• pablo (5/5): - Ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza San Marcos. Todas las mañanas nos querían cobrar el desayuno en vez de cargarlo a la habitación y luego cobrarlo a la tarjeta. La habitación, tanto paredes como piso, eran de carton. Dos pisos por escalera. En el desayuno había muchas personas y una maquina de café, se armaba cola.
• MATSUO (9/5): 分かりやすく、オススのホテル - フロントの女性(近くの別のホテルでチェックイン)親切だった。リアルトAから真っ直ぐなので橋も渡らず道を間違えずにたどり着ける。サンマルコ広場にも近い、分かりやすくて便利な場所にある。ホテルの部屋は広くは無いが、バスルームが広々としていてシャワーのスペースも広かった。無料のコーヒー等飲むコーナーがある。朝食はコルネットをお店で買ってホテルのカフェラッテで部屋で食べた。 無料のコーヒー…カップが全て使われていてグラスに入れた。コーヒーがなくなっていた時もあった。

O grande destaque é a localização excelente, perto da Praça San Marco, da Ponte de Rialto e de vários restaurantes maravilhosos, o que facilitou muito nossa estadia. Outro ponto que fez toda a diferença foi o atendimento do Federico, que foi extremamente atencioso. Ele nos ajudou com um roteiro perfeito para aproveitar o pouco tempo que tínhamos na cidade e ainda indicou um restaurante incrível, onde fomos muito bem recebidos e até ganhamos drinks de cortesia. Uma experiência muito positiva!

• Wood (8/5): Would 100% recommend. - Staff were super friendly and helpful and let us drop off our bags for free, room was full of character and a great size, location was ideal - right in the middle of everything. I thought that this was great value for money and would definitely recommend. A second pillow for the bed would have made the sleep a little comfier and, although not necessarily the fault of the hotel, because it was in a very popular area I was woken up a few times in the night by loud/drunken people on the streets.

• ELISSAVET (10/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει! Εμείς μείναμε στο παράρτημα του ξενοδοχείου το οποίο ήταν σχεδόν δίπλα στο κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ζεστό! Η κοπέλες της καθαριότητας περνούσαν κάθε μέρα. Είχε ζεστό νερό όλες τις ώρες, καθώς επίσης είχε και ένα μικρό σαλονάκι στο ισόγειο το οποίο παρείχε δωραν καφέ, τσάι και σοκολάτα όλο το 24ωρο. Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι!!!
• maria grazia (10/5): Consigliatissimo hotel . Relax e posizione perfetta. - Cortesia. Camere belle pulite e posizione vicinissima al ponte rialto e piazza san marco . Tutto perfetto! Anche la colazione svoltasi nel vicinissimo hotel Venezia un 4 stelle .

• Peter (10/5): Ottima struttura - Ovviamente la posizione, poi la struttura molto bella, storica, arredati con lampadari con vetro di Murano. Una sala da tè a disposizione con bevande gentilmente offerti. Forse i letti leggermente scomodi e il fatto che la mattina non trovavi più tazze pulite per prendere una bevanda.
