• FRANCISCO (10/5): Estancia acogedora - Ubicación perfecta, cerca de la estación de Termini y de los monumentos más importantes de Roma. Desayuno completo y rico. Camas cómodas. La habitación estaba bien de tamaño y muy limpia. Por poner algún pero, la insonorización no era del todo buena dado que estabámos en una calle muy céntrica y con mucho tráfico. Y el WiFi llegaba algunas veces con poca señal

La colazione purtroppo viene servita a partire dalle 8:30, io dovevo uscire per le 8, quindi ho potuto usufruire solo di una colazione fredda lasciata la sera prima. Su Booking questa questione dell ‘orario non era specificata, altrimenti non avrei speso di più per acquistare la colazione ! Dovrebbero specificarlo al momento dell’acquisto

• Denise (7/5): - Staff was helpful including with information and map of the area. Best location to walk to Colosseum and Trevi fountain. You needed to put your room card in a slot for electricity and it made a terrible and too loud buzzing noise. We had to pull it out while eating dinner and use our phone lights as it became very irritating. Hopefully they can sort this out and fix it.

Camera accogliente, silenziosa e i kit spazzolino e pulizia disponibili in bagno sono un tocco di attenzione in più. Il wc con i getti d'acqua per sostituire il bidet sono un'ottima trovata, però il getto rimaneva molto basso e non semplice da usare, nonostante non ne avessimo usufruito

Freshly baked goods that morning! Entry into the property was a little tricky for us initially. There isn't an unlocked door opening onto the street after mid afternoon but once you've been through the process it was easy. This is typical with smaller properties.

• Jocelyne (9/5): 3 jours à Rome - Idéalement placé entre la Gare et le Colisée. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner dans la chambre au calme avant de grosses journées de visite. La porte vitrée des WC/salle de bains qui, donnant sur la chambre sans fermer vraiment, gênerait bruits et lumière dans la chambre.
• Sandra (8/5): Perfekter Ort, für einen kurzen Städtetrip - Fußläufig zum Kolloseum Rom. Die U Bahn Linie B (fast) vor der Haustür. Wir sind vom Hauptbahnhof in ein paar Minuten zur Unterkunft gelaufen. Restaurants und Cafés vor der Tür. Der Check In war problemlos. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Städtetrip! Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört den Fernseher im Naachbarzimmer. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf würde ich empfehlen, sich Oropax mitzubringen.

Location was good, as we were only a short walk from The Colosseum and from bars, restaurants etc. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. When paying for extras, like drinks (and the tourist tax), they insisted on cash. Luckily, I had just enough on me. I didn't really understand this, as they took initial payment for my stay on card. However, this is only nit-picking and my overall experience was good.

The place is clean and well equipped. The bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom equipped with everything you expect from a hotel. Can't advise on the breakfast since I didn't use this service. Positively surprised for such high quality and localisation for a very good price. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend. I enjoyed it very much. As a tall person (190cm) I found the shower a little bit uncomfortable (the celling in the shower is quite low - my head was touching the celling) but possibly it's because of the particularity of the building which is old. Didn't bother me too much, though.

Inoltre a pochi passi, sono presenti servizi di ogni tipo ( ristoranti, alimentari, farmacia...). Colazione in camera (comodissima!!) ottima e con scelta varia. • Salvatore (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato al Relais Forus Inn e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. La struttura è pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e in una posizione centralissima, perfetta per muoversi a piedi tra le principali attrazioni di Roma. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è stato lo staff. Gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire accolti e a casa. La colazione è un altro punto di forza: molto varia, con la possibilità di scegliere diverse proposte direttamente dal menù, tutte di ottima qualità. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comfort, cortesia e una posizione strategica nel centro storico. Torneremo sicuramente!

I dettagli son da rivedere (calcare del box doccia, camera un po’ vecchiotta). Ci hanno fornito di una culla con un supplemento di 10€ al giorno, cosa che non era stata specificata al momento della prenotazione, ma magari è stata una mia svista.

Dopo le 16 in struttura non c'è una persona di riferimento e al telefono per le emergenze non rispondono subito...

The facility did not have staff overnight? What would happen in an emergency? Not happy with that
• Nina (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt schön zentral, Rom Termini und Colloseum sind fußläuig zu erreichen und die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist auch nicht weit. Die Dame am Check-In war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sie brachte uns zur Begrüßung zwei Gläser Wein und einen Snack und auf dem Zimmer Stand eine weitere Flasche Wein als Geschenk :) Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn es uns nochmal nach Rom verschlägt.

• Michela F (10/5): - La posizione è ottima, vicino sia alla stazione Termini (15 min a piedi) che a tutta la parte interessante del centro (Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Fontana di Trevi). Lo staff è estremamente gentile e pronto ad accomodare richieste speciali (ho chiesto di anticipare la colazione rispetto all’orario previsto). Colazione a scelta in camera, ricca e curata. La struttura mi ha tenuto il borsone il giorno della partenza e mi ha permesso anche di usare il bagno prima di uscire. La stanza era molto pulita, calda e con tutti i confort necessari, tra cui anche le rose rosse fresche è una bottiglia di vino in omaggio! Il letto è comodo e la stanza è molto silenziosa e ben insonorizzata (non si sente nulla dei rumori della strada). Tornerò sicuramente perché il soggiorno è andato oltre le mie aspettative! Nulla.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect—very close to the Colosseum and the main train station, making it a hotspot for getting anywhere in the city. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. As a lovely welcoming gesture, the staff also treated us to some snacks and two glasses of champagne, which made our stay even more special. Nothing—everything was great.

• Natalie (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and great value for money. - The staff were all amazing! So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We could walk everywhere. We saw the new year fireworks from the end of the street which was incredible! The little touches of fruit, water and wine in the bedroom was such a kind touch. This hotel was over €300 less than all the others in the area so I was nervous it would be a lower standard but I could not have been more wrong! We had all we needed and I was so happy to be able to spend the saved money on our excursions and food. My son was ill so we had to stay in the hotel during 2 days which was absolutely fine as we had all we needed. It was comfortable and we could watch all the steaming channels. There is so much to see and do in Rome we will definitely be back and will stay here again. If we needed anything out of the reception hours we could contact the staff by what’s app and they replied immediately. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable xx

• Siska87 (10/5): Naprosto výjimečné - Perfektní poloha ubytování, milý personál, při příjezdu láhev vína, ovoce, bábovka jako pozornost, každý den uklizený pokoj, čisto a klid, snídaně se dají objednat na pokoj za dobrou cenu, vše je čerstvé. Mile mě překvapil malý bufet jako pozornost na první svátek Vánoční. Možnost uložení zavazadla po check-outu. Skvělá cena a hodnota. . V pokoji je trochu cítit zatuchlina. Při pravidelném větrání tento problém zmizel. Jinak není co vytknout a určitě bych se tady ubytovala znovu. Budu doporučovat.
