• JenSto (8/5): Nice stay in Margaret Hotel - Two brothers running the hotel and they are friendly and service-oriented. Location very good, walking distance from the main train station and to most of Florence's most popular attractions. Lots of restaurants, mini shops, ice cream shops nearby. Bed very comfortable (my taste). Clean in the room and in the modern bathroom. We could leave our luggage while waiting for our train departure time. If I really need to wish for anything, that would be extra pillows (for pillow lovers like me) :)

La camera non era dotata di toilette, c'erano soltanto un lavabo accanto al letto ed una cabina doccia. Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato considerando che la la stanza era posta all'interno di una struttura ricettiva assai modesta.

Stanza pulita in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni ed a pochi minuti dal centro città. Personale veramente gentilissimo, consigliato!!!!
• ELISABETH (7/5): Bien placé, bon accueil, chambre agréable - mais salle de bains peut mieux faire ! - C'est en fait ce qu'on appelait jadis une "pensione", un hôtel à l'étage, simple, sympathique. La chambre était petite mais agréable car donnant sur un jardin calme avec une jolie vue dégagée. Les hôtes sont arrangeants et agréables. La qualité des draps et surtout (aïe !) les serviettes en microfibres ! La salle de bains est plutôt exiguë, le système des WC pas très plaisant.

O chuveiro deixa a desejar sendo que em alguns horarios a agua não esquentava o suficiente.

Otelin konumu ve dizaynı da çok hoştu ancak bizim oda dışardan çok ses alıyordu. Resepsiyona yakın bir odada olmamız kaynaklı olabilir ancak diğer odalardan da ses geliyordu. Sabah 6.30-07.00 gibi temizlik seslerine ve konuşmalara uyanıyorduk. Odada terlik bulunması hoştu, ne istesek yardımcı oldular. Ortak bir buzdolabı var. Çay/kahve makinesinden faydalanmak isterseniz 0.60€ ödemeniz gerekiyor.

I appreciated the old world vibe in the room and the space. Nice staff who allowed me to leave my bags for the day. The only downside to this place was noise from the street at night. It was a busy area and I had to wear earplugs. Otherwise, it was a great spot!

El baño es comunitario pero de solo 2 habitaciones. Esta limpio y buen estado. Está muy muy cerca de la estación de tren y a 10 minutos del centro. El personal es muy amable y no he tenido ninguna problema con ellos. El dia de salida he podido dejar las bolsas unas horas y recogerlas más tarde Muy recomendable

• Matthias (3/5): Für eine Nacht hats gereicht - Die Lage hat genau für einen Tag Stadt anschauen gepasst. Wir hatten leider nur kaltes Wasser, sehr undichte Fenster, nur eine Steckdose, ausschließlich Mikrofaser Handtücher (kenn ich eher fürs campen) und zu guter Letzt sehr dünne Wände. Nebenan war das Hotelpersonal und man konnte jedes sehr laut gesprochen hören.

• Alejandra (9/5): Buen lugar - La ubicación es excelente si llegas a la estación de Florencia SMN La habitación es amplia, tiene varios servicios que hacen agradable tu estancia. Nos ayudaron con información en Florencia y también pudimos dejar nuestras maletas posterior a la salida. Lo único, es el ruido externo a la habitación que está sobre la calle, dificulta conciliar el sueño. Lo demás estuvo excelente.

O quarto parecia bem limpo também! A máquina de café disponível por 0,60€ na recepção também é muito boa! Atendentes muito educados! Tem chinelo disponível no quarto. Ter uma garrafa de água no quarto também foi uma ótima gentileza. Uma dica que dou: Não fiquem no quarto que é virado para a rua. É muito barulho! O barulho externo não é culpa do hotel, mas a recepção também é muito barulhenta! Desse quarto virado para a rua, é muito próximo à recepção e ao quarto que os atendentes ficam. Então nos dois dias de hospedagem acordei assustada com o barulho dos atendentes falando muito alto! Parece até que estão brigando, mas é o jeito deles falarem. Entendo que os atendentes deveriam prezar mais pelo ambiente silencioso. Afinal, vamos ao hotel para o descanso. E o atendente fala no telefone sem parar, muito alto! Talvez os quartos do fundo sejam melhores para evitar esse tanto de barulho (externo e interno). As toalhas também, nunca vi um material desses como toalha. Recomendo colocarem toalhas tradicionais. Das cobertas, sou mais a favor de colocarem uma ou duas cobertas boas (edredons) do que as 4 cobertas de material mais ruinzinho igual são. Tive dúvida se as cobertas eram lavadas de um hóspede para outro, pois achei cabelo branco enorme grudado nela, e não era meu. Então acho que estavam sujas. O box do banheiro é bem pequenininho.. se a pessoa for mais gordinha, poderá ser um problema. Sobre o valor, não foi tão barato. Porque as vezes pensam que olhamos só preço. De todos os hotéis que fiquei nessa viagem, esse foi o menor avaliado por mim, mas não foi o mais barato.
• Antonella (8/5): Buena experiencia - Muy bien ubicada la zona, nos recibieron con mucha calidez y amabilidad! Estaba todo muy limpio y cómodo, nos brindaron todo lo que necesitábamos. Llegas caminando a todos lados, eso es fundamental ya que teníamos poco tiempo en Florencia. La ducha a la noche no salió caliente, puede ser que haya sido algo solo de ese día, al quedarnos solo esa noche no pudimos consultar luego, el resto todo ok!
