- Ian (9/5): Excellent stay with excellent staff - The room and bathroom was spacious. Hotel staff were kind and accommodating to requests. Cleaning staff were very nice and did a great job with daily cleaning and leaving my girlfriend and I nice arrangements. Location was close to İstiklal Cd. (Taksim main tourist street) but far enough away to not be disturbed by late night noise. Breakfast was standard fare, well prepared with plenty of options, and changed daily which included some Turkish dishes. The breakfast eating area was on the 6th/top floor(?) with beautiful view overlooking the city with views of Galata Tower and Blue Mosque and Haiga Sofia in the far distance.

- Stanislav (10/5): Sehr gut gelegenes, angenehmes Hotel - Das Hotel befindet sich in idealer Lage, im Viertel Beyoglu, die Haupteinkaufsstrasse ist nur ein paar Schritte enfernt. Zur Ubahn und Standseilbahn sind es ca. 400 m. Im Umkreis befinden sich viele Läden, Bars und Restaurants. Das Personal war überaus Freundlich. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer (Superior) welches sauber und bequem war. Super war auch das Fühstück auf der Aussichtsterrasse.

It had evidently been botched previously but a professional repair would be more fitting for a nice hotel like this.

The value for money is good, especially if you prepay You could still hear music from the surrounding venues, though that's more about the location than problem of hotel. The hotel isn't the newest, but for this price, you're unlikely to find anything better.

- isabelle (9/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix dans quartier animé - Après 4 nuits dans Sultanahmet, j'avais envie de séjourner dans un autre quartier. L'hôtel est bien situé dans Beyoglu, accès par les "tunels" et le metro 2 depuis la place Taksim, et heureusement aussi à pieds (le 1er mai, tout était bouclé !). Depuis l'aéroport IST prendre la navette Havaist 6 jusqu'au terminus (Taksim). Quartier animé, aucun problème pour une femme seule. Chambre spacieuse, j'avais réservée la plus grande (!) avec terrasse malheureusement sans vue sur la mer. Il faut monter à la terrasse du petit-déjeuner pour apercevoir le Bosphore et les mosquées de Sultanahmet. Baignoire avec balnéo fonctionnant, mais eau chaude irrégulière. Bonne literie, énormes oreillers. Beaucoup de chambres donc hôtel assez anonyme, mais le personnel est à l'écoute et de bon conseil, il suffit de prendre le temps d'échanger ! Par exemple, le réceptionniste m'a réservé une séance de hamam-massage avec transport en taxi qui était très ponctuel. Bon petit-déjeuner salé/sucré, sans originalité, le café est très mauvais (faux expresso). Dans la chambre (502), la climatisation située juste au-dessus de la porte qui mène à la terrasse est très bruyante. Non fumeur, avec capteur dans la chambre, mais des clients mal éduqués fument visiblement dans les salles de bain (l'odeur monte). Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Côté décoration, des améliorations sont possibles : exemple, supprimer les jardinières de plantes en plastique sur la terrasse. Tout un tas de petits détails qui font que l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment un 4 étoiles mais ce n'était pas l'essentiel pour moi.

The air conditioning is very (very) noisy and the surroundings too with loud music and people talking til late. It took 10 minutes to get hot water out of the shower, and after that, the temperature was either piping hot or cold. Overall, a reasonable 3-star hotel (definitely not 4-star).

Emplacement excellent en plein centre, parfait pour se déplacer à pied. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Très adapté avec un enfant de 4 ans. J’y retournerai sans hésiter. - Angela Signoretti (9/5): - L’hotel gode di una posizione davvero eccellente, situato in una tranquilla traversa a pochi passi dalla vivace Istiklal Caddesi, il che lo rende perfetto sia per esplorare la città che per rilassarsi lontano dal caos. La nostra suite era ampia, curata e molto confortevole, ideale per un soggiorno piacevole. Contrariamente a quanto letto in alcune recensioni, non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema di rumore. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile, con una menzione speciale per le cameriere ai piani, attente e gentili. Buona anche la colazione, servita all’ultimo piano, con una piacevole atmosfera per iniziare la giornata. Nella suite 101 non defluisce l' acqua nella vasca da bagno. Manca l' idromassaggio menzionato nelle caratteristiche della camera.

Curățenia a fost 10+ Poziție foarte buna, aproape de Istiklal St. Micul dejun este la etajul 6 și priveliștea este plăcută Micul dejun a fost puțin variat, în fiecare zi a fost cam aceași mâncare. Mâncarea a fost gustoasa, dar nu aveai o mare varietate de unde alegi. Cafea solubila :( Pozele care prezintă micul dejun nu reflecta deloc realitatea

- Raja (10/5): super size and clean room ,ideal location and helpful staff - location is ideal but only issue is taxi will drop you around the corner which some time with extra luggage is a hassle.Reception staff is super sweat and helpful, a big plus is super size room.Definately my first choice in my future visits. Breakfast needs some improvement by adding dairy products like yogurt etc
