Café da manhã muito bom. a escadinha que está no hall para acesso ao elevador, está com fitas nas bordas para termos atenção com os degraus, mas a ultima fita que ja está no piso não é necessária, pois cria uma ilusão de que há um próximo degrau. Essa fita deveria ser retirada. Toda vez que eu ia descer aquilo confundia.

Volvería a alojarme en este hotel sin ninguna duda. Remarcar también el servicio de limpieza, todo impecable. Es posible que necesite una reforma, nada muy grave, solo algunas cosas que se pueden ver algo viejas. Aún así, creo que calidad precio cumple con lo que promete y es un lugar muy agradable.

• Die_Reisenden_Worms (6/5): Standard business hotel in central location - The hotel is located at one of the main streets in Buenos Aires. I was there Saturday-Sunday, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. I was really worried re. noise when I came , but the hotel obviously has a good sound insulation, The room was very nice, with all what is required. Very clean, modern in style and well furnished, with a nice bathroom. What was disappointing was the bar / restaurant: I only arrived around 9.30 p.m. and wanted to eat something, but the "restaurant" is a few tables at the bar area, and with very poor service. The I was ignored for 10-15 minutes, with personell walking through the room without any reaction. Finally I left and looked outside for something to eat but this clearly was not my choice, as a woman alone and close to 10 p.m at night.... Next morning, however, during breakfast the service was much better, and the breakfast was very good.

La prenotazione era espressa in dollari americani, ma al momento del check‑out il personale ha convertito l’importo in pesos argentini applicando un tasso di cambio completamente arbitrario. Sebbene sulla ricevuta fosse indicato il valore in dollari corrispondente a quello mostrato su Booking, il cambio utilizzato era palesemente scorretto e ha comportato un sovrapprezzo di circa il 30%. Un comportamento inaccettabile che ha compromesso l’intera esperienza.

• Yu (10/5): I Will Book the Same Hotel If I Visit Buenos Aires Again - The location is excellent. Opening the window of the room, you can see directly one of the most famous and possibly the widest street of the world with a number of landmarks. A lot of landmarks and attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The bartender enthusiastically recommended me five great wines when I asked him about ideas to bring a bottle of Argentina wine back to USA as a gift. I stayed other five hotels arranged by a tourism group. Although they are also four or even five-star hotels, Eurobuilding is definitely superior to them. 1. There is no turn off button of the air conditioner control panel. I had to ask the front desk for a "secret code": press the fan for three times until "auto" appears and then to press it again to turn off. I feel such a design is weird. 2. I booked the hotel via Booking.com, and the price for my two nights stay was about 220 USD but my credit card was charged over a hundred USD more when I left. One day later the amount corrected to 246, I believe that reflects the room price plus city taxes as well as changes of currency exchange rate. However, I don't understand why charging me over 100+ in the beginning.

Hay mejores opciones en la ciudad por el mismo precio o menor - Ubicación, muy central, cerca de los sitos turísticos más emblemáticos de la ciudad Desayuno con muy pocas opciones, todos los días igual, exceso de panes dulces, pocas frutas, pocas opciones saladas,nadie lo atiende, mesas sin servicio. Personal de recepción poco amable, escasamente hablan. Te piden depósito de 500 dólares o cargo a la tarjeta de crédito ( acuerdo a tu país de origen se demoran en reversar el valor).
