• Lynda (6/5): Get what you pay for - Pros- good location, room price, garage price only $25, breakfast included in room price, clean, large comfy bed, could dine outside for breakfast if you wish, reception helpful, hotel easy to find in Woolloomooloo. Cons- bathroom light didn't work, bathroom heater was broken, exhaust fan randomly turned itself on, TV was on the way out- half the screen had a green shade over it and the working side had two lines down it, the "hot " buffet breakfast was barely warm at best. The room Tea/coffee supplies were not topped up. Room was on the small side, standing room only on the balcony
• MISTY (5/5): - Central to where we needed to go. The breakfast. Could have been cleaner. The air-conditioning didn't work properly. It made the room hot. Didn't like being woken up by a fire next door. It was a housing commission area, so felt a bit unsafe.

• Violetta (8/5): Sunny cute courtyard. - The courtyard, double interconnected room, breakfast included. The kitchen staff accommodated my gluten free needs. The shower had a weird dark ring stain on the floor.

We stay here regularly if attending different city or kings cross functions. Price seems to have increased lately. Possibly because we booked close to Easter Break. Price still reasonable.

• Ryan (10/5): I’m not coming back to Australia, but if I did, I would come back here - OK, the breakfast was phenomenal. The room was clean and the cleaning maids did very well. The front receptionist was awesome. It’s in a pretty decent area. It’s walking distance to a lot of places. Outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy. My Uber driver actually mentioned that as well.
• Jennie (7/5): Excellent location for accessing Sydney CBD area. - Location is terrific if you are visiting Art Gallery, Phantom of the Opera or Botanic Gardens. All easily accessible by foot. There is a bus at the end of the street that runs to Central Station, and Kings Cross station is a 12 min walk. We were greeted very warmly and there is plenty of tourist information available in the foyer. We appreciated the upgrade to a two bedroom unit. It was a tight fit with an electric wheelchair. The bathroom was fully accessible (not always the case, even when requested). The 3-4 inch deep glass shelves were not sufficient for putting clothes or toiletries when showering, and there was a terrible smell coming from the floor drain.

• Diana (8/5): Für Sydney ein gutes Hotel für wenig Geld. - Das Frühstück (Kaffee. Eier), die Lage, der Preis. Das Badezimmer wie im Krankenhaus. Klimaanlage war kaputt. Haben wir gleich gesagt. Wurde leider nicht repariert. Es war sehr sehr warm im Zimmer.

• Andrea (8/5): Perfect hotel for easy access to the city and excellent breakfast - So convenient to many areas of Sydney. King’s Cross and Woolloomooloo. The staff are outstanding and the breakfast is amazing It’s getting tired and in need of some upgrades in a few areas. But these things don’t bother us and I’d rather they kept the price affordable

• David (6/5): Comfortable rooms but poor sleep - Well located. Rooms were clean. Shower base needed attention. The balcony rooms were very close to one another and we were woken up twice during the night due to people talking and singing. We therefore had a very disturbed sleep. Whilst the hotel cannot be responsible for other guests behaviour the set up of the rooms makes this problem likely.

• Michael (4/5): Not great. - Decent size room There was a PowerPoint in the shower that has been covered, but the cover was brocken and had slid down revelling the cables behind( probably not powered but not a comfort) a spoon had leftovers food on it and there was water rings on the bed side from the past client. ( not massive problems but I have the expectation for the room to be clean and safe).I would say the room is in a condition that I felt i over paid $80-$100

• Linda (8/5): Gem in Wooloomooloo - Love the location and the great buffet breakfast. Also the hotel manager was very accommodating of the change of plans for our large family group. Some items in the bathroom were showing wear and tear and should have been removed or replaced.

• Heather (10/5): Very pleasant small hotel and I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent location for our purposes. The small hotel was comfortable, had ample parking and the room was cleverly configured for 4 people. The included hot breakfast was very tasty. We especially liked the friendly and attentive management who took care to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

• Xin (9/5): It’s value for money. - The manager is very kind and helpful. We took the 6:00 am flight from Melbourne, arrived hotel quite early, he is very kind to arrange the staff to get our room ready and meanwhile he sent us to breakfast room to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Thank you very much. The location for us is very good because we enjoy the long distance walking. The breakfast is not a lot of variety but enough, if there’s some vegetables will be better.

• Edith (7/5): Quiet hotel, comfy beds - Quiet hotel, in a nice neighbourhood, but a bit isolated for food options. We got our 10K steps In easily everyday. Beds were comfy and breakfast had a good range of hot nd cold options. The office staff aren’t the best communicators. Our flight arrived very early so we wrote and asked if there was early check in or a place to store bags. We were advised yes, but when we arrived at hotel at 9am the gate was locked and the office closed. Fortunately someone let us in and we were able to stay in lounge for a couple hours until our room was ready.

• Maria (8/5): Great location - This hotel is in a quiet location close to Woolloomooloo wharf, Potts Point and King Cross Station. Very comfortable, but a bit tired, rooms and with coin operated washing machines available. The breakfast is a buffet offering cooked and continental options. I think it's great value for money unless you're looking for something fresh and modern. I be happy to stay there again. Nothing. I think it's great value for a place in that location.
