The dining area was very good, and the breakfast was excellent. Parking and location are other positives. I would stay again.

Paulette (10/5): - We just spent one week at this place and I highly recommend it! We booked the one bedroom apartment and we’re so glad we did. It was nice to have so much room. It looks exactly like the pictures online. The bed linens were nice, the kitchen and bathroom are modern and new. The location was so convenient as it’s a short walk to the Main Street that has all the restaurants and a market and a short walk in the other direction takes you to the tube. The property is in excellent condition although we did on occasion hear other tenants talking or yelling at one point. But that only happened twice. The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped with blow dryer, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, coffee maker, instant kettle, toaster etc. and we appreciated they provided coffee pods for us. They supply you with plenty of huge towels too! There’s a washing machine that also dries clothes. My one suggestion is if the owners could give better instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. As the manual isn’t clear. Although breakfast is available, we didn’t buy it. We loved this place and the nice people who work there. Highly recommend it!!!

The light above the mirror was not working, the basin didn't have a mixer tap so you had to fill it to wash and I prefer to wash in running water and the shower mixer wasn't thermostatic so the water temperature kept varying from too hot to cold, which was uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Our room was simply furnished and comfortable, although my wife found the mattress uncomfortably firm. The bathroom door was difficult to open (I reported this to reception at the time). All staff were very helpful and attentive and we enjoyed our overnight stay very much.
ashit (6/5): Average hotel - OK hotel, very basis. Rooms very average. Uncomfortable beds. No mixer taps in the sink. So have to struggle with separate hot and cold taps. Same problem with the shower, was difficult to get comfortable water temperature. Not a great start to the morning.

Robert (6/5): - We were expecting more with such high ratings. We were in room 18 all the way to the top, well there are no elevators in so getting our luggage up was quite the hassle. A cart would have been handy but not available. There is no air conditioning in the place, but it was a nice cool evening. The bathroom had mold in the shower ceiling and pealing paint, just little things that should be addressed before someone writes about them. Staff was wonderful and pleasant, breakfast was a nice surprise. Skeleton key was a surprise but we figured it out just like the neighbors beside us, we both laughed at our struggles. Cute and quaint if that is what you are looking for then you will be very happy

Marcos (10/5): - Really nice place at a reasonable price. It’s slightly less than a 10 minute walk from the tube and near local dinning, pubs, and a supermarket. I was able to experience a bit of neighborhood life during my stay. The one inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, which made bringing down our luggage challenging. The breakfast is great, the staff is friendly, and the garden beautiful. I enjoyed my stay.
Jonathan (10/5): Great stay, parking and brekkie, tube Nrthn line - Really great stay, I had a blip with hotels.com having my booking on my email rather than in my hotels.com account so had to ffaff around a bit to sort it out but Alan was really helpful and we got the night swap and booking sorted in the end. Great breakfast the girls really looked after our every ask. Fab garden and location a little over 10 mins up the slight hill from the nearest tube. Aircon and a bigger bed would have made it perfect, but fan in room was a godsend in the hottest day of the year. FAB. thanks all.

Although it's not near anything touristy it is near a supermarket, several restaurants, and the nearest underground station is walkable. I wish there was a refrigerator in the room. I needed an ironing board so they let me use the one in their laundry room. Breakfast was good.

Jane (10/5): An excellent hotel - We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Glenlyn Hotel. We were upgraded to very large, immaculately clean, beautiful, well equipped and furnished apartment. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Excellent location; quiet, but close to a nice area with a good range of restaurants, shops etc. Close to a tube station, off-street parking, nice breakfast. Superb.

Richard (8/5): Good value and great location - Great location near to the tube and with free parking all be it limited. Close to shops and restaurants too and in a pretty quiet side street even though it’s pretty close to the main road. Decent room and bed with reasonable bathroom and good shower. The breakfast was pretty decent, not the best we have experienced but that is being harsh it was still pretty good. The staff and the service was very good everyone was friendly and smiling. We would definitely use the hotel again

Debby (6/5): Business Stay - Great location for tube into the city and parking a real bonus. Rooms very disappointing nothing like they look on line. Cleanliness poor and rooms need attention on maintenance basin marked sockets and light fitting falling off walls. Felt really uncomfortable. Would not recommend. A shame as the gentleman working in the evening was helpful and polite.
