There is nothing that I don’t like about this property. They have great staff, nice free breakfast, and clean rooms. They cleaned my room every day I stayed. For 5 days.

- Dunbar (10/5): Excellent place to stay - I enjoyed it more than my normal hotel there. I think moving forward, this will be my new place to stay when I visit Florida. Everything was spotless, staff was great and friendly, the room was great, lots of room to move around. Thank you for the hospitality. I highly recommend this place. I just couldn't stay a little longer 😊
- Ophelia (1/5): Unprofessional and uninformed staff - Cancelled reservation within timeline allocated, but charged one night’s stay. And the day I was due to check in, I was charged an extra $100. At 2 am the next morning, a desk clerk called to ask me where I was, if I were coming. I said that the reservation had long been cancelled, then asked why I was charged an additional $100. He replied uhmmm…then he hung up on me!
- Misty (7/5): - Smelled clean, looked clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast was just, okay. Eggs tasted like liquid or powdered, sausage was thin and ..eh. pacake machine was being obnoxious. After every one, the bag claimed to be empty, and needed changed, even though it had plenty. They beds were hard, woke up incredibly stiff in the morning. Could use a night light in the bathroom

- Eric (10/5): Our stay at HI Express in Apopka, FL was excellent; We intend to come back to Orlando area in May. - What's not to like? Our 4 day stay was excellent. The room was clean, recently refurbished to modern motiff, with a splash of Western U.S. influence. Breakfast was efficient, laid out great and the toasters worked! There was scrambled eggs, (turkey sausage patties & links.) instant pancakes (not pre-cooked!) Our room was very, very nice. clean everything. Xlnt TV, good WIFI. Big king size bed, nicely filled pillows and all the electric enmities. Love seat sofa, desk and lots of room to move a wheelchair. The staff was excellent, the cleaning staff also excellent. We required towels; a few came straight away with a smile. Everyone, including maintenance, cleaning staff; all excellent. We are coming back in May. Guess which hotel we'll book. Not enough to discuss.

- John (6/5): I won’t go back. - Good location. Goid breakfast. Bathroom was poor. Very small water volume out of sink. Bad lighting for shaving. Couldn’t change thermostat. TV was so so.

- Samples (6/5): Not good value for money. Passable but gonna look elsewhere for a better experience - Comfortable clean bed. And the pool Third time at this hotel and don't want to be too negative. The room was clean but constant weird noises all throughout the night for each night of a 3 night stay. Also only got our room cleaned and towels changed once. I wouldn't normally complain but this time around the room cost 600 pounds! Normally it's 380. Even at 380 the noise would have bothered me. I kept waking up thinking the noise was inside the room. But it was literally every ten minutes from this and that side. creaks,bumps, thuds and general out of place sounds. Also we happened to have a door adjoining the next room which ive never had it was locked but i didn't trust it. And with the noise going on i basically slept terribly. Really Really annoying. I do like this hotel and have had good experience before. But I'm leaning to use another place next time because it was kind of disappointing and didn't feel particularly well looked after. Would have asked about being moved to another room. I felt embarrassed to ask because although the staff were polite I was kind of uncomfortable asking for anything because they had a vaguely unapproachable demeanour.

- Dominic (1/5): Awful. - Rooms were clean and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly but one (the owner) I’m an influencer on YouTube. I review and rate prestigious hotels across the United States, this hotel was not on that list. It was to be a quick nights rest until my key was locked in my room. The owner (claimed to be owner with no boss) She wouldn’t let me in the hotel without 4 different confirmations of my name after I booked, payed, showed up with my legal, non expired drivers license and then started screaming at me when I asked to have a different employee deal with printing me a room key. I already had been in the room, my key was just locked in. She refused to do anything about it until I called a very respectful young officer to let me in my room. At that point she lied to get me in trouble however, the cop saw my recorded video start to finish of the situation. I will upload it to my YouTube and patreon soon so you can observe the hostile, discriminating behavior of the owner of this establishment. Once I told her that her not giving me a room key after Multiple ID verifications was harassment and unnecessary she claimed I was harassing her and was going to call local PD on me because she was a woman working at night and that me telling her not to scream at me wasn’t legal. If you can’t competently do your job because you’re scared, it should be time to hire someone who can. There’s many females AND males who would strive in that position and still treat their guests like humans. This is how I make a living, a female worker has never been an issue. A Bad owner and employee is almost always the issue. The facility is beautiful with amazing employees. It just needs new ownership. If you get locked out of your room be prepared to be screamed at and criminally threatened by a grown adult woman at 1 am. This is my Ted talk, thank you.

- Demetre (10/5): Excellent - Overall good staying experience and helpful staff Yanez Morales & Julian Feldler Price and rates could be cheaper compared to other platforms a little lower but still expensive for not even a two day stay only a half a day night and mourning other platforms like Airbnb and other short term stay who can get more days and time for your just a quick note or suggestions .
