All staff members were courteous and very helpful. Special shout out to Jessica who was very helpful for arranging all our travel needs. Travelling was a breeze with her arrangements. It is in the centre of Hanoi Breakfast spread was also one of the best I had in Vietnam Overall would highly recommend stay here to anyone coming to hanoi. NA

En la primera habitación que hemos estado había un olor muy fuerte a encerrado, he hablado con la chica que estaba en recepción y nos ha cambiado de habitación que estaba en la primera planta y había mucho ruido por la mañana por culpa de los desayunos. Sin que dijéramos nada, nos han ofrecido una tercera habitación, nos hemos vuelto a cambiar y muy bien. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, podrías pedir cuantos platos querías y había un buffet.

• Nicole (10/5): Stay here - Comfortable bed Helpful staff, Jessica and Kevin in reception and Mai in dining area for breakfast was so kind and happy to talk, she is very helpful and friendly. Great coffee directly opposite hotel and great food right next door. For us, the location was the best, can walk around to.most places, local food and tourist restaurants are all close, if have to go further, just use grab. Kevin organised our Limo transport to Sapa at short notice and at a great price. We will return to Eliana Ruby, depending on availability after our Sapa, Ha Giang and Cao Bang trip. All good

Même les personnes derrière les fourneaux! Tout le monde est très accueillant, souriant, extrêmement gentil et prévenant Le petit-déjeuner est très complet. Un service de laundry est disponible : le linge déposé le matin est prêt en fin d'après-midi le même jour. L'hôtel propose aussi des visites en fonction des envies et à différents budgets. Une voiture est également disponible pour les allers-retours à l'aéroport à un prix très raisonnable. Si nous repassons par Hanoï, nous y reviendrons certainement. A very good place to stay. Excellent value for money. Very comfortable bedding. Well-equipped room and a large bathroom. Marie, Mai, Jessica, and everyone else — even the people behind the stoves! Everyone is very welcoming, cheerful, extremely kind, and attentive. The breakfast is very complete. A laundry service is available: clothes dropped off in the morning are ready by the end of the afternoon the same day. The hotel also offers tours tailored to different interests and budgets. A car is also available for round trips to the airport at a very reasonable price. If we come back to Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great air conditioning and a beautiful view of the city. The location was perfect — close to the Old Quarter, restaurants, coffee shops, and many of Hanoi’s major attractions. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of Vietnamese and international options. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team truly made me feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

• zuv (9/5): Very good choice - I stayed here for 3 nights, in two rounds, once for one night and then for two more, a few days apart (in between I visited Ha Long bay). The hotel is located on a narrow side street, which you can access either from P. Hàng Mành street or from P. Đường Thành street. The area, OK, in the old town, many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It's not a big hotel, but it was an OK stay. The room, not very big, very clean. In the room I had a not very big TV (I didn't even turn it on, I don't care about TV when I travel), a safe (I also didn't use it), a small fridge (very useful). The air conditioning worked very well, as did the Wi-Fi. The room has a window but no view, you only see the neighboring building. The bathroom, small but very clean and equipped with everything you need. One of only 2-3 hotels in Vietnam I've stayed in that had good shower pressure. The breakfast, included in the room price, was good and varied. The lady who runs the dining room is extremely kind, which gets a little tiring. I felt like I was in kindergarten when I had to eat everything from my plate. Maybe she should be a little more relaxed, a little more discreet. The reception staff, extremely kind and nice. It was the only hotel that responded quickly to all the messages with various questions sent prior to arrival, through Jessica, to whom I thank in this way as well. Also, thanks to the night receptionist, a young lady, very kind and ready to help you with the information you need. I'm sorry I don't remember her name... All in all, a good choice, I would stay with them if I were to end up in Hanoi again. Amplasarea AC, prea aproape de pat. They turned off air conditining in the rooms during the day so when you got back it was really hot - 38 degrees C outside. Also the lobby was mssing AC along with hallways. • roman (8/5): A pleasant stay with a few minor imperfections - The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet location close to all the action. Desk staff were friendly and Mary was awesome and a very happy and helpful young lady. The breakfast area was a little cramped. Mai, the hostess, whilst friendly and wanting to serve us, didn’t have enough room to move around. The food was good. The foyer was cluttered and the credit card fee was an unnecessary impost. I’ve stayed at many hotels in VN and this was one of few that charged a fee for using a card for payment. The room attendants were quite tardy. Fix these things up and I’ll happily stay there again.

• Bianca (10/5): Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Lage und top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht, nachdem wir aus Ninh Binh angereist waren. Das Zimmer war klein, aber geräumig. Bad und Toilette waren sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jessica half uns bei der Buchung des Ha Giang Loop. Und wir buchten gleich eine weitere Nacht für unsere Rückreise (gegen 2 Uhr nachts) und konnten unseren großen Rucksack dort "bunkern" während unseres Ha Giang Trips. Gute Restaurantempfehlungen und andere hilfreiche Tipps gab es ebenfalls. Lage ist top - im Old Quarter und alles, was man braucht, ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab ein Buffet und man konnte Omelett, Toast, englisches Brot oder Pfannkuchen bestellen. Großes Dankeschön an Mai, die uns jeden Morgen umsorgt hat.

The location is excellent right in the Old Quarter, close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day. The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions I had. As a solo traveler, this made me feel comfortable and safe. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it offers great value for money. The rooms feel slightly dated, and the bathroom could benefit from some renovation as there are visible signs of wear.

• Denis (10/5): Amazing staff, great location. - Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped me book taxis to and from the hotel as well as organizing a trip to ha long bay. was provided a pamphlet on arrival with best sightseeing locations nearby as well as food and transportation options. The location is in the middle of the old town with plenty to see and great security. Great value for money with breakfast included.
• Ayumi (10/5): We love everying🫶💕💕 - Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all helpful, kind, and friendly! Jessica surprised me with a birthday cake upon my arrival, and “MAR” from the restaurant was always welcoming. She even made me ginger tea when I was coughing. We truly felt like we were at home. I would recommend this accommodation 120% and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us! 🩷🩷🩷 Nothing
• Mikołaj (10/5): Great place in Hanoi Old Town - We were welcomed by a hotel manager and the reception service with tasty cups of cinammnon tea. Both of them were very helpful and told us about nearby and possible attractions. Guy at reception took our backpacks directly to the room. Rooms were cleaned and tidy. There was everything you need. The breakfasts were very tasty. Mia was very helpful and nice. She wanted to serve us with great devotion. Location is another big advantage. I highly recommend it

• Vincent (10/5): Small hotel in the hustle and bustle of the old town - It is a small hotel in the hustle and bustle of the old town, but it’s in a rather quiet street so it’s not noisy. The room was small but it was okay for us, we had the space needed. The bed was soft and we slept so good. If you don’t like soft mattresses, you could ask for a harder one. The breakfast was more than okay and you could choose extras à la carte. The personnel was very friendly. For that price I really recommend this hotel.
• Esther (10/5): - Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, locatie in een rustig straatje maar goede locatie. Erg ruime kamer met fijne badkamer. Goed ontbijt. En ik had de mogelijkheid iets later uit te checken voor mijn vlucht en zij regelden een taxi. Fijn verblijf gehad!

• Julie (10/5): - The helpful and friendly staff. The location on a quiet side alley yet central to the Old Quarter. Very good breakfast with lots of choice and options to order cooked dishes. It was really appreciated that we had access to a shower after checkout prior to a long international flight.
• Kok Yang (10/5): The staff service is 10 out of 10, while the hotel facilities are only 3 out of 10. - The location is very convenient. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10. However, I decided to give it a 10 out of 10 because of the staff’s excellent service and professionalism. During check-in, they patiently explained the surrounding dining and entertainment options and even provided a helpful list. There was no hard selling of any tour packages. My stay also included my birthday, and they kindly surprised me with a cake. Even after we had checked out, they still allowed us to use the restroom and shower facilities. A special mention to Mary, Anna, and Jessica at the front desk, and Mai from the breakfast team. They were always smiling and took exceptional care of us. These ladies are truly a credit to the hotel. The most disappointing aspect was the air quality in the room. After 6:00 AM every day, the air-conditioning would carry strong food and cooking smells, with heavy greasy fumes. If you tried to sleep in, the smell would often wake you up, so we were essentially forced to wake up early every morning for breakfast. I am not sure whether the smell was coming from the hotel’s restaurant or nearby surroundings. The breakfast area itself is quite small, and the ventilation system does not seem to be effective. After each breakfast, our clothes and hair would smell strongly of cooking fumes, which was very uncomfortable. That said, the hotel staff truly made up for these shortcomings. Without their excellent service and attitude, I would have given a much lower rating.

• Sophie (10/5): Superbe expérience - Nous avons réalisé 3 séjours dans cet établissement, et quelle bonne affaire nous avons fait : tout était propre, calme, fonctionnel et avec un personnel aux petits soins. On peut laisser nos bagages autant de temps que l’on veut, et même prendre une douche après avoir fait le Check out (ils prêtent une serviette) ! Buen desayuno, completo y rico. Ubicación excelente. Sin apenas ruido aún estando en el centro. La ducha súper gustosa, buena presión y con agua caliente! Es cierto que la habitación era más bien pequeña, pero suficiente para alojarnos dos personas con backpacks, cómodamente. A veces puedo oler a húmedo; es cuestión de ventilar y se arregla.
