• Xinchen (4/5): Not worth money as four start hotel, accepetable if it’s a three star hotel price. - Central place in Rome, walking distance to various places. Small room, single room doesn’t have proper window. Bathroom doesn’t design well especially when u are using toilets. To show room spacious, decorate mirror around the room, doesn’t change the whole room only have very small window that hard to open/close.

• Frank (4/5): Von einem "Palazzo" kann hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet - Nähe zum Bahnhof, Dom (Vorsicht TASCHENDIEBE!) und Palazzo Strozzi Das Frühstück ist passabel und das Personal aufmerksam Der Zimmerpreis ist völlig überzogen ! Die Duschkabine im Bad konnte nur von wirklich schlanken Personen betreten werden, weil eine Wandecke in den Duscheinstieg ragte. Üble Gerüche im Bad aus einem total versifften Bodensyphon, der ausgetrocknet war und seit Generationen nicht gereinigt worden ist. (Würgereiz beim Entfernen des Dweckels , um etwas Wasser Wasser als geruchsverschluss einzufüllen) Die angebliche Hotelbar existiert nicht (mehr). Die Lobby und der Innenhof (Raucherzone) laden nicht zum Aufenthalt ein.

• Caroline (9/5): Lors de ma prochaine visite à Florence, je vais réserver à cet hôtel - Emplacement central, petit déjeuner, chambre propre avec beaucoup de rangements et lits confortables. La porte de chambre pourrait être mieux insonorisée pour les bruits du corridor

Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr gut. Das Badezimmer war jedoch sehr eng und klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, jedoch ab 9 Uhr schon ziemlich leer es wurde kaum nachgefüllt! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! sehr enges, kleines Badezimmer. Zimmertür sehr hellhörig.

Sunt restaurante peste tot , capela Medici e chiar vis a vis , magazine alimentare, cam tot ce vrei . Curățenie in fiecare zi, schimb prosoape zilnic, completare produse igienă zilnic. Geamuri duble, zgomot stradal inexistent. Este o parcare privată aproape, nu am venit cu mașina , dar am văzut-o . Nu e chiar la negativ. Mic dejunul cu produse foarte bune , dar zilnic aceleași . Și așezate exact in același loc.

• Habib (8/5): Kind and responsive staff, pleasant rooms, good breakfast and great location. - I made the mistake of booking the wrong night for my stay, and the staff were very responsive, understanding and accommodating. Alessandra was able to find a room for me on the same day of my arrival. I had to pay an additional 120 euro, but I believe I was given a higher quality room than the one I booked. It was very pleasant, clean and quiet. The breakfast was served in a beautiful room with views of the Medici Chapel, with friendly staff and healthy, gluten-free options. I was up earlier than breakfast and Alessandra kindly made me a barista coffee in the lobby. The location was very good, being walking distance to many popular spots, with an amazing gluten-free pizza restaurant right across the street. The drain in the bathroom had a rotten, pungent smell despite appearing to be newly renovated. However, I find this to be fairly normal in older Italian buildings.

• Mihoko (9/5): 大変満足です。 - ロケーションは、駅や観光スポットまで徒歩で解決する場所にあり、非常に良かったです。 朝食も美味しい。種類は少なめですが、量、質は満足です。 また、窓のすぐ下が、レストランが並ぶ賑やかな通りだったが、窓が二重窓だったので、室内は静かに過ごせました。 部屋にお湯を沸かすポットや、カップ、グラスなどがなかったこと。フロントのスタッフにお願いすれば、グラスや栓抜きは借りられたので、結果的には特に困ったことにはなりませんでしたが。 あとは、バスルームにタオルをかけるところがなく、置き場に困りました。

• Anastasia (10/5): Excellent stay – highly recommended - This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I had originally booked a single room, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable double bed. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. During checkout, they went out of their way to make sure my taxi arrived on time, even calling to confirm and coming outside to assist me. The internet connection was strong and reliable, which was very important for me as I was working remotely during my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Florence.

• Magdalena (8/5): - Hotel polecam z uwagi na położenie w samym centrum Florencji , spacerkiem do najważniejszych punktów miasta, wokół kawiarnie, restauracje, sklepy. Hotel w startej kamienicy ale w środku odnowiony. Mieliśmy pokój na 4 piętrze z niesamowitym widokiem na kopułę katedry i centrum miasta. Śniadanie na zimno ale spory wybór pieczywa, serów, wędlin, jogurty z dodatkami. Dobra kawa ! Nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience, najprawdopodobniej z kanalizacji. Nasz pokój był od strony miasta dzięki czemu mieliśmy fajny widok lecz wiązało się to również z hałasem miasta słyszalnym do późnej nocy i wczesnym rankiem. Są jedną pokoje od strony patio w których powinno być znacznie ciszej.

• Dudes12 (10/5): Nice central hotel - A great central hotel. Very friendly staff and feels very relaxed. A bit noisy from the kitchen across the courtyard but not always so courtyard nice would be nicer to have a more prominent bar for a drink before going out in the evening and returning. Rooms are spacious would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast is very good and friendly . Have stayed a couple of times and will return.
