Missing Dental Kit* - *Issue:* No dental kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) was provided in the room despite it being a standard complimentary amenity. - *Impact:* Had to purchase essentials, causing inconvenience. *b. AC Operation* - *Issue:* Hotel staff turned off the air conditioning unit at night without prior notice and switched it back on in the morning. - *Impact:* Room temperature became uncomfortable during night, affecting sleep quality. *c. Room Condition & Renovation Signs* - *Observations (from photos):* 1. *Electrical Outlets & Wiring:* Visible cords and outlets in various rooms, suggesting ongoing work. 2. *Bathroom Areas:* Exposed brick, white tiles with patchy finishes, and a small hole above the shower. 3. *AC Unit Wall:* Patchy paint near the AC unit. 4. *Elevator:* Mix of beige interior with dark wood door frame – looked unfinished. - *Impact:* Though not safety-critical, these signs gave an impression of incomplete renovation, affecting the aesthetic experience. #### 3. Expected Resolution - Provide a complimentary dental kit on arrival or upon request. - Ensure AC settings are maintained as per guest preference and not altered without consent. - Address visible renovation signs promptly to improve overall ambience. #### 4. Additional Comments / Suggestions I appreciate the basic amenities and location of the hotel. However, the above issues need attention to meet guest expectations. I hope management takes corrective

• Manash (8/5): Good - Breakfast is good , location very good for visiting taj Mahal. Resturente charges is very high , simply one bottle of water rs. 42.00 is to high.
• Nitin (6/5): Good clean decent hotel. - The staff behaviour was good and they were cooperative. The hotel room size was good and they have renovated their rooms. Booking.com mentioned tarrif of Rs. 1300/- but they charged me Rs. 2200/- for the same room. They told me that booking.com has rates of their old rooms. But the pics in booking.com were of new rooms. Anyway I paid Rs. 2200/- because the rooms worth it. Hotel has no dedicated parking. The vehicles are parked in front of hotel. The in house restaurant is way too costly. Butter naan priced at Rs. 120/- per naan.

• Gupta (10/5): Nearest stay to visit Taj Mahal - I liked the food and traditional Ambience. The staff was courteous and anticipated all my needs. They guided me well for the sightseeing and I appreciate their helpful nature. The rooms are newly renovated and best part was an upgrade. I just had to pay 1500 more to upgrade on the luxury category room. Excellent stay!

Education needed on preparing and presenting western food ie. The breakfast has very little to choose from.You don't cook a couple of pieces of toast, and leave them out to go cold. Leave the toaster.

• Hugo (8/5): Great area to stay in Agra, beware of mosquitoes outside - It's a nice place to stay in Agra. The rooms are big and the facility is well-furnished. It's a great asset if you spend one or two nights there. The reception staff is professional and takes the time to answer your questions. There are some shops, cafe and small businesses around the hotel, so you can find everything to eat in a 50m radius. The hotel is far from the attractions in Agra so you will need a tuk-tuk or a taxi to move around. Around the hotel there are mosquitoes, but it was fine in the hotel itself. The WiFi was not great: no WiFi in the upper floors, and the WiFi stopped working when I was in the reception so the staff shared the connection from their own phone. As usual in India, taxes are not indicated in the price from Booking and you will have to pay a little more.
