyable à coté de la Basilique Santa Maria del Mar, très pittoresque. Facilité pour rentrer avec digicode. un peu de bruit de la rue mais normal au vu de la localisation donc peu dérangeant pour nous.

• borgio5 (10/5): Rewelacyjna lokalizacja dla rodziny z dziećmi. - Dobry apartament,pobyt w styczniu dla rodziny 2 plus 2 ,dostępne są 2 sypialnie i salon z kuchnią.Apartament jest wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne,jest czysto i wygodnie.Na wielki wielki plus lokalizacja bo 15 min na nogach z dzieckiem na plaże jak i do La Rambla, 10 min do pięknego Parku la Ciutadella,na tyłach bazyliki Matki Boskiej Morskiej (ciekawa historia) więc z wyjątkiem stadionu , sagrady oraz wzgórza na które można wjechać z portu kolejka 15 min od apartamentu reszta Barcelony zwiedzana na nogach. Jeszcze jedna sprawa jest ogrzewanie tzn. ustawiasz klimę na 23 stopnie z intensywnym wiatraczkiem i nawet chłodna noc jest ciepła.Mozliwosc zostawienia bagaży od 10 w recepcji na dole. Minus za stan łazienki w części prysznic toaleta ,wszytsko działa i jest w miarę ok ale wypada to najgorzej.

• mimi301 (9/5): - 近くにたくさんレストランがあり便利でした。快適なスペースと快適なベッド。お部屋が清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。二つの駅が利用できたので、列車でフランスから到着したサンツ駅からも便利で、空港に向かう時に利用したエアポートバス乗り場にも歩いて行ける距離でした。 隣のビルのリノベーションが入っていて、到着日は頭が痛くなる程の騒音でした。その後訳２日間は朝9:00から夕方まで行われていた。長い滞在の時には替えのタオルがあると良かったと思う。
