- Sonya (10/5): The staff is so helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing ! The room was very comfortable and clean. - Everything was perfect ! Location was amazing , tons of restaurants and shops. Very close to the square . We thought staying on the canal was charming and we experienced Venice. Some may find this a little loud in the am but you are in Venice and this is the pulse of the city. I personally loved it but some may not. Just noting so people are aware :)

The location was perfect, only 5 mins walk from the water taxi from the airport. It was in a slightly quieter area but still only 5 mins walk to the main streets and attractions. The staff went above and beyond, even messaging me to inform me of the public transport strikes and the best way to get to the hotel. If I am to return I would 100% book this hotel again. Cannot fault it

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vor allem auf dem kleinen schönen Balkon. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Matratze war ein wenig hart, aber das ist sicher Geschmacksache.

COOP, restaurants, the Rialto Bridge, and other sights are nearby. The accommodation was beautifully clean and well-furnished. Aleksandra was happy to help us whenever we needed it.

Our room was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Good size shower. Very friendly staff especially Betty who checked us in. We used the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view and passing gondolas. Lots of choice for breakfast.Only 6 rooms,, all on the ground floor. Close to all the main sites and lots or restaurants around. The pillows were a little flat. It would have been nice to have free bottles of water replenished each day and a kettle in the room to make tea as in the evening there are no staff around to replenish the hot water.

Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta, el recibimiento de Alexandra te hace sentir en un ambiente familiar, tranquilo y cercano. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Venecia, ideal para descansar por la noche, pero a la vez perfectamente comunicado para moverte cómodamente por la ciudad. Las habitaciones están cuidadas hasta el último detalle: limpias, modernas, muy bien equipadas y decoradas respetando la esencia y el encanto de Venecia. Ha sido una estancia excelente, con comodidades a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Lo recomiendo al 100% y, si vuelvo a Venecia, sin duda volveré a hospedarme en Alla Vite Dorata.

- Kalima (10/5): Hôtel au top ! - Le personnel est très avenant et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est agréable, bien situé au calme et la chambre est très propre. Elle est nettoyée tous les jours. La chambre dispose du matériel nécessaire (sèche cheveux, produits et même une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée). Un coin thé, café avec des biscuits sont à disposition toutes la journée. Séjour très agréable, nous recommandons cet endroit. Tout était parfait. Si on devait chipoter ça serait éventuellement pour les pancakes congelés, malgré que le petit déjeuner dispose de produits frais et les couvertures mais ça c'est seulement une question de goût.

Al tempo stesso fuori dal caos. Cura dei dettagli negli arredi delle camere e degli spazi comuni. Colazione degna di un 5 stella. Ambiente silenzioso. Terrazzino magico con affaccio sul canale. Proprietaria e personale di una squisitezza e disponibilità fuori dal comune. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la mattina alle 7:15 passano gli addetti alla raccolta dei rifiuti con i carrelli proprio davanti alla struttura e se si ha un sonno leggero come il mio si viene svegliati. Ma per il resto il B&B è avvolto nel silenzio più totale.
- Kristin (10/5): Beautiful apartment that is extremely spacious - We had the apartment there for our family of four. It was extraordinary and extremely spacious. The staff was friendly, accommodating and had wonderful suggestions. The kitchen was stocked with all you could need. The property overlooks a canal. There is a table that seats 4 in the kitchen, as well as an oven, electric Smeg cooktop, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Everything you need to cook is there! The living room has two big sofas, a TV with smart apps, many board games and a large wooden table to sit at. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and their own bathrooms! One bedroom even has a huge walk in closet! I cannot emphasize enough how large the apartment is! It was in a great location—tucked away to feel private but close enough to walk to so many great spots. The only downside to renting the apartment is that you cannot get the hotel breakfast, which was in a cute area and looked delicious. However, you have your own kitchen or you can walk to a local bakery or grocery store to pick something up.

- Brinsley (9/5): Wonderful boutique place to stay away from the crowds in Venice - Truly delightful small boutique hotel run by an extremely friendly and helpful mother and son team and wonderful assistant who manages the breakfast and cleans the rooms. Very comfortable single room with a window you can open if need be anda double door for sound insulation from reception. I had a big suitcase, so it took up a bit of room. But there is a cuboard, small writing desk and bedside table, fridge, safe and lots of lighting options. Nice sized bathroom with shower and heated towel rack. Nice individual toiletries supplied in a small whicker basket in the vanity unit. A very nice breakfast with a good selection of choices (eggs and espresso coffee on request, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, breads and pastries, savoury torta, selection of cheeses & cold cuts, cakes, juices, milk and plant based milk options etc) is served in a lovely room behind reception that opens onto a balcony that has a table and chairs so you can sit right on the canal. We were there in February so the rooms were extremely well priced. It is a great location half way between the touristy San Marco area and the nicer, more authentic Cannaregio area up closer to the train station. many small bars and restuarants close by, inclusing a great Co-op supermarket and a number of quiet streets. Nokola (the son) had a lot of great advice about how to navigate our stay, including an excellent recommendation for a neighborhood bar a couple of blocks away opposite the Hotel Georgio, which I think was called El Sbarlefo. We had Appertivo hour there 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed in Venice. Highly recommended - the French barmaid is a truly lovely and genuinely friendly person we chatted to every night. There is also a very nice small low key bar local bar restaurant close by called Puppa Bar Venezia with very affordable food. Both are very un-touristy and patronised by locals. No negatives. One suggestion would to be to play some very quiet classical or jazz music in teh breakfast room becasue it is extremely intimate and quiet - you feel like everyone will hear you eating. Around 7am weekdays, a boat unloads deliveries for businesses in the surroudning neighbourhood for about an hour, which made quite a bit on noise on the cobblestones outside my window. But I was on the ground floor and it really wasn't an issue. More interesting, from a living on canals perspective, than anything.

- Ramesh (10/5): One of the best stays I have experienced - When you book a room, you expect three basic things - clean and comfy rooms, a good breakfast and approachable staff. And this stay had it all! The rooms were very nicely done and had a really pretty decor, the breakfast albeit simple was splendid, the reception was very warm and welcoming despite the language barriers between us. Nothing over the top but the thought put into their service shows they really care about their customers. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay!

- Moe (10/5): Lovely small hotel - The room was literally spotless, everywhere was super clean and the following days cleanings were perfect again. It was small because I have booked a single room, but comfortable enough for the solo traveler unless travelling with a large suitcase. The hotel had everything needed and all the people I met were very welcoming and supportive. Equipped with a modern bathroom. Hot water/tea/coffee machine self service at the dining area was very helpful when I come back from cold outside. The location was also good, a few minutes from the vaporetto station 'Ca' d'or ' and close to the Coop supermarket. Another vaporetto stop which takes to Murano/Burano islands were also walking distance. The single room (room #1) is located right next to the reception. Despite the owner's effort of setting up a double door, the noise was still there; I could hear all the conversation... It was okay for me spending most of time outside, but if you put more value in privacy and/or plan to stay long time in the hotel room (e.g. workation), it may not be a best match.

- Alex Florov (10/5): A peaceful, cozy stay with wonderful hospitality - Alla Vite Dorata is a wonderful place to stay in Venice. It’s located on a quiet dead-end street, so the area feels peaceful and calm. We were welcomed by Nicola, who explained everything clearly, shared helpful tips, and was extremely friendly. The room was very cozy, with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and even Netflix available. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was delicious, and you can enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the canal — a perfect start to the morning. We were especially touched by the amazing brownie and the bottle of Prosecco they gifted my wife for her birthday. A truly thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice!

Horaires très flexibles, nous sommes arrivés depuis la gare en 20min de marche et repartis en avion avec la navette marine en 10min de marche.

- Simone (9/5): Beautiful maintained, welcoming and great location in quiet neighbourhood without being in the middle of the tourist tra - The location is central, strolling distance to all the key landmarks yet the hotel is itself on a quiet end street, and I was given a room directly on the canal. The staff were really friendly, and since there was no booking for my room the next day, they even let me keep my luggage and room until lunchtime when I was to take the Alilaguna to the airport. My room was spacious, warm (even though it freezing cold and raining the last two days before). Nothing, really
