Todo le demás empezando por cama pequeña e incomoda, ropa de cama y cortinas viejas y sucias,horroroso ruido del extractor en el baño mientras se tenía la luz encendida, la tv no hubo manera de encenderla y lo peor de todo las vistas a un muro de cemento con un hueco de 1 m. - Cánovas Fernández (10/5): Ubicación y trato perfecto:) - La mujer de recepción aparte de darnos consejos y ayudarnos en todo momento era super simpática! Se agradece muchísimo. La ubicación era más que perfecta, teníamos todo al lado y el hecho de que te salga más barato el parking (también muy cerca) es un punto a favor porque ya se sabe que en Andorra lo que más pica son los parkings. La decoración es algo antigua y la cama un poco dura pero para nosotros estuvo muy bien porque la idea no era quedarnos en el hotel si no estar fuera todo el día.

- Aaguirre (1/5): Muy decepcionante. No se corresponde con un hotel de 3 estrellas. - Sinceramente, si estáis pensando en reservar aquí, os recomendaría reconsiderarlo. En mi opinión, no cumple en absoluto con los estándares que uno espera de un hotel de esta categoría; la sensación general es la de un alojamiento muy básico. El descanso fue prácticamente imposible. La insonorización, al menos en nuestra habitación, era inexistente. Se escuchaba todo con total claridad: conversaciones, puertas y ruidos constantes. Dormir fue complicado. Además, durante la noche la sensación era de que el hotel se quedaba prácticamente vacío, lo que también resultó extraño y poco tranquilizador. La habitación nos pareció extremadamente pequeña y la única ventana estaba situada en el baño. Para colmo, las ventanas estaban llenas de suciedad y excrementos de paloma, algo que da muy mala impresión nada más verlo. La cama de “matrimonio” no resultó adecuada para dos personas, ni por tamaño ni por comodidad. La calefacción es centralizada y, en nuestra experiencia, por la mañana la apagaban, lo que hacía que la habitación se quedara fría sin posibilidad de regularla. La limpieza fue uno de los aspectos más preocupantes. Encontramos pelos en la cama y restos en el baño. Son detalles que considero inaceptables en cualquier alojamiento, y más aún en uno que se anuncia como 3 estrellas. La atención del personal, en nuestro caso, fue distante y poco amable, lo que terminó de empeorar la impresión general. Nada más llegar se nos solicitó un depósito de 50 € como fianza, algo que nos sorprendió bastante. Además, la tasa turística nos indicaron que debía abonarse en efectivo, sin facilitarnos el pago con tarjeta, lo que resultó incómodo. El supuesto “buffet” no se corresponde con la idea habitual de buffet; nuestra impresión fue que se trata simplemente de un pequeño bar. Antes de alojarnos leí varias reseñas y, tras vivir la experiencia, entiendo perfectamente muchas de las críticas negativas, ya que nuestra estancia coincidió en varios puntos con lo que otros huéspedes ya habían

- Elena (7/5): Bien 😀 - No desayunamos en el hotel, sin duda lo mejor la ubicación (en el centro al lado de la plaza del pueblo) y la calefacción de la habitación. No me gustó la zona por el aparcamiento pero bueno, hay diversos parkings. Algo muy incómodo fue el sonido del extractor del baño, hacía muchísimo ruido al encender la luz sin opción de poder quitar el ruido y que la luz siguiese encendida. La única otra pega que le pondría a la estancia fue que olía a tuberías el baño/habitacion.

Llegaba gente borracha gritando a las 6 de la mañana y parecía que los tenia al lado. Teníamos una pareja al lado que ponía musica a las 8-9 de la mañana en su habitación y se escuchaba mucho, fatal eso la verdad.

- Etsuko (5/5): デポジットの件を除けばまあまあ - 最初はそれほでもなかったが半ば以降フレンドリーになりレストランのアドバイスはとても良かった。アドバイスなしで行ったレストランのパエリアがとんでもなく塩辛くて食べられなかったがホテルスタッフの1人に聞いて行った所は良かった。アドバイスをくれたのはマリーローという女性スタッフだった。 予約時に聞いていなかったデポジットをチェックイン時に50€取られた。チェックアウト後にスタッフが点検し問題がなければカードに返金されるということだった。過去に宿泊者による被害にあったのだろうが立ち合いの元での点検ではないので不安が残る。身に覚えの無い請求があった場合はどうしたらよいのか聞いたらブッキングコムまたは直接にメールをするようにとの事だが非常に手間がかかり泣き寝入りになるかもしれない。 シーツなどの清潔感に疑問があった。バスルームが少し匂いがした。コップは紙コップが最初に洗面室と部屋のテーブルに2個づつあった。グラスか陶器、せめてプラスチックであって欲しい。4泊したがトイレットペーパーを含め全てのアメニティは頼まないと補充はなかった。2人での利用だったがカードキーがI枚だったので少しだけ不便。 スタッフによっては言葉が通じにくかった。
