• Sandra (10/5): - The accommodation is perfectly located right in the city center, while still being easy to reach from the train station. Everything was very nice, clean, and well maintained, and we received a very friendly welcome upon arrival. A real highlight is the café from the owner, right next to the accomodation, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was excellent, and the view over the square was absolutely wonderful. We thank the Owner and his staff for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended — we would be very happy to come back again.

• Karen (10/5): Fantastic! - this little B and B is great. Wonderful location near the Uffizi Gallery, Signoria Piazza, Arno River. I had a single so the room was small - as to be expected, but had everything needed- Fridge, Safe, Hair Dryer, etc. Felt very safe. Bed was firm - fine for me, but others might find it a bit hard. Breakfast was AMAZING! just a 1/2 block away at a restaurant. I was treated so nicely. I will stay here again!

• Natalie (10/5): Delightful staff and hotel, noisy location - Wonderful service, especially breakfast right on the square. The owner and staff introduced themselves and recognized us everytime we came into the cafe for a coffee or water. Easy to contact if you need anything. Very charming room and lobby area! Hard to sleep since the location is directly in the middle of the city and there are tourists up at all hours of the night. All the rooms face the street, not the hotel's fault it's super noisy in the area, just something to be aware of. Also the city doesn't allow air conditioning until May, given that we went the last week of April it was quite warm so we needed to keep the window open and couldn't shut out any outside noise.

Bed was comfortable, and room was beautiful. As you are in the centre, be aware that there might be some noise in the evenings/at night. However, windows blocked most of it out. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is excellent, right in the center, with all major attractions within a short walking distance. Breakfast was served at Caffe Perseo, located in Piazza della Signoria, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The coffee was excellent, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It is also only fifteen minutes walk from the station. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host is kind and helpful. I only have positive comments as it was an exceptional stay.

Tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei a tutti Tutto perfetto, unica annotazione soltanto un pizzico di rumore notturno in alcuni frangenti proveniente dal passaggio di gente che schiamazzava per le vie limitrofe, ma di certo non imputabile alla struttura.

Só ten atención persoal até as dez da mañá. Ten limpeza diaria. O cuarto é amplo; non esí a dducha que é cativa e incómoda. O almorzo sírveno na cafetería Perseo, da mesma propiedade que o B&B. A cafetería está en plena praza da Señoría, polo que a vista durante o al,morzo, que se fai na terraza cuberta da cafetería, é excepcional. O almorzo consiste en zume de laranxa, café (a repetir), un bocadiño de salgado e pastelería diversa. O propietario (Gianpiero) é moi cordial e o camareiro (Vincenzo) moi amábel e atento. O millor do B&B é a ubicación. A ducha.

Et si vous avez froid (il faisait 3° dehors), vous devez mendier pour qu'on vous monte la température. Jai eu froid la plupart du séjour, et ils ont accepté de monter de 1 degré quand je leur ai dis. A 140 euros la nuit ce n'est pas normal. Aussi, je nai pas apprécié que le patron me ridiculise le matin au café en disant à ses collègues "22 degrés dans la chambre ce n'est pas suffisant pour elle". C'est extrêmement incorrect. Et non, 22 degrés (selon votre thermostat) était très insuffisant pour moi et je ne vous dois aucune justification à ce sujet puisque j'ai payé.

His staff is amazing and we left feeling like we had a new family. Highly recommend Caffe Perseo, food is amazing, service is top notch. Richard Moreno Thought the double room had 2 bathrooms but only had one. Probably my fault for not reading the description properly.

Very helpful staff at reception, manned however for just a few hours - A superbly located property, just off the Piazza Della Signoria and a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio. For sightseeing, it would be hard to find a better location. Our room was a good size with plenty of room around the large and comfortable bed for our stuff. The bathroom was well equipped. Staff at reception were very kind and helpful with suggestions and tips. Breakfast was taken at the Caffe Perseo located on the Piazza Della Signoria, a minute’s walk from the B&B. Breakfast was excellent, though you have to ask if you want savory rather than sweets! The coffee was excellent. There was nothing I didn’t like, but it would be good for prospective visitors to note that the B&B is located on the second floor, and there is no lift; the wi-fi signal wasn’t strong in our room, but sufficient to book tickets to venues and events. Finally, the shower is relatively small so those of us with larger frames will find it a little tight! But these are minor niggles and soon forgotten once you are engrossed in the offerings of the Uffizi or the Palazzo Vecchio.

Also excellent location! Uffizi was just across the square. River was a block away. Duomo was 2 blocks. Three flights of stairs to the first floor no elevator. It’s to be expected in old Florence but as a small older woman I wrestled my 35 lb bag and almost didn’t make it.

A big plus was the daily excellent breakfast at Perseo’s Cafe. Staff support was also outstanding. The only thing we were disappointed with was the small corner shower stall size.

The room was spacious and very luxe! location right in the heart of Florence. Reception staff very helpful. I will definitely recommend the B&B to friends traveling to Florence and will definitely stay there on our next trip to Florence! just minor things, maybe a shelf below the sink to hold toiletries or a larger shelf above the sink. Also, a photo of the door in the alley way to help find the location. The photo that Google Maps uses is wrong and confusing.

I struggled to sleep the first night with the noise of the air conditioner however I think it was necessary, I'm sure it would have gotten too hot without, so not really a negative overall!

The staff were so accommodating, and we were greeted by name. When we had an early morning tour the hotel offered to make us a take away breakfast. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. There was one morning where there were workers in the street pumping for ages which woke us up. But this is no fault of the hotel.
