- Aneta (4/5): - Poloha hotelu Personál byl velmi nepříjemný a a celkově se zdálo, že je obtěžujeme, recepční na nás ráno křičela, a i přes to, že se v hotelu podávala snídaně, bylo nám řečeno, že není pro nás, ačkoli jsme hotelový hosté. Poslala nás někam za roh, do jiného hotelu, kde nevěděli, proč jsme byli posláni k nim. Co se týká pokoje, tak tam nebylo vytřeno, na rámu postele souvislá vrstva prachu a hrozně rozvrzaná postel, špinavá okna a celkově to bylo takové ušmudlané.

- Julio (8/5): Hotel con encanto - La habitación está limpia y la cama es comoda. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito enfrente del hotel. A la hora de la cena no hay nadie en recepción y tienes que esperar un poco, pero no es inconveniente.

Bir daha gitsem bir daha kalırım. Tuna Nehri kıyısına çok yakın olması çok iyi bir seçenek. Asansör de var Her şey on numara , kapısını açmak için biraz ittirmek zorunda kaldım sadece o da sorun değil bence

- Alban (7/5): Good price but would prefer other alternatives - The position was OK, easy to reach, with bus, metro and tram all within 10min walk. The neighborhood was calm and neat. The staff was OK. We stayed during the Easter weekend, and the price was good, compared to the alternatives we checked. There was breakfast at 15€ p.p. but we didn't choose it. There are nice cafès around where we found good choices. It's close to the river, in an area with nice calm cafès on the river banks. The hotel's best days are long gone. The hotel is dated, it needs some good rennovation works. The room was small, the bathroom was OK. The curtains were dusty and impractical. We were in a penthouse floor and there was quite some sun in the morning and the curtains couldn't be closed enough. I would rate it a 2-star hotel, but definitely not a 4-star.

Na jednu noc by sme prišli znovu - + super lokalita pre naše potreby (blízkosť miesta eventu) + veľa reštaurácií v okolí + MHD a dostupnosť ostatných častí Prahy + možno rezervácie parkovacieho miesta + tichá izba - na izbe bol trochu puch - závesy sa nedali úplne zatiahnuť (boli užšie ako šírka celého okna) a vždy tam bol kúsok cez ktorý by nám do izby bolo vidno z budovy oproti

O quarto era espaçoso, limpo, com boa roupa de cama e travesseiros (no plural). Secador de cabelo bom. Foi possível fazer muitas coisas à uma média distância caminhando. Fora do burburinho, mas perto de mercados, restaurantes, etc.

- Miroslava (3/5): - Výhoda byla snad jen lokalita hotelu. Ubytování se pyšní čtyřmi hvězdami,ale ve skutečnosti odpovídá tak maximálně dvěma. Personál téměř nekomunikoval,jelikož tam pracují samí cizinci,vybavení a čistota hotelu tak půl na půl. Co nás ale dostalo do kolen byl snídaňový stůl. Na výběr pouze světlý a tmavý toustový chléb,oschlé sýry,pár kousků ovoce a zeleniny,ledová vejce a pozor!,rozmražené hranolky! Ani se neobtěžovali je alespoň usmažit. Žádná šunka,žádné máslo nebo marmeládky,žádný kávovar,cereálie,nic.. Tento hotel už určitě nebude v našem hledáčku.

- Özcan (1/5): Bis jetzt das schlechteste Hotel, wo wir waren und noch mit 4 Sterne. Unverschämt - Von mir maximal 2 Sterne und ist noch sogar mit 4 Sternen ausgestattet. War besoffen, der das vergeben hat. Zum Frühstücken mussten wir in einen anderen Hotel mit Gutscheinkarte (sehr selbverständlich für 4 Sterne Hotel). Von wegen Appartment. Dachgeschoss und sehr eng. Betten sehr unbequem (sehr schlechte Matratzen, wenn man es als Matratze bezeichnen kann). Konnten uns gar nicht ausruhen und noch dazu: Morgens um 08.00 bis 10.00 Uhr haben die Service Damen so laut gesprochen, dass wir nicht mehr weiterschlafen konnten und SEHR gestört fühlten. Daraufhin antwortete die Dame an der Rezeption sehr frech, dass es eine Besucherin wäre. Nur Enttäuschung: vom A bis Z. Fühle mich irgendwie betrogen.

I didn't get any instructions for check in, but luckily someone else was going in at the same time and let us in. Hotel does look like it needs some updating and it's the slowest elevator ever. Also, the TV was in a weird spot and was not easy for us to watch a movie together as it didn't face the bed from straight on.

- Dominyka (5/5): Overall - the hotel is definitely not 4 stars, 2 at most. Really needs renovation. - Central location Spacious room Big nightstands near beds Dirty, sticky floors in the bathroom and room. Curtains and towels with holes. Dirty bedsheets. Shower was broken in multiple places; head holder was broken and didnt hold the shower head. There was visible mold. Two separate beds even though room description stated there would be a large double bed. WIFI stopped working the first night and reception only works until a certain hour so there wasn’t any help available. When we asked about this in the morning, reception said they will check it, but turns out whenever you leave and come back you need to manually delete the network from your phone for it to work - this was very inconvenient.

- Leigh (1/5): No customer service, booking cancelled at last minute, DISASTER OF A HOTEL NOW! - Nothing. Nocontact from hotel Hotel said they couldn’t process my card, which I have used there for every other stay, and for numerous other hotels around the world. They asked me to "update" my card details every few days, then cancelled my booking. Then it was impossible to contact them, and even Booking.com couldn’t contact them. I had to book another hotel at the last minute, which caused a lot of stress, and cost me more money. The hotel has turned into a disaster since I stayed there last year!

The biggest problem was that there was no hot water on the second night. Zrušenie rezervacie noc pred prijazdom "vraj neplatná karta" ktorú pred tým hotel overil a akceptoval, rovnako s ktorou som bez problému zarezervovať a zaplatil iný hotel. Do hotela bol problém sa dovolať a keď som sa dovolal nevedeli mi dať žiadne informacie.

- Lukas (2/5): Sehr mühselig mit dem Personal und im großen und Ganzen war das HotelSchrecklich! - Die Lage. Sehr unfreundliches und Unfähiges Personal. Alle meine Reise Begleitungen wurden 1 Tag oder am Tag der Anreise Storniert. Somit mussten diese sich ein neues Hotel suchen. Erreichbarkeit des Hotel sehr schlecht alle Parkplätze wurden Storniert. Ich wollte einen neuen Buchen vor Ort unter Dach. Die Dame dort meine das geht nicht. Und diese wären verbucht. Waren aber 2 Parkplätze das gesamte Wochenende frei. Bodenlose Frechheit auch das von ihr gemachte Angebot das wir die Motorräder beide eha klein so in den Hof stellen und zwar auf eine Parkfläche die nicht als Parkplatz deklariert war. Sie meinte wenn wir beide zusammen stellen bekommen wir einen Rabatt und zahlen nur einen Parkplatz. In Wirklichkeit war das nicht mal ein Parkplatz wo Sie uns hin stellte. Sehr korrupt das ganze. Ich wollte vor Ort noch stornieren, weil eben alle meine Reisebegleiter in Summe 8 Leute nicht mehr da waren und sich ein anderes Hotel suchen mussten. Bodenlose Frechheit war auch die Hygiene im Hotelzimmer selbst. Das Bad beziehungsweise die Dusche viel auseinander! Im Bett Lag am Polster meiner Frau ein Toter Floh!!!!! Also im ganzen würde ich keinen dieses Hotel empfehlen.!

- KOhunt (8/5): nice cute hotel in amazing location - Location is super! ~5 mins walk from the nearest tram station Zborovská ~10 mins walk from Novy Smichov shopping mall with Teeco supermarket. room is spacious for 2 pax. I came to Prague in possibly the coldest period the city has ever seen in some years and the heater in the room and bathroom are a bit weak. The water kettle has white residual inside - so i did not dare to use it.

V noci boli vchodove dvere do hotela otvorene z ulice, cize mohol vojst hocikto, kedze na recepcii v noci nikto neni. V noci je zamknuty vstup z hotela na uzavrete parkovisko k autu, cize sa k svojmu autu v noci neda dostat. Slaby vyber na ranajky, kde mi naservirovali zhnite avokado na tanier - ale bola tam ochota ho vymenit. Maju problem 3 tyzdne od ubytovania zaslat fakturu za ubytovanie! Toto je vrchol! Hotel neodporucam za cenu.

Tranquilo no ruidos. Calefacción bien .Wifi bien En mi opinión las camas muy pequeñas e incómodas y las almohadas vacías..Creo que en otros países un hotel de cuatro estrellas está mejor .Pero. no se en este país la relación .

- Jan (1/5): Okropnie i niebezpiecznie z uwagi na pleśń i zapach środków do zatuszowania pleśni. - Absolutnie nic PLEŚŃ w pokoju oraz w łazience. Po zgłoszeniu uwag menadżer hotelu stwierdził zdalnie że pleśni nie ma, a jego zdaniem „niewielka czarna kreska” zeszła po przetarciu ścierką. Wymeldowaliśmy się od razu po zameldowaniu. Prośba o zwrot kosztów pobytu okazała się bezskuteczna, zaproponowano nam zwrot za 2 noce z 3 zarezerwowanych. W łazience brudno, pleśń oraz czyjeś włosy. W całym pokoju unosił się zapach silnej chemii i drażniących środków. Personel niepomocny, miły tylko w momencie zameldowania, w momencie zgłoszenia problemu całkowicie niepomocny i podważający nasze uwagi (szczególnie manager). Zdecydowanie ODRADZAM pobytu w tym miejscu.

- shinobu (5/5): Just good location - The location was good for the place we needed to go, and there were many options for the restaurants. The stuff was friendly to the guests before us, then she was turned to be unfriendly and not giving us clear instructions and information about the hotel. The room was bit cold for us (we stayed on the top floor), the light was bit dark.

- Luca (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Nähe zur Moldau und Stadt Das Hotelzimmer war dreckig und sehr beschädigt. Von der durchgelegenen Matratze bis zu Schimmeldecken im Bad war alles dabei. Auch das Zahlungssystem vorab der Buchung war erschreckend und kein Einzelfall. Das Frühstück mussten wir leider auch stehen lassen. Parkplätze vom Hotel sehr teuer.

Le pire hôtel à un prix exhorbitant par rapport à la prestation. - Rien 156€ la nuit pour une chambre pas assez chauffée, literie très bas de gamme, draps déjà utilisés (oreillers écrasés et odeur!!), douche sale (cheveux), insupportable odeur de javel. Minibar pas refroidi et vide, même pas de l’eau. L’entrée du parking jonchée de sacs remplis de déchets. Nuit entrecoupée par le rythme des vas et viens de l’ascenseur qui fait vibrer l’immeuble. Petit déjeuner déplorable dans une pièce salle et défraîchie. Aucun choix de petit déjeuner avec un café soluble. Un séjour terrible.
